Great flea market. Amazing deals over the years going here!!

We just dropped off roosters, but they were well organized.  People were very helpful.  We didn't have time to explore the whole experience, but we will!

A place where things are cheap if you're looking to go by household goods or tools or livestock definitely a comfortable place to shop you also can rent a storage to sell out of which is nice

The place to go to every monday morning in case you wanna buy a pet or livestock at the auction , there is also little stands where you can buy fruits juoces clothes and many other items. This is the go to place if you aint got nothing to do on a monday

The flea market is the best.  I love this place; produce, food and random items galore.

You can find just about any thing you can think of and then more.

Love going to 7th Street flea market my uncle  and my parents took me there when I was a kid. I've been going there for 60 years that I can remember.

Sunday and moñdays are awesome because of this place. My kids añd I piçk oñe thing we think we need and than go and see who can find the best one for the best price, they lov3 it!
It ends up being an àll day outing to go antiquing, thrift shopping and having fun as a family with no worries àbout Breaking the bank.

Came here for the Circus we took our granddaughter to her first circus. We had a blast!!!! It’s so fun spoiling the grand babies.

TRY ZAMUNDOS BURGERS AND TACOS !!! The best hands down burger in Modesto , not to mention the amazing!!!! Staff !! Wow . I got a cheeseburger and my husband a bacon cheese burger with fries and I can no tell you how amazing they were ... Please give this place a try !!!! You wont be disappointed!!!

So much variety. Animals, Plants, Food, Clothing. The outdoor auctioneer is something out of a Hollywood movie. He has a style all his own as if he is almost singing a song as opposed to auctioning off items. Very interesting. Great place to explore.

Always super friendly & always willing give you a great bargain! Fresh fruit & veggies, household products, makeup (some brand name), food trucks & yard sale type of stuff! There's even a lady who has a pop up shop & cuts hair. She does a great job every time!

Nice place to spend time at. Recommend bringing family and friends, as there is livestock and sometimes musical events taking place as well. Plenty of vendors, along with food trucks with a variety of food choices.

🙏 This flea market is looking s of fun. You can find some great deals. Get there early before it really heats up . Check out the Stevens  brothers ,they are right on the corner as you walk in.  Best deals around , eclectic assortment of items and extremely fair on there prices. They get one of a  kind items, estate items and collectables.  I wish they had more food vendors at the market with awnings  to protect you from the sun.  Fun way to spend a Sunday morning . Give it a try you won't regret it.   It is Helpful if you are bilingual .

I love going here every other Monday with my mom. Great mother daughter bonding while looking for deals and nick nacks. An also buying some food and produce.

If you have the time and energy can find some awesome deals.  Tons of sellers of both new and used items.  Bargains galore! Parking can be tricky just need patience sometimes.  There is so much it can get overwhelming. They also have a livestock auction and a variety of hot foods and snacks.  Sometimes have live music and dancing too!  Really fun for everyone.  Recommend face coverings and comfortable shoes!

Actually kind of wandered in here & found some really nice items:. A German Steel Cleaver that wasn't too expensive, but neither was it cheap. It was very sharp too.  Also picked up a collectable Hot Wheels car of the larger than average variety, that was very inexpensive, a great bargain!

Love this unique flea market. Love the animals as you enter. Great prices on plants. Lots of medicinal  herbs and plants. Lots of new and old stuff. Prices can be cheap to expensive. But you can haggle. Food is meh. But drinks are OK. Great way to spend the morning.

Good place! Check out the frozen treat truck right in front when you walk in (across from the kids water play area and live band/dance area.) It's a family owned truck and the mom makes the best homemade  syrups for the shaved ice! I recommend mango and coconut. They're amazing! I go just for them sometimes!  Vendors have Good prices all around if you know how to shop... I feel like they usually try to charge me more because I don't speak Spanish but I usually haggle them down to a good price!

I love to go on Sundays there is live music also all the vendors are very friendly. You can buy fresh produce & you can find most anything you need. You'll also buy stuff you didn't even know you needed till you found it there just a awesome place to go with your family or friends.

I have been here cuple times  and found what exactly looking for,  the prices are chip, and the people very nice, definitely recommend it

There is a taco truck here called taco meme's and OMG the Taco's melt in your mouth. We go here every Monday just for these Taco's!

The flea markets great it’s out of this world ! They had a little bit of everything wonderful, free, entertainment, livestock and live music and some really great interesting stuff use power tools and some new ones tools. Some memorabilia Food trucks And produce stand, it was not a wasted  trip  a friend of mine picked up some small trees to  plant in her yard

I like going to the live auction. It's best to get there early for viewing and a good seat. The auctioneer is quick at his job. The only thing I could critique is the microphone isn't loud enough and with him talking so fast, it makes it hard to understand.

Love all the vendors that are there sum good price booths priced way too high

I always find good vegetables and a lot special tool's. The bad thing about it is the parking it's a nightmare. If you get there early enough parking is OK. If it's after 9:00am forget it.

The open-air animal auction & flea market intown is pretty decent it used to be a lot better back in the day but frugal shoppers can find something they need and foodies can come there for some real good eats!

My first time there and I gotta say pretty cool, had the watermelon drink,some snacks.  They were doing livestock auction.  There was chickens,ducks and goat's for sale.

Love the Chinese food and all the cheap stuff you can find. Parking is a little hard to find, I find it best to go early around 9 or later after 12 pm

What I like the best is it's not all new stuff. I really enjoy walking around. Looking at everything. There are some good buys.
The parking is very crowded on the street. But the market's fairly small so people are moving in and out quickly.

Easy to look around and shop, definitely have a variety of items, mostly used goods. Stopped at Tacos locos fora quick bite, tacos were really good and had great flavoring a little on the expensive side ($3.00 per tiny taco)

I have been going to this flea market for about 13 or so years, and my experience has always been positive. The vendors are all very friendly and non-biast. They  are all very helpful, and most of the vendors remember what I like, and if they don't have it the first week, they will remember to bring the thing I'm looking for the next week.
It's a very close knit community, which makes the experience and the atmosphere very unique and special.
This outdoor market is a multi-cultural plethora of positive energy and fun and colorful family experience. The fresh fruits and vegetables, and the diverse cooked on-site foods are delicious. There is also multiple kinds of desserts, candies, and beverages to choose from.
There is something for everyone at this flea market. Let's not forget the live music and dancing...fun for everybody.
It is like a vacation that is close to home, but feels light-years away from the uncertainty and the violence many of us are faced with today.
I do most of my shopping here for all of my needs every week. Here you will find all the groceries you will need, and all of the latest name brand fashions from head to toe. You can upgrade your garden, add to your tool collection, decide to bring home some baby chicks, or buy your kids new or gently used bikes, and toys; they even have all of the electronics you can think of.
I will probably shop here for the rest of my life...and never need for anything.

Wow sweet little gem. Not hard to find. Loved seeing the animals. Despite the day was surprised  to find a few vendors. They had great prices and willing to haggle. Lots of plants and herbs. Some great Mexican healing herbs. Crowds we're respectful about distance.

Its kinda small. But they have really good aguas Frescas and the Chinese food truck there has the best fried chicken

Most vendors close pretty early on Monday, so get out there early.  It is a smaller flea market than Crowe's Landing but still interesting selections, food trucks and farmer's market.  Livestock auctions held here are fascinating though a sobering reminder how animals are treated.

Lots of food vendors and used. Tools. but I was disappointed with the lack of Mexican imports for example if you’re looking A variety of belts ponchos blankets hats boots then this is not the flea market for you. I did get a great deal on some socks though, 24 pairs for 20 bucks.

Very depressing with all the homeless and all.

This place shouldn't even be open yet. Cause a lot of people don't where there face masks or don't put it on all the way or sanitize there hands this needs to be inforced due to our state COVID-19 outcomes and the increased covid-19 rising cases everyone is supposed to where a facemask over your mouth and nose and sanitize your hands and keep a 6Feet distance from eveyone
