Beyond terrible customer service. Reviews on the sellers from Facebook marketplace show that dozens of people do not receive their items, receive empty packages, or receive broken or rusted items. I personally experienced this as well, when I requested a refund for not receiving an item they told me they had no responsibility for it and blocked me. I contacted my credit card company and USPS and both said it was the seller's responsibility to issue a refund or reship an item. Looking at reviews from their sales it appears dozens of people experience the same. While some products may be received fine, these are expensive items that seem to have little consistency and no customer service guarantees.
We have thousands of reviews on Facebook Marketplace and a 4.8 Star Rating, which has earned us the Highly Rated badge and the Top Shipper badge. I am sorry that we could not resolve this issue to your satisfaction. We wish you all the best.
