Authentic, unique shop You just don't find this quality of antiques in one place. Bought a few small things for now... I'll be back.

They specialize in high end furniture. Staff acknowledged my wife and as soon as we walked in and promptly told us "don't touch anything, if you want to see something get us". Unless you're planning on dropping over $1,500 on furniture not the place to go. If you're looking for furniture to fill a very large house then check this place out.

Rude customer service and dishonest pricing strategy. I purchased a lamp from one of the owner's "personal collections" and when I discovered the exact same lamp, not a reproduction, made by Design Toscano and available from Overstock and even Amazon for a fifth of the price, I contacted the store to see what could be done, if anything, but at least to explain what I had found. I was sold something passed off as an antique since it had been in the owners home for a number of years and bought from an estate sale. Based on the product I found online, I believe the owner’s origin story but think the lamp she owned and later sold to me was most likely purchased from the current manufacturer who’s been selling the item for a number of years. When I tried to explain the situation, both owners responded defensively and ultimately hung up on me. If a store is going to charge such high prices and tout selling antiques from the 18th, 19th and early 20th century periods, they should be do some preliminary research and be able to stand by their goods, or at the very least be receptive and listen to customer concerns. My mistake for trusting an antiques dealer’s pricing and not doing my own research. If the owner had looked online, they would have been able to find what I did and not charge five times the manufacturer’s current price.
