Amazing place to find beautiful furniture and decor.  After driving around for 2 days and stopping at what was likely almost a dozen other stores, this was the only place that left a clear impression in my mind of the quality a consumer expects, both in the merchandise itself and the service given.  Ryan and Tillis made the purchase of our gorgeous, second-hand leather couch a great experience. The delivery service they used was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with.  It is the nicest of the three Sister locations, and I found that the large space of the showroom allowed for a wide variety of decorating tastes. Plus, it was budget friendly! A lot to choose from, and definitely a fun place for that special treasure hunt. Looking forward to going back!

Had been a customer for years. Purchased ‘000s of dollars.  Best luxury consignment store by far (including any you might think of elsewhere in the valley).  Serious and honest. Great service and quality items.

I refuse to pay retail for furniture ever again. There are so many great finds at My Sisters Attic. I recently bought a gorgeous Blue Leather Natuzzi Sofa for a small fraction of what it cost new. I find I can buy better quality, unique furniture than I otherwise could afford new. It's always fun to check out weekly what's come on since the last time I visited.

We had a great experience here, started when we were greeted just through the door by Amber, who ended up being our salesperson. She was genuinely friendly and awesome to work with, and the experience was by far the best of the six consignment shops we visited that day. They had a good supply of items to browse through, as well.

They have a lot of nice "stuff", but take your Visa card🤭

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They always have a measuring tape on hand for you, just remember to return it when you are done lol

I come here frequently as they are always bringing in new pieces. Prices are quite good and delivery fees are reasonable. If you buy multiple pieces the fee is the same. Really friendly as well!

New Chandler location, larger than the South Chandler location. Pretty good variety and all levels of pricing. SA always has something very unique and unusual to keep shopping interesting. Fast selling items at this store, if you  gotta have it (and it fits!) dont think about it, It'll be gone tomorrow.

My first time in the new store and had a great experience, Everyone was very helpful. They had a good variety of high end furniture to choose from.

Have yet to buy something here but the stock changes all the time. I'm sure I'm going to find something I love at a great deal one of these days.

Fun place, lots of merchandise, really amazing prices,always lots of new stuff just avoid the blond lady who works there,she's kind of mean and can ruin the experience

The place is amazing.  A large variety of furniture, art, household.  Alot of it high end merchandise.  I would have loved that desk but it was just too big.  But if I go back in a week or two, that desk will be sold and a new one in it's place.  Maybe smaller. 😀

The best items at great prices. The staff in Scottsdale is amazing. Christine goes above and beyond to assist us. The quality of items and styles is impressive. Also have to say that the delivery staff is so polite, professional and accommodating as well.

This place is great. It has nice furniture and things at a very good price. I love this store.

OMG, this is Fulton Ranch's discard furniture store that you won't want to miss. There are absolutely incredible deals to be had on high quality furnishings/lighting/carpeting/wall hangings etc. If you've never stopped in to see what's on the sales floor, you don't know what you're missing. I find it hard to walk out without making a purchase since everything is so well-priced. One word of advice is that it's a must have for your home, buy it when you see it. Turnover of inventory is incredible and even though prices get marked down on slow moving merchandise, not much of that winds up on the sales floor.

The staff has always been very helpful.  They answer my questions right away, as well as promptly letting me know if I have credit on my account.  They have also been helpful when I bring furniture for consignment--they get me a receipt quickly.  I really like doing business here.  It's great to sell pieces I am no longer using and I have found a beautiful hutch and a high end sectional for very good bargain.

Great place to look for the unusual furniture. The assortment changes all of the time so stop in often and check them out.

If you see something you like, I suggest buying it. The employees told me the things move fast, which I didn't take seriously, but after losing out on several pieces, I now believe it. The store is nice, and has a nice selection. Whether you find items you like depends on your taste and what people are trying to sell. However, they only take quality items. My advice is to stop in often. It's nice furniture for a good price and the selection changes constantly.

Definitely a good place to go of you're seeking that unique and different piece of furniture or art piece. It's kind of a thrill of the hunt place but we'll worth the look before you go pit an buy brand new.

This store is like walking into a museum ever changing. The items here are on consignment and of high quality. The inventory is always changing which makes it fun to shop. You can find those one of a kind items that you've been looking for at a great price. You must stop by to appreciate it.

Great selection of furniture and framed pictures. Friendly and helpful staff. I found a few things on sale and they were very good deals. It's fun just to wander around and see what they have because inventory changes quickly!

They offered some quality items, but the prices were a little high, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE was poor. There were 3-4 ladies at the desk, but they were not assisting customers AT ALL.

Some great pieces but disorganized and hard too understand discount program small tweaks could make this a 5 star. Customer service ams awareness is one of them.

The store has a lot of nice furniture and home decor. I've been in 3 time and purchased some decor on 2 of the occasions. I'm giving it a 2 because on every occasion upon the store and during my time in there the biggest component of going to a store is missing. There has never been any greeting. No hello, how are you, is there anything you are looking for today,  no eye contact,  nothing!! My 1st trip I just thought they didn't see me, 2nd trip I waited for one of them to notice me and on the 3rd trip it upset me and made me feel uncomfortable. I made a point to make eye contact and smile at the man who works the register to see if he'd then greet me when he was on the floor, still didn't.  Just very strange! Certainly not good customer service in my opinion.  I even wrote the owner after receiving a thank you for subscribing to their email list, it said to reach out with comments, etc anytime.  I got no reply! I was in retail management for 22 years, I think I understand a bit about customer service.

Meh’ nothing special. No customer service or acknowledgement of presence. Felt uncomfortable on the one item I might have been interested in, a chandelier. The  price was up high on a tag and I couldn’t see the numbers. Three gentlemen were there, “working”,  at front counter though shuffling papers and talking among themselves. I was the only shopper in store. Strange experience, don’t think I’ll go back. Tired Estate sale quality. 🥱

Nice place,customer service was OK, they rather talk to each other then help customers I was told I would get a call once a price  was set never got a call ,so that tells me they don't care ,I won't waste my time coming here again. 😉

This place looks so weird, the logo and outside design like a mid century furniture. But when you walk in, the furniture looks 20 years ago. Staffs are not well trained, don’t say hi, don’t have eye contact, don’t want to stand up and introduce and ask what you need. They just stay behind the desk.

A horrible experience with the rudest staff.

I have wanted to go to My Sister's Attic for a long time, and finally, when my mom was visiting, we decided to stop in. I am not sure what was colder, the fact that they are asking thousands for headboards that have large, significant cracks in the wood, or the fact that all three of us were not acknowledged by ONE employee. Not a hello, not asking if we needed help, or had questions, etc. Listen, if you want business, or someone to return to your store, be hospitable. The lack of regard for us as potential customers was evident and rude. Although this is not their fault, the furniture is peculiar and tacky. I won't be coming back because of the lack of regard we got as humans. KINDNESS is free, and a simple greeting is the least you can do.

Absolutely horrible experience. My wife bought a set of chairs for the price on the chairs and then was called back after arriving home, saying they made a mistake and she owed over double what she had paid. Never mind the fact that there are signs all over the place saying ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The tags on the chairs had been reduced twice so there is no way they were “mislabeled” as they claimed. Absolute liars.  DO NOT GIVE THESE  LIARS YOUR TIME OR MONEY. HORRIBLE.

Walked in and said hi how’s everyone doing. Clerk looked at me and shook his head awkwardly. After 10 more steps the guy yelled at my wife and I not to move then said we can’t stay in his store without a mask. Why are the doors wide open with no signs?

Don’t understand why we were being scolded as if we were 12 years old. We’re grown adults and first responders on top of it. Plenty of other establishments to take our hard earned money. NO ONE should be spoken to or treated that way.

The workers here should be embarrassed and work on their people skills. This review WILL be Shared with A LOT of sites as well as several social media platforms. Good luck with business

Just moved back to Az from Tx and was needing coffee and end tables. The owner/seller had them on craigslist until they I'm consigned it with their furniture outlet.  They sent me to the store with her assigned number to look them up. One of the 4 items was on the showroom floor. We were interested in the other three. We never got a call back after visiting the store looking for those particular items in their inventory. I was told it was in the warehouse waiting to get priced. I asked who prices them and he said he did. I said how do you price one of the four items only. Doesn't make any sense. Then I was told there wasn't any room on the showroom floor and that when space opens up they will bring more out. Evidently the "Sales Prevention Department" was working overtime. I let the seller know about my experience and the difficulty in trying to buy their items. She apologized to me. The store could have made arrangements to bring it out or make an appointment with me when they could. They weren't that busy. What ever happened to Terry's Consign and Design... We never had a bad experience there. No comparison. Not even close.

We reimbursed you $300 for your chandelier, which was over what you would have received if it had sold in the store. Our operations manager had miscalculated the price, but quickly corrected what he had said to you about the price. Surely you can understand that we are only human and occasionally make mistakes. Your behavior of ripping up your check and throwing it towards a staff member was not needed or warranted.

SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Watch out for this company.  It sounds like a great company but they aren’t. They broke a chandelier of mine and lied saying they couldn’t figure out how to put the pieces together when in fact they broke it and couldn’t sell it. The manager refused to discuss it with me until I told him one of the other sales people agreed they broke it THEN they tried to offer me extremely little amount. They had to escalate it to another manager. We worked out a price then later stated he misspoke and offered me lesS. This will be going to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. See you in court.!!!!!!!!

On June 29th, 2018, I was in this store and they was no one at the front counter to service me. After a few minutes Micheal walks over to the counter an ask whose next? One lady responded saying, that I was here before she. And Michael reply was she's (me)on her phone. MICHAEL did not service me, then tells another store worker to help me.! I said to Michael, please tell me you're not the store manager? Michael says no, but I was told not to service people when they're on their phone. I was told to wait. I'm like wait what?! There's  not a sign that indicates that. I am Never returning to My Sister Attic! My prayer is this never happens to anyone else. J/S

Carol, we apologize for our employees behavior in the manner, he should have better explained the reasoning behind our fee. We require a storage fee after two days because it takes up space on our floor and delays other items coming into our showroom. That said our staff member should have been more courteous in explaining this and for that we truly apologize. We will be reviewing our customer service standards with the staff member.

I was in two weeks ago and found several items to purchase, however I ended up walking out when one of the manager's was not willing to postpone my delivery date by a day without upcharging me an additional $20.00 over an above the standard charge.
Honestly, it wasn't even so much about the added charge...I was taken aback by his demeanor towards the helpful staff as well as no acknowledgment of my presence after I said hello to him.
I don't know if he was just havving a bad day or if he is rude on a daily basis.
Regardless, I have spent quite a bit of money in this store and will travel to the location on Camelback now after tgis ugly experience.

Julie, Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Although we value the feedback, we are really surprised you said this. Most items in our showroom are premium brands/designers like Marge Carson, Lexington, Crate & Barrel to name a few, as well as resort style patio furniture that is always selling quickly for top dollar. We stock our showroom with a wide array of price ranges and are well under original retail prices. Are you sure you have the right store?

I would love it if this place were 5 stars but in order to get there, they need to have better discernment on the items they sell. Nothing is appealing in this store. It is almost comical. It looks like rejects from grandma's house.  The store is way too crowded and prices are higher than new. If I can go to Living Spaces, Wayfair or American Furniture and pay less and get new items from this decade, why would I shop My Sister's Attic? Please improve!!

Chandler Store has gone down hill. I asked for months for a read out on my account and was always told computer problems!
I've taken alot of expensive things there and ended up with nothing or ridiculous price.
Last month My girlfriend and I went in to chandler location because she was looking for a table and we over heard a older couple very upset with Manager donating their things without calling them first when they were told they would try to sale them.
I asked manager if they would be interested in 2 display 6ft cabinets I have but, he said NO!
Didn't ask for pictures.
I was use to working with Mike but this other guy is not a good manager!
The Scottsdale Store is worth taking your things, they display and keep their store up nicer.
Make sure you sign you want to pick up your things before you leave anything.
I've been very disappointed when it use to be my favorite store!
I've found others that are so much better.
