I just moved to Little Rock. I needed furniture for my new home and then i found their nice store. I LOVE It ! They have very stylish, good quality furniture.  I finally found what i am looking for and i bought a bedroom set and livingroom set with their financing options.  It was really easy and Delivery was so Fast. They Offer Same Day Delivery! They have some really nice furniture but I was really wowed by the customer service. Sikeya was eager to help but she also didn’t hover over me while I was making a decision. She answered all questions and remained nearby if I needed her. Her energy was everything. With her husband customer service and the selections available you can’t go wrong.

This store had a pretty decent verity of great furniture that was very reasonably price. When I asked questions one of there salespeople named Francisco was able to help me out a lot.

Melissa’s furniture not only has incredibly reasonable prices, but their customer service is TOP of the line. We have had many difficulties in our moving date, and every time we call Melissa’s to notify them of changes we need to make they are very understanding! They have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and we are so happy that we chose them to furnish our first apartment!

Update. My couch was delivered with scratch marks and the store saying didn't happen during delivery and insurance that I purchased are saying it did. I'm hoping someone will take accountability and fix this. I'll post updates

Terrible service!  I kept getting the run around on when I would get my furniture. Orginal delivery date was not correct. Then they called me saying what I ordered was out of stock, when that should've  been known at the time of purchase. It has taken over a month to get my purchase. Then upon delivery they didn't set the sectional up. When I was called for delivery time. I specifically asked will anything be set up. The man on the phones specifically said your couch will be set up. Then upon delivery they say set up was never paid for. There was never a set up fee discussed. Never knew it was a charge, or it would've been paid. And why would you lie to a customer saying it's going to be set up. I will never do business with these unprofessional people ever again. My advise take your business elsewhere!!!

This is a TERRIBLE company to purchase furniture from even though the furniture is very nice and expensive. It takes entirely too long to receive merchandise. Once I received the merchandise that I ordered which was well over a month and a half, it was damaged. I contacted the store MULTIPLE times before 24 hours of having the merchandise and they kept hanging up in my face and forwarding my calls. Once I finally talked to some guy in the store, he didn’t seem to understand and speak English too fluently so I sent an email to the company’s email that’s listed on the company’s website. However, I never got a reply. I had to call the finance company that I purchased the merchandise with just to get a reply from Melissa furniture and was told that it is going to take MONTHS just to get a replacement. At this point, I feel as if I’m never going to get a replacement due too the fact that it took over a month and a half just to receive the merchandise that I ordered. HOWEVER, I’m still being charged for damage merchandise on the behalf of the store. So now I’m going to take legal actions against this company because they are ripping people off. I advise anyone that purchase from this company to make sure that the items that you are purchasing is already in stock at the store and to pay with cash or debt card and not to use a finance company.

Was in the store Saturday June 15, 2024 and was treated like i was nonexistent. I asked the foreign guy a question about a mattress and he totally ignored me and continued helping  the white elderly couple.I will never go back and would suggest any African American not to frequent this business as well.

On November 26, 2023, I arranged to lease a coffee table and TV stand from Melissa Furniture, with an expected delivery by the end of January 2024, which I agreed to. However, I received these items on March 2, 2024. Upon delivery, the sales representative, Francisco, required me to sign a document confirming delivery before bringing the items into my house. After signing, they brought the items inside. I inquired about assembly, and Francisco informed me that the items were pre-assembled and only needed to be unboxed. Upon unboxing, I discovered the coffee table's glass was cracked, and the cord was dirty and sticky. I reported the damages to Melissa Furniture and was instructed to send pictures. I also notified Kornerstone Credit, the financing company, to see if payments could be paused until the coffee table was replaced. Kornerstone Credit relayed that Melissa Furniture claimed I had signed a document stating the items were undamaged and that I do not have a warranty. After speaking with Melissa's manager, I was told they would contact their supplier and update me. I requested a cancellation of my contract and a return of the items due to the discrepancy in information provided to me and Kornerstone Credit. Francisco had me sign a document before bringing the items inside, stating that it was just to confirm delivery. I believe the coffee table was a used item from someone else's home, which is why they had me sign the document before bringing the items inside. I should not have signed the paperwork before inspecting the items.

If you decide to buy or lease furniture from them, make sure that when they deliver your item, they unbox and set it up before you sign any paperwork stating the merchandise has been received, inspected, and accepted in good condition. They definitely took advantage of me. Now I'm stuck with a coffee table and TV stand that I don't want and have to make biweekly payments on because Melissa Furniture and the financing company refuse to retrieve the items or replace the coffee table. There are plenty of furniture stores in Little Rock. Please go elsewhere; there is a reason why their store is never busy! P.S. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I purchased a brand new sectional and waited a month for it to come in. I went and picked it up and it was wrapped in some type of material so I asked was it new because anything I’ve ever purchased comes new in a box! The guy told me is was brand new just for me to go home and upwrap it to find out it was a used sectional that was probably on the floor as a display or sample set! I have sent a email and contacted the store! I’m still waiting on a response from the manager! I’m very disappointed and I want to be compensated or I want a full refund due to them selling me something that is used and not brand new which is what I purchased and waited an entire month for. I suggest anyone that’s thinking about buying any furniture from them to think twice about it! I spent a good 5,000 and they still lied to me! All they want is your money!! That’s how I feel… I’ll be back with an update as soon as I hear from the manager!

Trash trash trash. I ordered a LED mirror in December, it was $600. Not even a month later, it stopped working for no reason. I had only turned it on maybe 5 times. I reached out to this place of “business” (if you want to call it that) about what the options are, but they consistently gave me the run around and ignored all 10 of my emails. A guy that answered mentioned something about warranty but warranty isn’t an option when checking out on their website. Poor quality products, poor customer service, take your money elsewhere.

Paid $4643 for furniture and same day delivery on 12/12/22. Finally received furniture on 12/20/22. Showed up on 12/18 with half my order wanting me to sign off on everything before all my furniture was delivered. Of course I didn't fall for it and I hope others don't get scammed either. I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! Melissa furniture is the worst furniture store I've ever bought from! Buyer beware!

Overall bad experience. First, The Manager entered the wrong price on my invoice. It was $100 more.  Secondly,  the Manager didn’t call me or text me to inform me that my furniture was ready. I had to contact her! Finally, they delivered my table, but it was scratched. Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Unorganized.

The Funiture is very elegant; However I bought a glass console table and it came out the box broke, along with missing parts and the store wouldn’t replace it.( Highly mad, spent a lot of money on that table) They said it had to been reported in 24 hours.
I also bought a chair and couldn’t put it up proper because they just threw my screws and washers in the bottom of the chair loose. My chair was not level at all.

The owners are trying to threatening me with my friends to remove my review. Omer is the owner of the RAMO Development is using the Melissa Furniture. He built a house for me and did so many cheap workmanship. He doesn’t care about his customers. The only thing he cares is money. Last time, I tried to talk to him and he was cursing at me and he threatened me. I was lucky that I recorded a video. Don’t buy anything from him. You see all the reviews are fake here. He asks people to put fake reviews. How could google let him do it? Never let anyone get in to your skin.

I picked my furniture and everything was fine until they chipped my marble table on every end during delivery. The delivery man had an attitude in MY house when I called and reported it to the store. Two months later, they still have yet to driver an unchipped marble table. Beware! Customer service here is beyond horrible. And they’re still trying to get me to buy more stuff but have yet to make right the sheisty delivery they did at first. I was supposed to have a lamp come in two weeks later. Of course, no lamp, no table. Two months after that, they want to deliver the lamp. No mention of the table they dropped. If it was too heavy for you to safely deliver, they could have offered me the option to choose something different and it shouldn’t be ordered in the store. I’m not dealing with them ever again. You must have better customer service than this!
