I've been watching this business since its beginning and it has been wonderful to watch them grow.  Their recent change to an online business is amazing.  They evidently have the perfect system to keep up with bids and send notifications.  When you visit there to pick up purchases or make inquiries, you are greeted cordially, offered whatever help you need and checked out promptly and efficiently. Their system of scheduling pick-ups works wonderfully so there is never a lengthy wait.  Their new facility is great and everybody is so friendly.  This is a great addition to the Wetumpka business community.

Very good online auction company.  They post plenty of pictures of what is being auctioned, so as to provide a good idea of what one is bidding on.  Plus, if one has further questions, they will reply to emails.

Company does not care about customers. I was driving to Troy to pick up two pieces from an estate sale when I received a call from Brittney saying that one piece was accidentally taken to the warehouse in Wetumpka. She said they can cancel my purchase of that piece or pick it up at their warehouse. She said there was no way they could get the piece back to Troy.

I called my wife and she really wanted the piece so I called back asking if I could get any concession since it was going to add about three hours of driving and Montgomery traffic. The Company wouldn’t do anything , but one of the employees gave $40 for gas money. If only the company was as good as some of its employees.

I do want to say that everyone was friendly, but incompetent. I will not be dealing with this company in the future, and hope my review stops someone else from dealing with them and having them make their mistake your problem as well.

Failed to follow the auction terms and conditions he agreed to when he registered to bid and blamed us for his own lack of follow through. Went on a verbal attack of my wife and my company when it was absolutely all his fault, not ours. Made accommodations for him on the first auction providing above and beyond customer service to him that cost our company an additional 60.00 in labor to provide him extra services of which he was not even thankful for.  He continued to make demands and not follow our terms and conditions on the second auction also that unfortunately we could not honor. We have rules and regulations to make the shopping experience a fast, professional and pleasurable experience for everyone. Unfortunately, there is no way of making someone happy that does not have any regard for your business, you personally or how you operate and wants you to cater to their specific needs above any other customers who shop with us. It is extremely unfair of Monte to leave such a review when its all on him, he read our terms and conditions and agreed to them. Don't get mad at us for you not wanting to honor what you agreed to. By the way he only spent 2216.00 total and did not show up to pick up several hundred dollars of items from the last sale he registered for costing our company well over 100.00 for that instance alone.  And also, by the way Monte never called on our scheduled pickup day to arrange anything. I feel like this is an unfounded personal attack on our company and us personally stemming from a competitor trying to give us a bad name.

After spending over $3000 in two different estate sales we will no longer be doing business with this company. They are too rigid in their pickup process and never return phone calls. In Michelle’s way of thinking the customer is always wrong. She is terrible with dealing with the people that buy at her auctions. Would never recommend!

I have been dealing with high as the sky auction company  for many years  And I can tell you this I've never seen a company That spends so much time Making sure you're happy and comfortable When i lost a  family member I called them To get them to help me And when it was all over with I had no regrets and no complaints It's hard to lose someone you love  it's not easy moving on But having  high as the sky auction company  Helping  me made it a lot easier  So thank you to the staff of high As the sky  Auction  Company for doing what you do

With the new online auctions, most companies have alotted at LEAST one pick up time on the weekend yet not this company. Despite the weeks I  bidon items, I was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery the first day of pick up (Tuesday) and did not have an opportunity to share these details with the auction heads. instead of contacting me in an appropriate manner I was told I could not participate in anymore auctions due to being disabled at the time. Allow me to note the fact the items I bid and won on were minuscule compared to the large items in this auction. (battery operated weed eater & leaf blower) Even if i wasn’t in the hospital, people have jobs and are most likely bidding from out town. DO BETTER

DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL YOUR ESTATE NOR BID ON ANY ONE ELSES. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.

Why would you allow a company this in-compassionate to sell your love ones belongings? Upon explains this all to Michelle she literally told me i should have contacted her when i literally was just brought back home today (thursday.)

We enjoyed going and open bidding, this on line bidding isn't fun. To bad yall took a step down. Not much more than just a antique store now. 😔
