Dropped by this store to see if it was worth adding to my home decor list, and it is great! The owners have a good eye for antiques with very reasonable prices. Both ladies were personable and chatty, and I enjoyed talking to them. They have a great selection of vintage art for a good price. 10/10 will be back again.

Offered fair market value on Facebook Marketplace. Said she didn't entertain lowball offers. Sent her a picture of a similar piece by the same manufacturer that was a quarter of her list price. She got mad and ended the conversation. To be fair, I did offer half her price, which would seem offensive until you realize she priced the item based on the highest priced listing she could find (it wouldnt surprise me if that was her listing as well in order to inflate the price, it was that egregious). Sellers have a tendency to base the prices off the market high while simultaneously ignoring the market low. Google exists. The only people she will be fleeceing are the technology illiterate.
Yes I did not accept the offer. That is the perogative of any seller. You haven't been to my store to see all of the very reasonable prices we offer. The item you are referring to sold at my full asking price. And the customer was very happy. I do know how to price, I look at what has sold in the past and usually price at the lower end. Thank you for your comment and please come and visit.
