This was one of the best experiences I could ever have at a store! The employee named Peter was incredibly kind and helpful, I will continue to only go to this location for the amazing customer service!

I had an amazing time shopping at this location! Grace was very helpful and knowledgeable, she had a friendly attitude and was very patient with helping me find a gift. She was very accommodating,  I will definitely be returning!

I’ve never had a negative experience at this store. All the staff has always been so friendly and willing to answer my endless questions lol. Today Maddie and Ashley were especially helpful. I always pop in when I’m in the mall and I’ll continue to do so because the staff is so accommodating.

Selection is awesome for nerds. It feels like an upscale gentrified hot topic which makes sense since they are the parent company. The employees are super helpful and nerds themselves!

Very good for an otaku/geek palce to go to, especially window shopping. They go all out when new shows or holidays come around so keep an eye out for those.

I'm a Disney obsessed person and this store always succeeds at impressing me with how much variety they've got in Disney products AND I'm never able to walk around the store without feeling like either me or someone I know would want that item. Great place for trying to get someone a gift that's into any of the major fandoms or even get something for yourself. I know I definitely do every other month because they always stock new things frequently. Seriously, it's a guilty pleasure. Go here, you wont regret it!!

This place is great for pop culture, whether you're interested in shirts, jewelry, pins, notebooks, or snacks, they have it. You can order items online and pick them up in store, or go to the store itself. It is a small store, but has a comfortable atmosphere and exceptionally kind staff.

I love this store and the location by far the best employees I go almost every 2 weeks lol they always have great deals and really neat stuff ! The staff is great and helpful and always welcoming

I love Boxlunch it is a branch of hot topic that exclusively has merch from many different fandoms. HP, Disney, anime, games,etc. It's bright and the employees are very helpful.

Love, love, love my most recent experience! I was in the market for a diaper bag and saw one on their website I thought I may like so I checked in store to see if it was available. Emilia exceeded my expectations for the visit! No they did not have the bag on hand but she let me know she could order it and ship to store for free! She looked it up and found out it was on sale as well! So I ordered the bag on the spot and she recommended a matching accessory pack that they did have in the store that is perfect. I picked up the bag in less than a week and I am in love! I am so very thankful that Emilia helped me that day and was able to get me everything I wanted and more. Excellent customer service, thank you Emilia!

I am enthralled with anything from my childhood, 80's 90's and early 2000s. This place delivers on pop culture, if you agree check it out!. nothing brings joy like reliving a great part of your past, a memory, some kind of sound bite or cap!

If hot topic wasn't as edgy but was more TV show/pop culture oriented. They're a bit pricey, but that's to expect from this kind of store. They do have decent sales though.

Fun selection of merchandise and pop-culture themed products!  The store was neat and organized which makes it easy to find the collections you are looking for.  The staff was very helpful and had great product knowledge.  Amelia knew exactly where a specific funko pop was in the huge wall of pops - it was behind several others and made my nieces day.  Highly recommend checking out this place!

One of my favorite places to shop, has great fandom items and employees are so friendly.

Bought the most amazing duvet cover it happened to be on clearance and i got to use my box lunch cash as well so it was only like 20 bucks. They are awesome and called me 2 days before the cash expired and I had plans to use it, so it was great that i didnt lose it.

Staff is very nice and always wanting to make sure you are finding anything and everything you had in mind looking for. I also got this guy over there! Lots of POP! over there. I love the Nightmare Before Christmas, Game Of Thrones and Harry Potter stuff they have in there as well. Definitely will be back lol.

This store can get pricey fast, but they have a lot merchandise that other stores don't. I wish it was a little bigger because space is tight when a lot of people are browsing. I like to look online before going to the store so I have a game plan. Sailor Moon FTW!

This is one of my favorite stores. They sell things you can't find anywhere else and really targets 90s kids. I just wish it was bigger. Getting through there was a stroller is a nightmare.

This is a wonderful place to shop. The staff are always very plesent and helpful. There is a wide variety of fandom merchandise to choose from and prices are pretty much what you'd expect. The only downside to this particular store is it can be pretty close quarters and hard to squeeze by people.

This store is awesome for anyone looking for memorabilia of their favourite shows/movies. From Harry Potter to Dragonball Z they have a large selection! I will be coming in more often now that I've found it and recommend it to anyone looking for a good store for this sort of thing

Love this place clean and friendly people the only bad thing is I can't buy everything I want because it's a bit pricey. But however all of the products here are top notch.

A sister store to hottopic just like TORRID, means great deals. The only difference is the atmosphere, the customer service here is pretty great & the staff is always very nice. They have a lot of funko pops, the clothes is also cute & a movie lovers shop. Lots of disney, Harry Potter, ghibli, anime merchandise. I highly recommend it for the nerd in you.

This place has so mich cool nerdy stuff! I always end up buying something cool. You have to limit your spending here though, as its really expensive. I try to get 2-3 items and stop there

Many fantastic items for every person you can think of.  The store is packed with novelties so plan on spending more than average amount of time here to explore.  Pop culture for Star Wars, Disney, Harry Potter.  For every ten dollars you spend here, a portion of the proceeds go to Feeding America.

Love this place. Basically a bright version of hot topic but it helps with variety. Love everything I do and the fact you can help donate to their cause and the meaning of their name. I was just there and saw a blind pack item I really wanted on display and asked if they were selling that and the cashier told me if I buy one and don't like what I get I can switch it out. That is so cool and every place should do that. Great place and glad it was added to arrowhead.

Neat place,  kinda like hot topics but for needs and geeks (cool stuff to geek over) but very tight (just like hot topics)

If there is a popular pop culture item you are looking for, BoxLunch is probably a great place to look for it. Which is a double edged sword as there is so much that it can be hard to find what you are looking for also a small store can carry only so much.

If this store had been around when I was in high school, it would have easily replaced my frequent visits to Hot Topic.

They have some pretty cool items in this store. You'll find cute bags featuring different cartoon characters, funny sayings on socks, mugs, t-shirts and more. The only thing I can compare this store to would be Spencer's. It's different from them, but similar. This store is a bit pricy. However, you can find some fun/neat stuff that you won't easily find elsewhere. The staff has always been friendly as well.

Love this store, when it popped up my husband and I were ecstatic. You can find all the nerd things here, however they are now starting to lack in their Anime stock.

The only downfall is that the items are pricey, you can find the same things elsewhere for a much lower price.

This is a fun store with lots of little branded things, from Disney to Mario. Always a great place to find small gifts and stocking stuffers.

The merchandise is awesome but the employees have gotten lazy and gossipy, and cussing in front of customers.

I think this store is cute, however a lot of the products you can find at other stores for a lower price. I like their new larger line of kids apparel and accessories.

They have some cute stuff but a little overpriced.   If you are looking for themed items (shirts, jackets, books, toys, etc.) then give it a look, just know you may pay more for it than you should.

This place is always fun to go to but its also super cluttered and tight inside the store that you can't really look at what they have to offer without ten people right behind you impatiently waiting to also look at the same items.

Small space. Stinks because it's always crowded. Whoever is picking the merch needs to be fired. It's HARRY POTTER and every out of date fan merch.

Idk what happened to boxlunch but it's nowadays only basic tee shirts, loungefly, and funko pops. There's nothing unique or novelty anymore, noticed the same thing has also happened to their sister store Hot Topic so that's weird. Plus at this store every employee now is literally standing there on their phone the whole time and just talking behind the registers together, i mean I've never met a single employee since the store opened who really did their job ever but the current group is... interesting. My family has already given up shopping at either of these stores until whatever strange change is happening right now passes.

Not a fan of policy. Terrible experience buying new merch.  2 per person limit only helps scalpers.
