They have very good selection of used sturdy furniture there. I buy there all the time.

We went in for a bed frame and paid $200 for a queen size in very good condition. The younger guy at the store was helpful and showed us around until we found the perfect bed frame. The shop is crowded so don’t be shy to ask to be shown around if you’re shopping for something specific. In the end, they dropped off the frame the same day for an extra fee. I don’t recall how much it was, but everything went smoothly and they were friendly and chill. Highly recommend.

Very helpful for students, new comers, low income people or people who wish to buy extra furniture for their house and extra guest beds. Not known to many students or people who wish to move in or move out can buy or sell their furniture based on their needs. The owner and her son are kind and helpful. 👍

Friendly, helpful staff. I believe it's a family run business. The furniture is often scuffed but usually otherwise on great condition and, as long as you're not looking for something absolutely perfect, is an amazing price for the furniture.

*EDIT* 2 years ago, i bought a couch in good condition at a reasonable price and it has treated my family very well ever since. Today i bought a love seat at their new location and had it delivered as well. They only deliver to your driveway, which isn't a big deal. I only really needed it delivered. Its a great service to pay for in my opinion!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful; the guy who sold us our furniture remembered us from last time and greeted us with a warm welcome! We barely remembered him, but he remembered us!! I must admit that they are my family's favorite furniture store now. We will definitely come back for more furniture soon!!

*ORIGINAL REVIEW*Very nice customer service, good selection of furniture. Easy to miss the turn though, since everyone on that street wants their own parking lot. They do deliver to driveway (which is wonderful for people like me who don't have trucks,) but it will be delivered tomorrow. So i shall update review when it gets delivered.

This place is like being able to browse the furniture section of Craigslist in person, except they also do minor repairs prior to selling their furniture here.  You're obviously paying a premium over prices you might see on Craigslist, but it's worth every penny.  I love this store.

Seeing a lot of reviews saying furniture is overpriced or marked up too high but in my eyes it totally worth it to avoid the hassle of scheduling meet ups over Craigslist or marketplace. Good selection of furniture, which rotates frequently. We bought a few things in the past and they also offer help in the means of helping you load your stuff and even staying late sometimes to make sure you take it home. Very friendly staff.

Also dissidents seem to love complaining about 'the furniture looks dirty or used' at a used furniture place. The alternative is try your like on craigslist or marketplace, or take out a kidney loan on some new furniture.

It's great for what it is, and especially great for some college kids trying to just get a couch for their apartment.

I have shopped here a lot! Got stuff for our rental home, and now for our B&B. I have never had a bad experience here, the help was wonderful. He helped me load up my purchases. The furniture I bought was good quality, and in good condition. I wasn’t expecting to get brand new but I was totally thrilled with my purchases! I will be back!

Originally I loved this place I furnished my house for the first time through them. There is a new person behind the counter prices have changed and the quality has changed I guess you would have to see for yourself.

A little overpriced for used furniture but better than a lot of the other options in town. Kind of a little hidden gem as it's not really on the beaten path. I wonder who is paying to keep the lights on? Who is buying all this used furniture? And where are they getting it all from?

I've heard good things about this place so I checked it out.  I was not impressed with anything. There was furniture stacked on top of other furniture very crowded, dining chairs had food and drinks dried on them. This place needs to throw away most of there inventory, do a deep cleaning and it might be shop able

Wow, expensive!  I didn't make a purchase because I didn't find what I was looking for, but there was a decent selection of furniture ranging from really beat up to almost new.  But all of it was very, very overpriced in my opinion.  Be prepared to haggle.

I messaged Mayree told her I like the tan L shaped sectional but couldn't afford 375, we came to an agreement of $300!. I did think it was odd that she would only give the adress when I said I was coming down. I mean, the store is called,, JJ furniture, so what's the big secret, anyone can look your name up & find the adress,, it's 2024!! when I got there, her employee showed me a  U shaped DARK BROWN sectional.mayree changed the name  on the FB , but not the picture,  the night before from L shape to U shape. When I asked her about it,, she asked me if I had spy wear!! I thought she was joking as I  have that sectional saved,,
Then the other employees get involved, they all start lying straight to our faces,. I messaged Mayree when I got back, home, explaining what happened, originally she told me nothing was wrong with the couch ,
mabey that was true for the tan couch I wanted, but when my Friend sat down on the dark brown couch they were trying to pass off to us , he looked at me & said this isn't the couch, I said I know it looks completely different , he said yes & I have a spring up my bum, & he got up quickly. I paid for a lyft down there, then the employees lied to me & then Mayree had the nerve to say I was sending her to many messages, well if she would have given me the adress,  not re listed , it after she said it was sold to me, , I wouldn't have sent her any follow up text. I do NOT  recommend this place, anyone who will LIE, to you to make a sale it, is not good business, ESPECIALLY,  LIE ABOUT A WHOLE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, PIECE OF FURNITURE,  I GUESS SHE THINKS PPL ARE STUPID!! I have read the reviews, there are alot of bad reviews, so that says EVERYTHING.im going to see if I can post the pics of the 2 different couches,, mayree has the Dark brown 1 posted on Craigslist and the light one posted on FB market both $375. ITS RIDICULOUS,, AND BUYERS BEWARE THE DARK BROWN SECTIONAL HAS A SPRING THAT GOES RIGHT UP UR BUM.

I normally do not do reviews about businesses based on one rude employee. But whoever I spoke to wasn't just rude, she blocked me on Facebook after asking where the store was. Several items listed were by a person, not the company. I could see that it was some sort of warehouse in the photos, so I asked if this was a store, and where it was located so I could look for myself. This person said I listed everything, and then blocked me.
If you don't have the patience for customer service, then you shouldn't be in the customer service business.

Way too overpriced for used/gently used furniture. At least wipe/wash all the scum/stains and dirt off the furniture if you're going to sell it at those prices.

This business preys on people who need to make quick money. Beware! These people are buying items from Craigslist and Facebook marketplace from people who need cash desperately, barring others who need affordable furniture, and reselling in their store for up to 10x what they paid. This is very slimy and sickening. More than once an item I’ve wanted has been bought on marketplace and within a day, it’s listed with this business. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on you for scamming people and keeping those who don’t have much from getting the things they need so you can make an extra buck.

Very rude staff when I asked about their pricing on a 13 year old used mattress!!! The response I got was “well why don’t you buy a new one on Amazon” I was very friendly and looked at a few different item, nothing to warrant this rude, unprofessional response. So very disappoint. We bought a chair here & it brought bed bugs into my house!
This store gets stuff off the craigslist freebies, garage sales & thrift stores and marks it way up. Putting all that furniture in the same place is a bed bugs dream!

I was shocked at the prices and condition of the furniture. Every piece I saw was stained, scratched/dinged, or well worn.  Basically what I would expect to find at a thrift store, where the furniture had been given away. The prices were what you would expect at a high end furniture consignment shop.

ZERO integrity.  They post a lot of goods on Craigslist.  I called about a couple items and up front offered a credit card to hold it while I drove for an hour to see it.  The person answering the phone said it was not necessary to give a credit card, they would hold it for me.  I left my phone number and name and said call me in the event someone else wanted the items, I would then pay for them.  I showed up and was sheepishly told by a young man that "the owner" who was not available, heard about the items being on hold for me and then decided to sell the items out from under me, anyway.  Good luck running your business by pissing off your customers, people.
