As described by one reviewer, EcoTown is "so cool!" with an impressive inventory that spans clothing, bags, electronics, instruments, and more. The store is praised for its exceptional organization and cleanliness, with items "well marked with descriptions and prices." Another customer notes the presence of "luxury name brands" displayed in glass cases.

Beyond the impressive selection, EcoTown's customer service sets it apart. Reviewers highlight the store's willingness to purchase items, with one seller sharing, "They purchase a lot more of my items than other resale shops." This place is so cool! Clothes, bags, electronics, instruments, and more! Everything is so well organized, clean, and priced really well. The only bummer is that the dressing rooms were closed, but there are lots of large mirrors where you can slip clothes on over what you're wearing. Definitely check this place out!

Sold here a few times and always have a great experience. They purchase a lot more of my items than other resale shops. I have never purchased from them but seen very cute purses.

I like this place! Neat and clean. I browsed through many racks of clothing. Found a pair of cute pants and bought a necklace. They had a lot of clothes. I will be back for sure! Prices are comparable to Goodwill, maybe a tad higher on some items.

There are some great finds in this store if you know how to dig. To all the people complaining about not getting money for their designer brands - THIS IS A BUSINESS. You don't have to sell your things here. Retail value and business value are different. The purpose of a business is to make profit. They will not offer you what you paid for it, what the tag price is, or anything of the sort. Take your unreasonable comments elsewhere.

A very big & well orginized store. I like how clothing has size tags on the hangers; luxury name brands are in glass dislay case; items are well marked with discriptions & prices.

Visited the one of the two stores located in Santa Ana. Overall pretty good experience as a knowledgeable flea market, resale, thrift shop and vintage buyer/shopper. The best prices are on the apparel and household items. There is a vast array of other vintage and hard to find items. Be advised if you want to sell your items that it can take up to 1 hour+ for them to sort and award you a purchase if any. Best to drop off, run errands and then return for the buy. Always good to participate in recycling and reusing to help others and the environment. Happy shopping!

This place has it all. Not sure everything is a deal, but they have some pretty nice stuff. Come here for the clothing, the bags, the instruments. Audio and old computer buffs will love the selections. Again, do your homework, but you can at least window shop and have fun.

I really like that this is a mix of Plato’s closet and goodwill- you find slightly used/new clothes but there’s better options for fine jewelry, purses/bags, electronics, art, and musical instruments! I’ve found original paintings here.

Good things, but know they have high quality stuff for a pricey deal or rather cheap. So you could spend 100 bucks or more on one item. Or spend 15 on one item. Would come again!
