Very nice store, tons of items, new and old, fairly priced. The furniture seemed very good quality, was looking for a dining table. The staff are friendly and the young lady helping me was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back!!!

Very pleasant experience with Estates Consignments. Purchased 3 watches from them, all at very good deals. I never tried their Service Center. I had my vintage watch out for service with a different watch service center, for almost 8 months and they couldn't figure out what is wrong or find parts for my watch. I took the watch to Estates Consignments and I had it back in 2 weeks, working perfectly at a very decent price. I will bring all my watches here from now on. They called me with an estimate the next day, and they would fix it faster but they needed parts. Super fast and very good job!

The store is a hidden secret. It is  well organized, merchandised, and clean. So many things that are available to buy and sell.

I primarily came in to sell some jewelry. The customer service, communication and transparency was second to none.

I will definitely be back to sell and buy.

Recently, I took my wife to see a couple of items for our anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. I think I have found my new consignment shop! The gal who helped us was very kind and took an extensive amount of time working with us, showing us the right bands and genuinely giving us one of the best experiences I’ve had in retail in a while! The store had so many things at really good prices, the staff were really helpful and kind. They had a really great section for knives and self defense weapons like Byrna. The man at that section was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They also offered self defense training. This store is great and I could not recommend it more.

My vision is not 20/20 anymore, when I bought a new battery for my watch, I bought the wrong one and burnt the motor. It was a watch given to me by my grandmother who is no longer with us. I was devastated and didn’t know what to do. I took it to Estates Consignments and they repaired it. Not only did they do an awesome job with the watch, but they returned it to me clean and polished. After explaining to him that we needed to furnish an entire house and we only had 16 days, Rubener jumped into action.  He came out to the home, assessed our needs and returned a week later with a truckload of furniture. He did a great job of bringing together a couple of different design elements.  We are happy and grateful and will return to see Rubener whenever we have furniture needs.

I was a little hesitant at the beginning, but after I spoke on the phone with Dan, I felt more comfortable and I ordered a large diamond ring. The ring was in excellent condition and came with a GIA Certificate. Shipping very fast, impeccable packing. They even resize the ring for me at no extra cost.

What a hidden gem! When I walked in the door I was immediately impressed with the quality of merchandise in the store. Most of the furniture looked brand new and there was a nice selection of luxury items. I don't know what the other reviews were that said it is too expensive, perhaps these people have never priced out some of the high-end items that were on display at this store. For example: I saw a $2,000 Givenchy bag on sale for $600 and it looked brand new (I googled the price). There was a huge selection of watches: Rolex, Breitling, and other top names. My wife is a huge fan of Tiffany jewelry and there was a large selection of these.

If you are looking for cheap crap, don't go to this store, go to Walmart. But if you are looking for rare, unique, quality pieces, you will be very happy.

What a beautiful, elegant store! I seriously want to live there. Not only is the selection of jewelry, furnishings and other assorted items elegant, sophisticated and unique, but the consignment aspect makes them a green business in my book! AND love that they are locally owned, not some lame-o chain place with cheap crap made by modern day slaves overseas. The owners are a delight to get to know, and make more effort than most to integrate into the community. Finally, on my most recent visit, I discovered they have an AMAZING display of gemstones and minerals. So, if you are looking to furnish your place in a luxurious and artistic way, or bedazzle yourself in jewels, look no further. Support locally owned small business!

Sold my furniture there in January and was told I would get a call regarding my payment.  I have called three times now and each time I call I am told I will get a call.  None yet and it is the last day of February.  Whem I purchased furniture here I had to pay at the time of purchase.  Now that my items are sold I have to wait almost two months for payment?

There was no one in there and I can see why.  It's  a creepy place with scary employees and scary vibe. When you enter you are greeted with a sign in big red letters that they can refuse service to anyone. Behind the sign is an unfriendly man with a giant gun on his hip who asked me "can we help you?" I should have turned around and walked out but instead I explained in my bewilderment and anxiety that I was looking at furniture and felt the need to ask "is that all right?"  Then another man proceeded to lurk around behind me like I was some kind of criminal. It was not to be available for questions, it was clearly a form of intimidation in case I decided to stuff a sofa in my purse. Beyond the new stuff I found some nice, reasonably priced items that I would have purchased but there's no way I would give that place my money. I should clarify, I'm a 56 years old woman. I couldn't tell if they were just mean or racist or traumatized by past experiences and felt the need to treat customers like potential threats. Whatever the case, it was such a bizarre experience, I'll never return.

That was disappointing. I walked in an wanted to buy $200 in silver coins for my kid. No haggling, already knew what I wanted. Was pleasant to the people at the front door. The sales staff wouldn't even make eye contact and I was at the coin counter for 20 minutes.

Extremely rude employees, get angry at you over nothing and get even angrier after you apologize. I'm willing to bet they buy reviews to stay at a high score cuz the people here are rude as hell and they could use an anger management class

This place has a very strange vibe. The door is locked when you walk up. Which is honestly fine. I get that part of their security policy. As soon as I walked in there was an associate asking if there was anything in particular I’m looking for. Again all good it’s nice to know there’s someone I can ask if I need something. Then another associate came up not 30 seconds later. Again I’m asked if I need help. It’s like no I’m just looking and open to buy something if I am called. I politely said no thanks (again). Then I was followed around the store the.whole.time. I wasn’t carrying a purse or bag. So I’m not sure if they thought I was going to try and put a piece of furniture in my pocket and run out the locked door? or what?! All their small jewelry items are beautifully locked in their case. So honestly, what’s with the policy of following your patrons around? If I hadn’t felt awkward and watched the whole time I would have likely bought something. But the over the top obvious way they followed me around didn’t have me wanting to support this business. There’s a few other good consignment/thrift stores around. If you want to enjoy your experience I wouldn’t waste my time with this place.

My girlfriend and I felt very uncomfortable there. The owner followed us around the the whole time we were there. This was our second time there. First time same thing but all the employees on the floor followed us and kept asking if we needed help. Will not be returning.

Dear N De.  I am sorry about this experience at our store. Some of the closing protocols that we have is due to security implemented as advised by our insurance and the police department.  Mainly it is due to the fine-jewelry department closing times.  Furniture customers are let in to look, as long as they do not need to be helped by the jewelry department.   At the particular day that you visited, there were something that happened in the day that made the staff somewhat over vigilant about the 5:30 closing. Terrible service, I stopped by to look around specifically for some antique doors. It was 530 they say they close at 6pm. The manager or clerk (Ruben) was particularly unhelpful and his poor costumer service skills became overtly apparent when I simply asked about some of items on the floor. He again claimed that they were closed and I left. My advice is if you close at 530 then simply change your posted hours. What a waste of time. There's a antique door in the front of the store if the owner of it wants to sell it please reach out.
