I’ve been meaning to share my experience because they were absolutely amazing! The other day, I found myself at an event that turned out to be way fancier than I expected. In a full-on anxiety-induced time crunch, I Googled the closest boutique—and thankfully, Designer Again popped up!

I rushed in, knowing only that I needed a nice black dress, and the two lovely ladies working there immediately jumped in to help. They searched the store, pulled multiple options, and in no time, I found the perfect dress—only $10!

I truly appreciate their kindness and quick assistance more than I can explain. I’ll definitely be going back! If you need stylish, affordable finds with top-notch service, Designer Again is the place to go! 💕

The ladies there greeted us kindly, and the one who helped us was so patient and accommodating. We were looking for a prom dress for my granddaughter and she tried on dress after dress after dress. She just kept getting down dresses and returning the "no" dresses until we found the perfect one. I highly recommend the store.

Full of everything you can think of. Friendly staff, good prices, they also take consignments.

Great second hand store! One of my favorites in town. It has lots of home goods, shoes, clothes, etc!

I love coming here. The employees (and who I believe is the owner?) Always seem so passionate and enthusiastic about their store here. Really amazing variety of true quality vintage pieces alongside fun second hand things and the prices vary accordingly to each item.  Definitely somewhere you'll find what you're looking for.

Always very welcoming when you come in. They make sure you know the sales going on. Very kind staff. Wide variety of clothing, vintage pieces, household items, etc.

Omg, loved this store! Everyone was so helpful & even made us feel like family! So many clothes & shoes half price! I actually changed into a new outfit before I left, lol. Everything seems freshly washed & displayed to make locating what you are looking for quickly! Must stop if you are in the area!

I went during the street fair so I didn't get to browse like I wanted so I'm definitely going back because they had a lot of stuff, vintage and new.

This place always has the neatest stuff for good prices. The other day I came in and Lilly helped me navigate the store, she was super sweet and had excellent customer service that I don’t find at other second hand stores. I recommend going here

Some people call their items "hand me downs"...I call those items "lifesavers"! They always have discounts on their items so I actually save some serious bucks!! Designer Again has been a part of my life since 1996!  That's how long I've been shopping here and how long I've been a consignor with.  It's hands-down my favorite place to shop in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  It's ALWAYS full of treasures.  Over the past 25 years, I have purchased beautiful, used furniture here at great prices!  I've bought clothing here, shoes, home decor, picture frames, books, baby items and jewelry.  The store just ROCKS!  Sometimes, if I'm feeling kind've down, I go to Designer Again and just perusing the store lifts my mood.  Thank you to Tiffany for being an amazing business woman, Fort Smith citizen, and just down-right great human being.  I can't say enough good things about this amazing asset to our community.

Amazing selection of items for a really good price. I’ve bought some dishes and glassware there and they packaged it really well for me. The staff is super nice and I can always find treasures there every time I visit. Got a great deal on a lamp today for only $2 (at 75% off sale) so I feel like more people should check out this spot! They also have plenty of parking space right outside the store, so you don’t need to carry your newly purchased things far.

Has a little of everything. Dishes, clothes, furniture handbags and shoes. Quality of merchandise is great and prices were also good. Have lots of mens, women's and children's clothes. One of my favorite places to go.

Always find great stuff with good prices! Love playing the discount game, they have rotating discounts and I love to play it like a scavenger hunt. Also a fun game we like to play sometimes is picking outfits for each other. I have two daughters and we put a name and a style or era (70’s is my favorite to get) in a hat and we draw one of each then we get a 10min timer. Fun and free! But please be kind and put the clothes back, we want to get to keep playing!  PS. Plenty of great photo ops after your transformations!

I was a single mother to my 2 kids the are grown now.  It was this upscale was reasonably, easy on my shallow pockets! I know from baby thru grade school Designer again gave me the means to keep my children in nice clothes!! I would consign what was too little and use the generous split to keep my baby's styleing!! 20 years and i still consign and buy! Love it best most honest resale in town!!!

If you have not been to this place, you are missing out,  it is a great place,  and some of the best people. I have not found a better consignment shop anywhere in the city and the name tells it all you will find a large variety a truly designer clothes it is a well laid out business and very helpful staff. It also carrys a variety of miscellaneous items be sure to put it on your list of places to check out

The best thrift store in Fort smith/van buren area in my opinion. Great prices and inventory. A variety of stuff to browse. It's a big store. They always have tags on sale and a clearance rack also. I find stuff for the whole family here!

Came here for the first time the other day; I was amazed at the size of this place! They had a lot of good stuff, and most of it is reasonably priced. I was crunched for time but found a lot of goodies. I will definitely return soon!

My wife and just found DAToo, during the First Thursday promotion and we loved it. We'll be back when we have more time for snooping through the shop. SO many treasures to investigate (and a good selection of books, too), we need to plan an afternoon just bargain hunting. Surprisingly low prices. Looks like places we enjoy in Eureka Springs, but closer and less expensive.

A lot of nice things.  I love everything in this store. Everything but the prices. SO many things are overly expensive. Therefore, nobody is buying items which leads to clutter

Cool thrift shop, never any customers so it's nice for those who enjoy shopping in quiet. There's always something unique here

Decently priced but you can't try stuff on which is unfortunate. A bit of a mess sometimes, but I kind of liked it and through this stuff. Good prices!

I love the items I find here during my hauls... The store is huge and filled with all sorts of things for all types of shoppers. My only complaint is the store is dark and gloomy.

I love this place. I get most of my miss me jeans here. They are always in good condition. They have quite a selection of sizes and items. It's a must for a second hand shopper like me. Friendly staff, good prices and it doesn't smell musky like a lot of these types of stores.

Well I can just say it's not the same since the new owners. And I'm so sorry but there is definitely a problem with the prices...I can't say I will pay 12.99 for a shirt that costs 16.98 new...

Mt family and I have been customers of Designer Again since it opened.  Today I told the staff that I would not return. The store was extremely crowded,and smelled. The prices are outrageous. Sure do miss the place owner.

When I first discovered this place,  it was a great place to shop.  That’s been about 8 years ago more or less.  But as time has gone by, I feel the store has gone down hill.  It is very congested and has an unpleasant odor I’m thinking is related to the used clothing which they have way too much of.  The children’s area looks uncared for.  The previous owners were way more selective about what they put out for sale.

For example, the Longaberger Basket you pointed out is vintage and priced well below its actual value, which can range from $68- $329. We have sales posted throughout the shop that also give you a great discount, as the set of jars was half off! Keep in mind, we also have a responsibility to our consignors. Some have been consigning with us since 1991, and for 33 years we truly strive to offer the best experience for them and our shoppers. Furthermore, the cost of being a small business can be very challenging. If you reconsider stopping by, feel free to ask for assistance and we’d be happy to explain our sales and pricing. This isn’t a good place. Super used shoes and they are asking $25 for. This is ALL second hand and everything is so overpriced you can get it for new. Dresses are $19-30 average and you can honestly get a new dress for that matter. Used vases they are asking $19 for. $50 for a used basket. I don’t think I’ll come back.

Don’t Shop Here! What happened was that a woman in there was closing her store soon when we looked around for a few minutes and they were fine with it at first. As we looked around, one of the women said ” we are closing and you will have to come back tommorow when we open up.“ We are not from the area as we had a long drive home. We would have bought something from them, but the store was closing soon as we just didn’t realize that they were closing. There was another customer still shopping and all they said to them was “oh, thank you for looking at our items on the rack”. They didn’t tell them to leave or to come back tommorow to them etc. As we were just respectfully leaving the store like normal customers do, the woman who works there that told us to leave for just looking around her store, decided to follow us out the door like a crazy woman. At first, I didn’t think it was a big deal as I thought she was just looking for someone on the street. She looked right at us and kept watching us as if we had done something wrong. But she didn’t say anything to us. It made us so uncomfortable and we didn’t understand why she did that. It was just a bizarre situation. We think she had a personal problem because of our race. Oh well, we will not be returning to that store again. I wouldn’t suggest anyone going to their store.

Had the worst experience ever here. As soon as I walked up the side walk a lady was standing right over me, telling me the sales and ask what I was looking for,  as I told her I was just looking around and thank you and I'd let her know if I needed anything,  well 3 mins in the store and she's asking if she could take my items and I kindly decline as I wanted to find shirts for my pants. Well then I heard her and another worker assuming about me and they was totally wrong. Well when asked if I could try things on she grabbed my clothes and was like let me straighten them up, they was already straight.  Which other people used the dressing room and they didn't do that with them. Anyways it was a horrible experience and everything is over priced.  It's a resale ship not Dillard's.  Second time around is alot better then here. Support the resale shops that are kind and not trying to rob you and talk about the customers.  Have a great day.

Went in to see what treasures I could find. Found 40 dollar sandals that were heavily used and stained. Extremely used items listed at retail and above prices. Then the cashier requested she hold my crossbody Luis Vuitton bc " large bags" are not permitted yet I see 4 other women with larger bags than mine that aren't being asked to leave their purse with a stranger. Was it my tattoos? Was she an uppity Karen that thought she ran the world? I don't know. But I won't be spending any money there.

I am sorry for your negative experience. We work very hard to please our customers and consignors. We should have told you about our 24 hour hold...  this policy has been intact for 30 years. We are still learning social media and apologize for any misunderstanding. Human error ....  once again sorry about  your experience and we hope you will consider shopping with us again. Thank you! Very unprofessional, said they'd hold something for me on Instagram and then sold it before I could pick it up. Apparently they only hold things for 24 hours but no one informed me of this. I only have 1 day off a week so it would have been nice to know. I will never go back here again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
