This place is magical. I used to come here before the pandemic started, and it was amazing then, but they've really stepped up their game! I want everything. I'm a big person, so most, if not all, of their clothing wouldn't fit me, but the accessories are beautiful and one-of-a-kind and if I had all the money in the world I would buy all of it. I'm so happy they're keeping up the witchy aesthetic into the summer, cuz it's always Halloween in my soul. I will most certainly be back to buy some bespoke cuteness.

Most amazing people and place is definitely worth going. This is a vintage and non-vintage apparel store. There are just so many amazing things all in one place. Amazing decor included some for sale some just for display very lovely.

If I have 10 stars I would give this store. The customer service is exceptional and the unique items. I love the purses that our a book. I ended up buying 3. The blonde girl who dresses really cute all the time goes above and beyond for customers. Awesome place and great service. I will be shopping all the time here. Outstanding store

I went shopping for a gift for my wife and wanted to support local,  so I headed down to Downtown Glendale.  This was my favorite shop there! Tons of cool clothing and accessories to choose from and the customer service was friendly and helpful.  I will definitely be back in with the wife.

The employees are awesome. They genuinely help you find the style that suits you. They don't pressure or foist things on you. The store itself is awesome. Its just a relaxed atmosphere, with clothing amd accessories scattered about to draw your attention. I can be lost for hours in this little shop, just browsing and trying things on.

I love it here. The staff are phenomenal and friendly and the stuff is unique and fun. Many of the prices are accurate to what you would get for some of them from the label designers etc. Some of their stuff is one of a kind and it is absolutely wonderful. Shoutouts to the ladies who work there, I will be a customer as long as I live around here.

I am a frequent customer at Pink House and there is definitely good reason for it! They constantly bring in new, exciting inventory and always have plenty of sizes to choose from! Sarah is so helpful and simply a joy to talk to! The location is also great and prices are reasonable!! I strongly recommend this unique boutique!!! 👍👍

Always find the cutest clothes for both me and my teen daughter in her. So many styles from rock a billy to pinup to vsco aesthetic. If you're wanting to support a local boutique this is the place. They are size inclusive and moderately priced. Check it out, will worth it!

I LOVE this place!!!!! I’m a huge fan of bohemian clothing and unique jewelry and they have tons of it! I had a hard time finding something because I wanted it all! I chose beautiful cactus blossom earrings; as an Arizona native I had to have them. The store is clean, friendly and appealing. Great addition to downtown ❤️

Great trendy shop with a fun vibe.  The pin-up rock a billy clothes come in all sizes.  I especially love the Little Golden Book Poky Puppy skirt and all the puppy purses.  Constantly getting new fashions and accessories this is the place to find the goods!

This place has sooooo much to choose from. It's stuffed with treasures from front to back!! It'll take you a couple of times to see everything but by then there'll be so much new stuff!! Great pricing!! It's a "must see" when in downtown Glendale!!

I went into this store and instantly loved it. Ist time I couldn't see everything in the store as there was so much to take in and jump into the past with a twist on the new. I keep coming back and looking for the deals. I love the staff they are so helpful and kind. If you see something you love and someone just took the last one. Ask them. They just might have more in the back. Plus they can show you how certain items like hats can be rolled up an be stored away. Awesome place. My store to buy gifts.thank you Pink House.!

I had the pleasure of stopping by this place today. I bought the cutest choker and some adorable earrings! I paid less than $20 for these items. Some of the things in this store are a bit pricey, but I think it's because of the quality. All of the items that are expensive look and feel like high quality items. I've been coming to this store for over 7 years now. I always come in to check out what's new. Oh and if you love Hello Kitty or love to dress up like it's 1950 this is the store for you! They have a ton of clothing of all types of styles, colors, and brands. There's a bit of upcycled items as well. Lots of beautiful art inspired items like purses, pillows, magnets, jewelry, and so much more! I recommend you check it out!

I had ordered an HK reusable bag but received the wrong one. When I emailed (with screen shots of what I THOUGHT I ordered) to Danica, she QUICKLY responded back, told me to keep the wrong item as a gift & resent the correct item. She apologized about the glitch on their end & we're very friendly! I will DEF be purchasing more items from this site in the future!

The items they sell are really fun! Earrings and the hand bag prices are good. They have other miscellaneous items like bows and glasses that are reasonable as well. I felt their clothing prices were a bit high for me. Most pieces were selling for $50 plus. If you go in, you are required to wear a mask. They also have online shopping too.

We do our best to provide a wide range of items for all of our customers.  We've got pants and dresses starting at $18, beautiful velvet dresses, knit sweaters starting at $29, as well as beautiful high quality pieces at $55, $65, $89 and special pieces at more as we're very conscious about moving away from fast fashion and disposable clothing that doesn't last.  It's definitely a balancing act with today's inflation, prices go up but we still want to provide customers with cool products.  We also choose to produce items in the USA as well.  We've got a great team to help you find what you're looking for and to provide options for outfits.  We'll continue to source our items with all of our customers in mind.

Since a few years ago they raised their prices majorly. I know we're in a recession, but if they don't lower those prices no one is going to buy anything. I've bought big purses, a huge cross/mirror, many socks, and other cute novelties in the past from them. I couldn't even afford a mask this time. They were each $10 and above even for the really flimsy ones. Good luck, boutique!

Great merchandise and the locals are fantastic contributing artists, they know their craft, there is something for just about any age, gender or genre so it makes it for great gift buying.  I would come back but YOUR HOURS STINK!!!! how you can run a business open only 7 barely banking hours is beyond me and unfortunately I cannot shop there unless
I travel my sacred weekend hours, like most people have only 48 hours to wrap up the week and get ready for the next.  In all seriousness, consider especially during the holidays, keeping your doors open before my bank even closes theirs. I know I'm not alone when I say (because I stood outside your doors with about eight other individuals looking at the sadly darkened store with no posted hours) it would benefit you, since there are people with money to spend walking by your place right now wishing they could burn a hole in their pocket, or impulsively buy that really cool thing they would only buy because they are in your store and the goods looked great and the price is right.  I know because that WAS me.  I will not make an attempt to drive back from Phoenix because who knows if the hours are right on the web?
I usually post only positive things with a fair critique.  This one feels a little more like a rant.  That's not a good thing.
PS after reading the last post...it all makes sense.

Trying to support local owners, been there multiple times and daughter loves all the unique items. But we kept being followed around like we were going to steal, made me and my girls very uncomfortable that we stopped going.

Very cute things, but they're overpriced. As soon as I came in the store I was greeted, but when I was looking at things I was not ever left alone and I was constantly asked if I needed help or just stared at, which made me feel like I was suspected of stealing even though I had just walked in.

Would give 0 stars if possible. TERRIBLE customer service! They follow you around the store like you're stealing... why? Will never support a local business that treats people like that. Shame.

absolutely horrible, I spend 50$ and went to try to return what I had got, I had the receipt and everything, they turned me down they don't do returns at all! and when I tried to tell her about what happend with the dress the lady at the front just said "awe" like a sad dog. I also called 3 times before even arriving to find the answers before driving all the way down here and no one answerd!

It was my first time ever visiting Glendale downtown. I guess the whole Glendale glitters was happening as well. But the one blonde staff woman was incredibly unwelcoming. She constantly followed my mom and I around the store. Asking if we needed help. If you're just suspecting us of stealing, just straight up tell us! And we'll leave! At the counter she just gave me a long stare. No conversation, nothing. Just started at me. ESPECIALLY when I was looking at their beautiful earrings. But $16 for a pair of earrings? Yikes, good for you to sell them like that to other people. But the fact that you were following me the entire time, along with my sister? And my mom? You're nothing but a rude as hell person. So, thanks for such a welcoming experience! <3

I was only purchasing one item which is a Christmas ornament that I go to Glendale glitters for every year and for the last four years it’s at your shop pink house boutique, this year while getting checked out the cashier decided to comment to me “ oh, what a large purchase!” with a lot of sassing and attitude. Even her coworker next to her Shhh her.
It was super embarrassing and I let them know that I’ve been shopping here for years.
Looks like we won’t be anymore. There’s other options down Glendale glitters I just liked their handmade ornaments but I’m sure I could find something elsewhere. Doesn’t take a lot to be courteous and the comment was very rude.

Walked in thought i had stumbled on a GEM and then the woman at the front desk would not allow me to look around without a MASK!! ABSOLUTELY NOT MY LIP GLOSS WAS POPPING!!! ps masks are a choice!

Was followed around and stared at the entire time. And I noticed that I was the only one being stared at and followed around the entire time I was there. I bought something only because I didn’t want the employees to think I was there to steal. I don’t need to steal anything, I can afford to shop there that’s why I came. WOC I highly recommend bringing someone and no bags (I didn’t have a bag OR pockets)  if you just shop here. The shop is stunning but it’s a shame I have to be followed around simply because I’m the only black customer…in 2022 smh.

We understand you were excited to visit and but found your visit  disappointing but it was not in any way a personal attack.  We require masks for all customers.  We've placed a large a-frame at the door to let everyone know we're still masking as well as smaller signs at the door so everyone is informed.  We've chosen to continue masking to protect our customers, employees and immune compromised family.    We also provide disposable masks for anyone who doesn't have a mask.    As a small business, we need to be more careful of staying healthy, if we get sick we can't be open.

We're a small business, women owned, Latinx owned business.  We understand if you choose not to support our business or shop at our store.

If I could give a zero or negative rating to this place I would, This was my first visit to this store and was excited to come look at all the retro and cool clothing and items but I took 1 step inside and was told that if I didn't have a mask that I cant shop there the women that told me that was VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE about it. There is no more mask mandate and honestly I feel like it wasn't a mask problem, I feel like it's a racist problem. First time going and last time going, I recommend that no one shops there. VERY VERY RUDE.

No visible sign posted near their wall saying no photography. I took a simple small picture of my 2 year old in the booth (really you can’t tell what she’s in as it’s super zoomed in) and instantly got told in a condescending tone that it isn’t allowed . I can read between the lines - they didn’t like that I have a child in their store. Would NOT recommend.

If you are ordering online, I personally would not recommend shopping here. They have an unreasonable return policy. Please read it before shopping here. I wasn’t aware of how shallow their policy was until it was time for me to return a dress that couldn’t fit and was of poor quality for the price I paid, $98!! They will only give you a store credit and not a refund. When shopping online, sometimes you never know how the item is going to look or if it fits true to size. I personally feel they should be more open minded to online shoppers but their return policy is rigid. Anyways, I hate the dress I ordered. As you can see in the picture, the dress I received is like a brick red and isn’t as red and vibrant like the picture advertised. I paid $98 for a dress that isn’t true to size, the color isn’t as advertised on their site, and it is of very poor quality. I will be taking this up with BBB.

I hate leaving reviews like this but what I experienced trying to sell my products (co-op) with this place left me feeling unwelcome.

Early 2019, I wanted to join their co-op and contacted the shop by email to join. I waited for a reply for a good 2-3 days. No answer. I call and ask for the owner. I ask her if she got my email and she says she did. Here I am wondering why she didn't just respond to the email. Regardless I say to her I want to join their co-op and pay for a space. She says another woman would call me back to set an appointment so I can introduce my product. I wait for this woman to call me back and she never does.

The next day I call the store and ask for the owner once again. I tell her I never got the call from the woman that was supposed to contact me. She says she will tell her to call me. Once again I wait and guess what? No call. Not even a call from the store, not an email, nothing at all. I gave up attempting to join their co-op because the lack of communication. I felt ghosted. The whole ordeal felt unprofessional and upsetting. It's a real shame because I've visited this store for years, but after that experience I don't think I could come back and even shop here ever again.

POC I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to get followed around. My siblings and I went there and immediately got followed. We had money it's not like we were going to steal, regardless that doesn't warrent getting racially profiled. I felt extremely unsafe here.

I called to see if they do any donations for charity to raffle but right from the get go the woman who answered was horribly rude!! I even feel like calling the owner because my last visit there the woman was rude. If I can give zero stars I would, over priced stuff with mean staff.

Shortly after I bought a bracelet here I realized that it was broken and so I went back to get it fixed, and right when I walked in the lady at the cash register said, "Oh, you're back", in the rudest tone ever. I proceeded to tell her that it was broken and she immediately tried blaming me that "it was in tact when she put it in my bag" so I must have broken it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. That's the first and last time I buy from them.
