By far the best Thrift Store.  It's organized, clean, reasonably priced, helpful, and polite staff.  They have the coolest bags to take your treasures home in.

Absolutely LOVED this consignment store! I usually have such a hard time shopping secondhand because I never find things in my size but I was actually able to find so many amazing finds here! They are also super clean, organized, and the employees were so friendly and helpful. The store is like 75% women’s clothes/shoes/accessories and then they had a small selection of men’s clothing, and then other things. The prices are also very reasonable considering how high quality the clothing is. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area- you are bound to walk out with something you love!

Trove fan from Vancouver, Canada! I recently went to Trove during a sourcing trip and I have to say, my experience there topped every other secondhand/consignment shop I visited that week! The selection was amazing- they carry such a variety of labels and there truly is a price point for everyone! I found wonderful pieces for as low as $5, but there were also amazing designer pieces for really reasonable prices. (got my hands on a rare Zimmerman skirt for only about $300!) The staff were all so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable- they even held my selections overnight when we ran into some international banking trouble! I could not recommend Trove enough!

BEST CONSIGNMENT STORE EVER. BEST CLOTHING STORE PERIOD!!! We came all the way from the Bay Area and spent over 2 hours in the store!
I’ve been here twice and can say they have the best quality clothes, shoes, and designer items. Just today I bought over 20 pieces of clothing, an authenticated Louis Vuitton wallet, and an Hermes scarf. Also a big thank you to Miranda and Chloe for being so helpful, attentive, and kind!

This is fun place to shop, good selection of quality pieces for different ages. I consign here as well and that is usually very easy.

This place is great! You have to dig around a bit because there’s A LOT of variety, but I scored all of this for under $120.
They have different sales based on the color of the tags.
There are designer items, knickknacks, dishes, clothes, shoes, jewelry, handbags, scarves, etc.
Street parking is available but bring coins or a card for the meter.

I love Trove so much, it’s a wonderful consignment store. I’ve gotten two designer handbags there, and some cute tops with design labels. Also don’t sleep on the housewares section. You never know what you will find, which is part of the thrill of the chase. The staff are very helpful too. A great experience.

Staff is always friendly, never patronizing. Drop-off is often a mystery as to what they’ll accept for consignment— usually 30% of what you bring in. On the buy side, you can find real treasures at 70% off & designer items (vetted) fairly priced. Since so many consignment shops have gone virtual, Trove is a browser’s pleasure!

Another great experience at Trove ! Mariah is fantastic ! Her enthusiasm to help is so refreshing .She is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and she goes the distance on checking as to when the something arrived and when it will go on sale.

I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS...I can not believe that its taken me this long to write this review. The owner, Danielle is so nice and down to earth. I have consigned there for years and never had an issue. The staff is great! Especially Ana,  Sophia, and Alexandra, and Joelle. Im bad with names and I know I missed quite a few... Im so sorry. Anyway, The reason I love this store is because it literally has something great for every type of budget. Anyone can find something they like without breaking the bank. Even designer pieces can be affordable or at least fairly priced. You can find a cute Zara or Anthro top or an amazing Chanel suit all in one place. No wonder its always busy! I love supporting small businesses like this place. I truly enjoy every visit to this store. They are so welcoming..it literally feels like Cheers.(sadly the 16 yr olds that work there won't know what show Im referencing lol) . Im kidding, they arent 16, but they are young and also very kind and helpful.

The staff is very nice and accommodating.  It's fun to shop there however it's rather difficult to go through the clothings as they have a bit too much inventory, the hangers don't move much so you really miss a lot of the good choice. But really do enjoy the deals and the friendly, helpful staff.

I love coming here! They have parking available, which is a rare thing in LA. Their selection is wide spread (major discounts to discounts on designer brands). I feel like I'm shopping instead of digging through clothes -- a hard thing to find when thrifting. They have such lovely customer service and atmosphere. Can't recommend it enough!

Trove is hands down the best consignment shop you can find. They are very fair to their sellers and I can only imagine the deals customers can find. I sold some of my leather designer goods that don’t get enough use and within the contract period they all sold and got my money sent direct deposit. They’re awesome! I’ll be coming back if I decide to sell my other designer items <3

Not large store but they sell many interesting things. I found lots of amazing vintage tea cup sets there and most of them are $10-20. It's affordble price and good value. The lady here is really friendly. I'd like to visit again for more cute tea cups😍

I cannot say enough about how great this place is!! I have come back with so many treasures from designer items to everyday finds that have been incredible.   Parking is really easy as well.  I think there are one of the few places in town that will take housewares as well as closing. And I've consigned both there with great success.

I love trove! They have such a huge variety in styles, brands, eras and prices. I see so many consignment and vintage stores around here one carrying super expensive designer brands. I can always find cute things that are affordable but good brands. I always get hyped up by the older woman who works there (I think she’s an owner or manager?) whenever I try stuff on. I don’t think I’ve ever left here empty handed.

Fantastic personnel‼️ ALWAYS available to answer questions regarding merchandise.  Fine selection of both high-end & mid-range clothing.  A wonderful selection of glassware, household items & furniture.  Their consignment terms are very fair.  The BEST FEATURE is that the owner offers a point system.  For every purchase, you receive points, & after one accumulates a certain number of points, the client receives a rebate/dollar-off award.  There are many seasonal markdowns, & other little “goodies” like buy one get one 1/2 off!!  This is one of the TOP consignment boutiques in LA.  All consigned clothing brought in is thoroughly steam-cleaned & pressed B4 being placed on the sales floor.  There are no musty smells or odors in the air or on the clothing.  Just a FINE, comfortable & FUN place to browse.  It’s difficult to walk out the door without buying at least one unique item‼️‼️

I like to treat myself to The Trove! They have the best selection of slightly used clothes at great prices! Everyone who works there is super friendly and I feel like I am at home away from home. I leave with some awesome  little pieces to add to my wardrobe.

I had to return to store when I saw the prices you came up with for my good jewelry. It was way to low. The jewelry had to ge returned to me.

If you’re seeing those items on the racks they were probably a mistake since they are still there! I love it here - I always have some great finds. The one thing is that it's really hard to understand their decisions regarding what they take for consignment. I understand it's subjective, but I also always see some brands (not a lot of course) that are lower quality than what I brought in, and I always see some things (again, not a lot) in worse condition that what I brought in. So it's just hard to understand why some things make it through. But my shopping experience here is always very good.

I’ve found some really great things here. The prices can be high but they’re also a lot of deals, you just have to dig and pay attention to the sale tags. This is my favorite thrift/consignment to shop, however, I would not consign here. I brought in a Louis Vuitton vintage bag in pristine condition the other day, they looked it over and said they would “take it” but couldn’t even give me a price! They said they needed “authenticate” it which involved sending it somewhere. They should be able to visually authenticate it on the spot and send it to whoever needs to verify it on paper later. That’s rediculous. Also they don’t give you cash on the spot or even a credit. Not a good system. I once sold an LV bag to another consignment store that gave me an on the spot credit which I used to get another bag I wanted. They would move more high priced items quicker if they used this system. Someone might get $400 for their bag and put that credit towards an $800 bag they like. Just sayin.

In addition to fair pricing we offer a robust rewards program which allows shoppers to redeem up to 7% of their sale in future store credit. There is SO much that we do to make sure everyone can get a tremendous value and it’s difficult to receive a negative review when you didn’t have a chance to experience the full store. I hope you will give us another chance. We have over 6,000 items in the store on any given day. 

I’m the thrifter looking for interesting pieces in the $5-15 range. I’ll spend more (up to $40 probably) if I love something really nice. I only had time to go through about half the store. I thought the selection was ok. There is a surprising amount of Zara and JCrew, so if that’s your thing.. There were a few interesting pieces that I liked but were priced at 3-5X what I think they were worth, considering the wear and material.

Their jewelry selection is awful though - most of it is out of style and/or ugly costume jewelry.

Pricing is still all over the place so I recommend researching the item you are interested in so you can make an informed decision.

I would not recommend buying any high end items here because they don't authenticate.

They seem to openly sell FAUX items, which I'm a little surprised by?!?!?

On my first (and only) visit about a month ago, the cashier was screaming at an elderly customer.

Due to this and their prices being about 80-90% of retail for used goods, I won't be back. A lot of their trinkets were damaged or missing pieces too.

The service sucks here. People literally ignore you and don’t even help. First time here. Never coming back.

We also appreciate you confirming via email that none of what you posted is the truth but you didn’t get back what you wanted at the pawn shop so you threatened us with your bad review to recoup your money. You didn’t even offer to bring the item back. To share the truth - You paid $69.99 on 12/28 for an item that was marked “vermeil” on the tag. This means gold plated. The brand retails for $500 and no intelligent person would sell a solid gold necklace and charms for $79. You have admitted that you knew that the item was not being sold as gold. And that you tried to “flip” it at a pawn shop and now the necklace is destroyed. You also admit via email that you don’t want to return the necklace but you just want your money back because a fake bad review should allow you to get whatever you want. As a hardworking small business owner that spent Christmas Eve working and away from my children let me just say thank you. THANK YOU SO MUCH and Yelp is so awesome for allowing this review to stand. Sorry but we don’t work with extortionists and although we offered to refund you, we will not do so given that the necklace is Damaged. 

They have a gold jewelry case and it's the fifty and up case. They sold me a seventy nine dollar ring with pendents on it on a necklace and told me it was gold. Later I went to a pawn shop and found out what they sold me was gold plated but it was real silver. I thought I bought real gold.  Please do not misrepresent the products that you sell especially since you do not offer returns or exchanges on any products as part of your policy.
