I came with my mom to pick up a glass desk for my son. She said she was open 10am, we got there 30 minutes after she opened after traveling 50 miles outside of our area. The least she could have done was let us be aware that she was not actually going to be open. My mom contacted her, and she stated she would be open. It's not a good look professionally to lie to potential customers. Will never come here again. I'd give no stars if I could. Should make the public aware you're going to be closed one of three days you're open if you're not actually going to be there.

Owner Response

Unfortunately, I, the owner, was out of town and the person who was coming in to run the shop for the day did not make me aware they were not coming in. Had I been aware they weren’t going to come in I would have posted that we would be closed and would have notified you of the same. I hate that this incident happened and apologized to them.
