I had such a wonderful experience at this location! I sold some clothing there recently and had wonderful customer service experience with the manager and staff! She(manager) was so kind and helpful. Got a really good payout for the clothes I sold. Definitely recommend selling and shopping around!

Dope store, dope staff. Found a cool noragi and a denim jacket that fit me like a glove. Sold a few things too. Dude at the buying counter was a G.

Very good inventory at this store. But, (If you are looking to sell) keep this in mind: If Your stuff is brand name or expensive definitely sell at Crossroads or wastelands because they do not go by brand at buffalo just by style! 👍🏼

Quality resale clothes and accessories. Bring in things you no longer wear and get money or store credit. They're super nice and always have a large selection of cool clothes. When selling your clothes they pay better prices than 2nd street across the street. TIP: NO APPOINTMENTS ANYMORE YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT.

Wow! I love this store. As someone who has sold at different consignment stores this is my favorite. I called to inform that I was not going to be able to pick up my items today (due to fire in agua dulce) and Molly was very helpful and considerate. She said okay but, offered to hold my items another day. I know other stores that are not very thoughtful and have made me drive over to their store or just donated my items. Alice helped me out today and she was Super sweet as well!

I always find really great shoes here. I’m a sneaker head and it’s always a good feeling to discover cheap barely worn sneakers and they never let me down as I add to my collection just about biweekly because of this place.

UPDATE: This situation as been addressed and resolved. Management reached out to me almost immediately and handled it. They were able to pull security footage and find out that it was a miscommunication of sorts instead of a dishonest employee. The buyer DID purchase the top from me, but it was hidden between two larger jackets in their buy pile and they must have misspoken or forgotten about it when they told me how many items they bought. I'm glad I was wrong and grateful for the help in figuring everything out. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm positive the buyer who went through my clothes here stole at least one item from me. Both my friend and I saw him holding up and looking at a very distinctive top while he was going through my stuff and we were shopping around. At the end, he said he only bought two of my items (two jackets), but I just got around to going through the remaining things and that top is missing. There were a couple other things I thought were in there that are also now gone, but I had sold to a different consignment store right before coming to this Buffalo, so it's possible they were bought there and I didn't realize. However, I am positive about the missing top. It was new with tags and very expensive, which could be why he took it. So. Don't come here unless you want your items stolen.

Purchased a vintage Joshua Tree cap, and an across body bag. I loved the selection in general and the fact that the store seemed very clean.

Nice selection, good prices. Just hard to get to because it's on Ventura. I think it's only street parking. If I'm in the area I definitely stop in. They are picky about the clothes they accept. But I love their selection so I have to believe they know what they're doing.
