A great high end buy and resale shoppe.

I purchased a pair of Valentino Rockstuds from MisLux and decided to return them. I had to contact them at least 10-15 times (via chat on their site, the contact us form, emailing the info address, and calling via phone) before I received resolution (sometimes I'd get no response, 2 times I got assurance that a return label would be sent that day to no avail). Finally, I did receive a return label and shipped the shoes back. They received the shoes almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my refund and have not received any response to my outreach (via each avenue above, multiple times). I do not recommend purchasing from them, and especially not online.

Went to pick up my shoes during business hours that were posted on their website. I wait 30+ mins to have someone open the shop. When texting them, they responded they're not open till later because they have an apt with a client. Lack of communication and deceiving on business hours will cause a loss of business. So disappointed with them, and will never do business with them again.

You need to change your hours if you're not going to be there as listed , this is the 3rd time I drive out there and you're not there yet according to the store hours it's open.

UPSET THEY SAID THEY ARE OPEN TODAY SATURDAY FROM 12-7 . THEY WERE CLOSED ITS 430 PM
