Bei and her team are amazing they are fast to respond. All the bags I’ve gotten from her are pretty much brand new and I received them within 2days. One time I asked her if she owns fedex. lol she is always sweet very relatable not like a lot of CEOs. I’ve not met her in person but I plan to go out to Az and meet her. Very aggressive pricing, transparent about the condition of items. Garage parking is available off of Highland to the south, have to walk through the ground floor of the apartment complex to reach the store. Owner was there and seemed genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about luxury bags. Highly recommend.
