Friendly and conversational staff, you can tell they are pickier than most thrift stores on what they are selling because the clothes I saw/bought were great quality, but a tiny bit higher in price. Worth it

I put some summer clothes on layaway. Service was very nice to us while we were there.

Can't believe the deals I got today. 17 new tops don't even look like they've been worn or washed three pairs of new jeans an awesome coat and a nice new bathing suit for $70. You let me know if you can do that anywhere else :-)

Friendly staff and a variety of clothes, shoes, furniture, lamps and other things. Prices might be a bit higher than local thrift stores but there are plenty of sales you can take advantage of. Also, a great place to sell your items!

Always well stocked/ organized/low prices/ Staff is  always friendly and easy to find.  Laid back atmosphere. Good music. Helpful  but not pushy.

I consign here! Love it! They only accept clean, name brands, good condition...so your guaranteed good quality for cheaper when you go to shop with CJs.

I love shopping at CJ's. They always have decent quality clothes that I can buy for my family or me. There is a large selection of clothing, specially women's jeans. I wouldnt be able to clothe my family on a budget without this store.

Let me any thrift and consign shop, it’s hit or miss. Some times it’s amazing, some times a bust.

Great service, good sales, assortment of decor, furniture, jewelry and clothing..layaway is for 90 days..which helped us getting our new furniture after the new carpet was laid!

I guess a consignment store is different from your average thrift store. I didn't purchase anything I was just browsing. I would think there could be lower prices for second hand items. But it still far outweighs what you would pay at a furniture store for new items

Clothing is crowded. Different types of clothing are not separated.  You really have to sift through things. Really hurts my shoulder to have to reach up to sift through the clothes on top rack.  It's just not worth it by the time you walk out

It was better today than it has been in a while as far as having stuff, but nothing they had there today appealed to me at all. I did pick up some house decor items for my wife that she wanted, but clothes and stuff like that are not there at all anymore for men. They have a little bit of stuff for men, but nothing that I personally would buy and wear.

Great place for women and children's clothes. They also sell furniture. It's very clean and neat. I give it 3 stars because just like Marvas or goodwill.....there are very little clothes and shoes for men. That being said it's a great place for women and children.

I've always heard lots of good things about this place, just went with my teenage daughter and her dad for the first time this weekend! I was going to sit in the vehicle until I noticed they had furniture! There furniture prices are outrageous! I buy from Peters and sons usually and they finance and are much cheaper! They did however have some nice plus size clothes that were fairly reasonably priced!

Some nice things but way too much price for many things like shoes like 30$ u can buy it brand new for that.

Resale shop, clothing and furniture. Always something new and good selection. Pricing is fair on some items.

Good store. Mediocre service. Every time I have called for the past 2 weeks, nobody has answered the phone. If you bring things in to sell and want to check your account to see if it has built credit, then good luck calling and asking. I have had to just drive to the store multiple times.

I can never really find anything in here as a genZ plus size person. Not my favorite thrifting place.

They have pretty clothes and not to bad on prices but I had an account with them and they shut my account down because I didn't bring in any clothes for awhile and the money I had in my account they kept

I usually find decent clearance items. I don't recommend dropping items off because you won't ever see a check.

Used clothes in men's section have ridiculous pricing. Personally the prices are too much. I find clothes in the same condition way cheaper at other thrift storesm

Very rude middle aged woman with kid who works there.

The lady working behind the counter was very rude she completely ignored me when I was speaking to her and had a very bad attitude.

Older woman was very sweet, respectful, and patient with my son. Boy at front register really nice. Random woman I had never seen who works there ....note to self next time do not address someone's child while their parent is right there. Address the parent, and not get an attitude when asked a question. May not go so smoothly next time with someone else.

Be wary of this place if you are selling. I took an entire couch there, it sold within days, and I never got my money for it. I’d stick to Facebook Marketplace or something similar.

I have taken several household items and clothes there in the past 6 months.  Everytime I ask about the amount in my account,  I'm told I have  a dollar and some change. I will not be taking anything else to this consignment store.

My mother went to buy a bedroom set yesterday and one of the employees was very rude to her did not let one of the other employees help load the furniture, they need to hire friendly people.

I have been consigning, and shopping at this store for ten years.  I took in a bag of clothing a few weeks ago that was apparently damp.  That was my fault, and I would not have done so if I had realized that, but they cancelled my account after ten years.  They did not call, or even tell me what had happened and asked that it not happen again (which I would have gladly done)or anything, just cancelled my account.  The customer service was EXTREMELY rude.  There were dresses I had taken in that cost upwards of 1,000 dollars that I have no idea what happened to them because they just cancelled my account.  After ten years of going there, I will not be going back.

Cjs consignment shop is rude, untrustworthy, insincere, and unprofessional. I will never go here and will always tell everyone how awful they are. Turned in 7 boxes of clothes. They said they kept 2 boxes and they paid me .90 cents for it all. Legal thievery.

Pretty rude customer service, and I’ve heard from many peers that they steal from you, which I believe is 100% true. Do NOT recommend.
