I have never been to a thrift store before and the 2 gentlemen on the cash register as well as the security gaurd burst out into enthusiasm when i told them this was my first thrifting experience.  SO MUCH PASSION! I believe there names were Sage, Wigums and Serafin.  I probably didn’t spell their names correctly and I apologize but please give those men extra perks or something because they CARE.

Best quality to price. Overall the best thrift store in the area to find name brands and designer for the low. Crazy deals and the setup of the store makes finding what you need easy. Overall a great store good people and good finds. Hope this helps!

Very well organized store with friendly staff.  There are a lot of high-end designer pieces, including pre-owned Louis Vuitton handbags and other luxury brands.

Got a guess bag for twelve bucks and in brand new condition. Also they were selling a Moschino purse that was thirty three hucks and I still have my eye on that one. Selection is amazing.

I love this store!!! To buy & sell!  I have sold 2 tubs of clothes, 2 times & they bought everything except 2 pieces.  They sell clothes at a really low price so they buy at a low price.
If you have a $1000 item sell it online or take it to Wasteland on Ventura near Laurel Canyon.  They buy & sell the high end designer clothes.

Love this place! Lots of really nice things. Unique styles in clothes, shoes, and bags. Hard to leave this place without finding something I like.

Staff right away greeted us. Very friendly.  Prices varied. Very clean and dressing rooms available.

DOUG is the man! Best customer service hands down. Nice, polite and caring and very professional. I came to this store a few times to get an appraisal which took a little longer than expected. I was selling my lovely Gucci bag. Unfortunately at the time - I was given the runaround by a few temporary employees - UNTIL I met Doug I was very frustrated with the store. He is very compassionate and really knows how to take matter's into his own hands. He helped me out and gave me the appraisal and got down to the bottom of things. I will definitely be returning. This is how you keep customers and this is how you do business. No time wasted on either end. Thank you Doug.

This place is excellent. Super selection of shoes, boots and clothes for women and men. All in good condition. The staff is also nice and professional. The store itself is also very nice, clean and organized. I bought some amazing stuff. And I was given very competitive rates for the clothes and sandals I sold to them. It has an upscale vibe but you can find high end to lower priced stuff, and everything in between.

Place was a little cluttered, lots of mix match sizes so expect to be doing some digging for your size, other than that great customer service and awesome selection of clothes, will be coming back!

Prices are reasonable. HOWEVER, I feel that they’ll sell more if items are sized on the rack. I don’t have the patience to sort through every single item to find my size. That’s one of my pet peeves when it comes to thrift stores. I definitely find myself buying more if things are separated by size!

Wouldn’t typically leave a review for something like this but my experience yesterday might be the worst I’ve had in any style of business like this. Just to preface I used to be a buyer for 2nd street so understand exactly how the business works. And also the girl helping us purchase items was great. I needed quick cash so brought in 5 pieces all very high value $500 - $3000 value each. I know I won’t make that much but needed the money quick so didn’t want to mess around with selling online and shipping. For the three items they took. All the highest value pieces one with a $3000 Dover street tag still attached. I was offered $356. I waited an hour and wasted my time. Both the manager and buyer explained they wouldn’t be pricing anything higher than $500 as they wouldn’t sell at this location for. I know for a fact that all high value is listed on the site and a large part of sales are through the online store (because I used to be the one listing items online and shipping them when I worked for 2nd street) seriously the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I ended up selling the jacket for $1000 to a lady outside who saw us selling there.

I went to the store late in the evening and it was my first time being there. I walked in and four employees looked at me and none of them said hello which was kind of strange for a clothing store. The store is very big and very well organized and very well lit. However it is way overpriced even though there are a lot of items that have very high price tags when purchased initially. There is a good selection of shoes although none of them were my size 13.

The clothes in this location is not as good as others, but it depends on your style so no mention of that.

However, employees really have an attitude (except for the security she cool) When I asked about the email subscription for 10% discount, the one at counter said “it’s late, you should have told me earlier”

10% is not a big deal for me, or even for them. They buy your clothes for like $0.1 and sell for $5. Guys in some location didnt even check your subscription email.

Worst experience I’ve had trying to sell. Brought a Luka T-Shirt Jordan 1’s, Jerry West Jersey among other things. For them to tell me 5.13 cents.

Like wtf all the things I brought and it’s not even worth a Big Mac meal from McDonalds lol crazy.

They had racks full of brand new fake Chrome Hearts clothes all priced under retail 💀 There’s not a bigger red flag than that. if you choose to still shop here then get your stuff re-authenticated by someone else

This place is so much of a joke that I can't be mad at them.

Brought over 2 designer coats, 1 velvet @ $500 and 1 suede @ $1000 both NWT.

Had to drop it off and took them 2 hours just to tell me that their estimate is $13 for the velvet and the 2nd one that's twice the value is $14 or $1 more than the velvet.

Can't imagine what all the nice finds the employees get turned down for everyday.

And based on their buying estimates that they gave me, the designer items that they have for sale must be fakes.

Brand new Kith x Armani sweater offered from this season. Tag on, never worn, price tag:$675. They offered $37. That’s 5%. Not worth the two hour wait for them to even look. No idea why anybody in their right mind would sell to you.

I have never left a store crying in my life before.

The 2.5 hour wait and the extremely low buying prices ($3.50 for 8 pieces of clothing, some of which they took for $13 each when I sold the same make to them just a couple months ago) is nothing of a surprise now. That I have prepared myself for. But the attitude of the cashiers made me feel like I'm less than a human.

The first cashier bluntly stopped me and asked me "Can you not? Otherwise you'd mess up the sorting" as I was going through the items to decide which ones I would keep.

The second cashier acted almost as if I should have evaporated on earth as I was trying to understand how to navigate the iPad to fill out my info.

I used to like coming to this branch against my better judgment and all the warning in the reviews, but I learned my lesson today and would never ever step foot in it again.

They obviously love (luxurious) clothes more than they love people. Thanks for making supposedly sustainable and ethical fashion intimidating.

Do NOT support this cycle of indecency and disrespect towards customers. I will never go here again after being offered literally change for mint vintage: Filas ‘91 knit rugby vest, All Saints harness dress, two The Hundreds tees (pre 2010), two nwt Drew House tees, Nike Challenge court, and an A Life shirt brand new. It’s basically a slap in the face to people who take time to even walk into their store to give them the time of day.
They offered cents for the totality of this lot. Cents.
Then they slap a tag on it for $60. They clearly get their inventory from the people who don’t care enough or don’t need the money enough to walk away after being told the total, so they end up taking it or just leaving their shit there or something. From people being over the grind. But for the people, like myself, who can’t afford to do that and have ridden a bike or walked to get to the store, it’s just appalling to hear that, it almost seems unreal?
Don’t waste your time here. I would rather sell my clothing at a place with decency towards people hustling and providing their inventory, and with some semblance of morality, than this dump.

I should have read the reviews before selling to this store! Literally a waste of time !!! LITERAAAAAALLY! the fact that they called me to tell me they where done going through my items and my estimate was ready but could not disclose that information over the phone for .30 cennnnnnnnnts is insane to me! Like I wasted more gas then what I got for my items. Each item is .10 cents! Why not say that from the start. Who wants to wait an hour for .30 cents like what! I’m still mind blown! &&&& part of those 3 items where brand new looking vans that where worn like 3 times but will be resold for probably $40-60 bucks ! Rip off, like how does this company in their right mind think this is ok! I was so mind blown that I asked so if I brought a coach bag how much would I get since each item is .10 cents ? I was told it ranges from $4-20 dollars. Whattttttttt!!!! But it will be resold for an arm and a leg! I would rather continue dropping my items off at goodwill for freeeeeeee! This whole system is a joke!

Highway robbery is the easiest way of describing them.  I dropped off a bag of clothes that I would normally drop off at one of their competitors and get easily slightly under $100 for what they ended up taking......2nd Street gave me $12.80 for what must have been at least 8-10 articles of clothing.  The Vince shoes ALONE should have gotten me that amt from them .  The ONLY reason I agreed to basically donating that clothes to them is that they did let me in to their store after their closing time so I could settle their invoice and get outta there .

So you do the math ....and they do.  I know how they made their money with me .  By ripping me off. There's just no excuse for what they did with me .  Actually ,  yeah there is .... Their excuse is that I allowed them to do it ...

I don’t know what the experience to buy at the store is. But yo sell is worse place. I brought almost brand new 6 pairs shoes Steve Madden and a pair of golden goose, and one pair of Risen jeans with tags on them. And  they offered me $65!! total! Including  the golden goose in perfect condition.They never ever answer the phone, if you have questions you basically have to go to the store. They have a horrible customer service. I picked up my things and my Risen jeans were missing! They stole them! Skip this store 💯 👎

Want to give $13  for a MCM handbag used 1x that was in mint condition with box reciept,. NO THANKS

Tried to sell 5 bags of good quality and mostly new clothes at Buffalo Exchange, but they only bought 1 brand new pair of $130 boots for $9. Asked where I could sell to unload clothes that weren't trendy and/or one of a kind, and 2nd street was recommended. Called the store to verify and was told to come in. Got to the store in less than 5 min and was told it was too late to go thru my stuff. I told the guy that I just talked to someone that told me to come in, so he changed his mind and checked my bags in and gave gave me a tag. He told me it would take him until closing time, and I said that's fine, because I needed to get rid of the items. I went to wait in my vehicle, because I was told I couldn't come back the following day because they donate everything left at night. He calls me an hour later to let me know that they couldn't do it. Wow! 3 hrs spent between Buffalo Exchange and 2nd Street and I didn't even walk away with enough money for the drive home... If you're ever going to go to either of these places, go to buy, definitely not to sell!

AWFUUUUL! What a waste of time and respect. I came in with four bags, ready to sell and I left with all four bags. Some of my items included Ferragamo rain boots (authentic), Lululemon and CeCe among other notable brands. The lady quoted me $14 for my rainboots and .10 cents for each of my pieces of clothing - I kid you not!!!!!! I was outraged. How do they even do business? The place is a waste of time. I was there 1 hour will she looked through all my bags and took time to verify all hot ticket items. I have never been so insulted in my life. Never again to that scam place. WOW

The worst place to sell stuff, went there with grandson and to sell two pair of tennis that were over $100 each on and they gave him 50 for them so I went back in the store  to see if I can get them back they say no. I'm telling you only a matter of 10 minutes to see if I could cancel the deal and they told me no  that he sign an agreement the young lady didn't tell him that it was agreement.  My point is I went back in to see if I could them back the Manger told me I can buy them back  the price  to buy the back was a187.00 and they only gave him 50. Terrible experience, came to sell some clothes and after deciding against what I felt was a low-ball offer the girl rips my backpack and after admitting to it all she can offer in recompense was a tote bag.  Will never come here again.

Don’t even bother. I brought in about 6 items. Most were expensive designer and I waited for over 3 hours!! They offered me Pennies and I mean Pennies!! It was comical when they offered me $2 for a zac posen bag in great condition. I ended up not selling anything at all and had to sit in traffic heading back home. Complete waste of time. Please do not bother I beg you !

They accepted the clothes that I wanted to sell , that okay ya I give it away from my closet. But the only thing that each items it just 10 cents when it can cost me more to pay it. Now I know not to sell it there

Young guy helped me out at first suuuper sweet and awesome then I came back the next day to get my cash and “manager” slashed my estimate in half and had a painfully miserable attitude and was a total jerk. Usually don’t write reviews but I seriously could not believe the attitude on this woman. Bad enough to make me never go in again.

absolutely horrible! i brought in 2 tubs of clothing and one large bag. majority of my clothing included pieces with original tags and all were in perfect condition, just trying to find a new home for the pieces while also making some money. how much money i could make off clothing was not listed on the website anywhere and get this, they tried giving me $1 for $99 dollar perfect levi jeans sold at urban outfitters. i was offered $15 in total for about 50 items worth over $700 i would say. one blonde worker was upset that i wanted my clothes back that i even noticed her roll her eyes and say to her fellow coworkers that she was busy working with me. like i’m sorry i am not giving your company perfectly, expensive clothing for $1. she was so unbelievably rude right in front of my face and didn’t even manage to hide the fact that she was upset, DOING HER JOB.

Zero customer services, and don't waste your time here selling your clothes... they offer you pennies for high end brands. This store is a joke  people chatting to eachother and tell you to come back in an hour. Lack of professionalism. Never would sell my branded clothes in here.

Don’t waste your time selling your clothes here. You’re better off selling online or donating to Goodwill. I brought in several full bags of clothes in good condition. A lot of clothes still had tags on them. I waited 30 minutes only to get an offer of 10 cents per item. It’s not worth it. They look for name brand clothes but only give you pennies for it and sell it at a higher price. This place is a joke. Save yourself the time and gas. Will NEVER sell here again!!

Walked in with this bag and got harassed I mean violated my personal space got in my face. Would not not leave me alone when I told him I would not give him my bag he told me I could not shop. And brought a woman in my face as well. Another woman came in with a bigger bag that was white he let her walk in with no question.  Next step is to call the BBB! This has to stop!

The manager Corin literally ripped me off for the second time on items I brought in to sell.  I've gone to this store multiple times and received a fair price on the items I've sold except the last two times when Corin the supposed manager quoted me. I won't return to this store while the manager is Corin .  I can make a donation at other 2nd hand stores that are much more ethical when it comes to business practices.

I gave them multiply clothing items, including brand items, and they only took 1 Forever 21 item and offered 10 cents. I also waited 30 min for their  10 cents. This place thinks it’s entitled, very rude associates as well :(

Offered TEN CENTS for multiple clothes for a total of THREE DOLLARS on over 60 clothing items. This was bizarre considering all of my items were name brand with tags... you can't even get a gallon of gas for that much. This place is a joke. I recommend Buffalo Exchange.

Word of devise they lowball you @ this place and the staff is rude my first experience was not a good one. the staff was telling the store manager what to do and how to sell SAD. this happened @ the NYC location
