Linda Shogren Appraisal & Est

Linda's estate sale was the first estate sale I've ever attended. I had been welcomed and taken care as if I am a good friend. Ever since when I attend Linda's estate sales, I always find the home and items on sale beautifully displayed, clean and reasonably priced. Always a pleasure to come to her sales!

I can't thank Linda and her team enough for the wonderful success of my parents' estate sale! The house was FULL and she managed to clean, arrange in terrific vignettes around the house, successfully price and move everything leaving me with a clean and EMPTY house, ready to sell. I was just exhausted at the thought of trying to have a garage sale (after culling out the house 3x prior over the years) and my brother and I both agree that there is NO WAY we would have been as successful as Linda and her team were! She was also so kind and generous of her time and advice - a wonderful lady and a true professional. Her fees are in-line with the market and more than worth the cost compared to the effort needed to clean, market and sell everything.

I supported every sale she had until her daughter spoke to me in a very nasty and harsh tone. Although Ms Shogren apologized for her daughter, I just vowed to never shop any of her estate sales ever again. Her daughter is not a nice person

Disappointing, unresponsive are two of the most polite words I can use here. I put trust in Ms Shogren and unfortunately, she did not help. I would not give any stars but to give a review the one star was the lowest. I called her on the morning of 12 August and left a message to call me-no response. I sent an email of 13 August. She responded by asking me to call her which I already had done but said I would again. We set up a meeting to meet on Saturday, 17 August. She sent a text the evening of 16 August, canceling the appointment due to illness and said she would get back with me. I sent a text on 22 August wishing her the best and hoped she was better and asking if she could schedule a time to meet to see some estate items. She told me she had an estate sale that she needed to get ready by 16 September and would contact me after that. I gave it until 30 September before I sent her a text asking the status of meeting-no response. Waited a week before calling around 7 October and leaving a message to call me-no response. Everyone she referred me to for appraisals was either retired or did not come through. Her lack of follow through resulted in alot of wasted effort and time, she appears either to be too busy, does Not care, disorganized or perhaps a combination of these. Regardless, her support was near non-existent.

Listed as an antique store. Just a house in a neighborhood. Don't let the pictures deceive you.

I called this number and it rang for About a minute and then and high pitched squeal came over the phone like from a horror movie. The sound went on until I hung up. Scared the life out of me.
