Jacob was very friendly and helpful! There was another store associate on the floor who helped me find a hello kitty and friends blanket. Appreciate the help! I was in and out within 5 minutes and got exactly what I was looking for!

We weren't bothered by the employees. This store is a little bigger than the Ontario Mills BoxLunch store! We were enjoying looking around and some items were bringing us back to our childhood! As always we loved this store even though it's a little pricey but it's just what the business is.

Disappointed here, it was a nice store when I went. My girlfriend went herself and asked if they currently had One Piece cards and was told no they haven’t in awhile, but within the hour their instagram posted that they had cards now. This happened around 5 pm so I’m not sure why she was told no only for it to be shown on an Instagram shortly after. I’ve been a platinum member for years now and never had an issue with an employee checking their stock at any other BoxLunch.

They need to train employees to be genuine, helpful, and more friendly. Instead, they are trained to be suspicious and treat everyone like they can't afford the things they pick up. Ashley, you need to do better, or may I suggested don't work in retail.

this place has got to be the most ridiculous and has the most incompetent managers!!! my orders have been sitting at the store for a week. i called the store a couple of days ago and the manager herself told me that my order isn't there yet. this was 2 days ago when i called. i have been waiting for my order for over a week. yesterday, i called customer service and they said they didn't know where my order was. today, i received an email saying if i dont pick up my orders today, it would be canceled!!! so, i called the store again today and spoke to the same manager. i asked her how is this possible when i spoke to her 2 days ago and she said my items weren't there. she told me that she would check, again. amazingly, my orders are there. it has been there for a week!!! if you talk to the manager and she is incompetent, why is she the manager?!!! all she said was that she was sorry... there's nothing she could do... that when my items were there, she was off that day and the next day. she continued on with her many excuses. i called her on the day she is working and she couldn't even get it right!!! there's definitely something wrong with this place!!! jasmine is the manager that i have been dealing with and no wonder this store has a low rating.

Employees were friendly but would NOT leave me alone, idk if they were instructed to be annoying but if they were they succeeded. I was also forced to be signed up into the rewards program after repeatedly explaining I didn’t want to and I was given extreme glares at one point.
