Lugo’s came highly recommended by a close friend of mine, and absolutely lived up to the praise. My dog ripped the upholstery off the center console of my car, and Lugo’s fixed it within 24 hours, without taking my car, at a very fair price.

Lugo's is the place to have your furniture reupholstered like new! I took in eight dining room chairs with worn fabric seating and neglected teak wood frames. Kristy helped me find the perfect fabric for my needs and decor from their wide material selection. JR and his crew did a fine job reupholstering and refurbishing the wood. I am very pleased with the final outcome!

This company not only excels in their craft, but also in kindness. I came in this morning from Wasilla with a zipper- cushion emergency, and with no delay they took it back to get the zipper sewn. While I waited no more than ten minutes for the zipper fix, the staff took the time to get to know me and engage in great conversation. It was refreshing to say the least. I haven’t seen such great customer service like this in a while. If I could give a million stars to this company I would. Thank you Lugos Upholstery for setting the bar for other businesses in Anchorage & for making a random customers emergency, your emergency!

Absolutely amazing service! Would recommend and use again. I went in with a difficult task to edit my current motorcycle seat… originally the consensus was that it may not be possible to edit it the way I want due to concerns of it not fitting my bike… but the staff at Lugo’s went above and beyond to try and of course they succeeded. Great craftsmanship, Great people, quick turnaround time to getting the job done… thanks again!
