So many Wonderful items, the staff is always helpful. I do miss the in person option for their auctions, very entertaining! Though they have several, options for preview and phone bids, or bidding online at liveauctioneers

Over the years we have attended many auctions at DGW. The staff has always been nice, professional and helpful with all our needs. We have purchased several vehicles through DGW and many, many other items and have always gone away feeling good and happy with our transactions and interactions with them. Thank you David and Kathleen for always being honest and up front about the items you are auctioning off whether they have been in great condition, or when you tell the people about any flaws they may have so that they can make a bid based on that condition. You have always been fair when it comes to bidding on something that you also would like to have, and we appreciate you and your company.

Awesome live auction spot! So many great deals to be found here. Lots of shops and vendors "pick" from this place. IMO one of the best kept secrets of South Bay! If you are looking for household items, tables, lamps, chairs, art etc. this is THE place. Auctions happen every other Saturday.

Great value buying for collectors and resale dealers
How Can We Help
Spent over $2600 at their auctions but when I wanted to sell some things they himmed and hauled slowly adding my items over 2 months. Then mislabeled 2 things in the auction and sold an item in the "general" auction for pennies without my permission. Told me there wasn't a market for military items. I took back an ammo box and sold it on ebay for $256. Oh, and 2 months later still waiting on payment for the items that did sell in Oct/Nov (overall fair prices). PS: I was told they would expedite a check for all the mishaps. I was hoping our relationship would have lasted longer DGW. I guess this is goodbye.

They have sales every Month You need to preview everything. Be there on sat to bid. there is a charge.I f you leave a absentee bid be prepared to pay your top amount. They call it YOUR OFFER. NOT A MAX BID LIKE THERE PAPER SAYS. They open with that. Even so they say it is a no reserve auction. Fees are high for seller as well buyer. Pick up is easier on tues . they are closed on mondays.

This auction house takes the good ones maybe sold to outsiders and leaves cheaper items sell to the public.
This is manifestively untrue. Our contract made with the consigner is for all items to go to Public Auction. Items that have not sold after three auctions are agreed with consigner to either sell privately or donate. We want to unequivocally state that DGW Auctioneers operates with the utmost integrity and adheres to ethical standards. We do not take desirable items and sell them before they are offered for public auction. All items consigned to us are intended for public sale, providing a fair and transparent marketplace for both consignors and buyers. Our process is designed to ensure that all submitted items are presented fairly to our bidding audience.

Sorry this review may get a little lengthy I'll try to sum it up the best I can. So after contacting DGW to see if they were interested in the items I had (in witch they said they were interested in everything) it became tome to get my belonging to them. They offered to pick them up and I'm so happy I said no because I later found out it would have been upwards of $500. I dropped my items off the first part of October, they were to be offered in the auction that took place on the 26th. Periodically I would check their website to see if my items were posted. Around the 22nd I see my items on their site( Which is another issue all of its own) while looking my items over I notice there is no starting price and no description of the item only a picture? I'm now starting to get worried, after the auction I fallow up with them to see what items of mine sole and for 2 weeks I'm told they don't know yet or can't tell me for some reason. A few weeks later i make contact with them and they tell me what my items sold for and I am completely appalled it would I hear. $30 for vintage walnut chevelle mirror, $60 for a Ceramic Willshire house beverly hills vintage lamp, $30 vintage coffee table. I could have gotten more selling it for fire wood. At this time I tell the staff Do not let any of my leave their facility weather they were sold or not I just want my items back, I'm told there's no problem all my items are there and awaiting my pickup. When I arrive that's not the case my items have been sold so I have to take the chump change that was made. While I'm gathering up the items that didn't sell, I notice my artwork is gone. It is not on the invoice that they cannot find it!!!! I'm told to go ho.e and they will deliver it, now I'm stuck in limbo trying to get my items back. So if you like sour and want some in your mouth this is the company for you. I recommend bringing the morning after pill because your going to get screwed just like I did. I will be contacting the BBB regarding my experience as well as my attorney. Luckily for me I recorded all communication with them after my experience with another auction house. Just a bunch of drama sell it yourself save yourself the headache.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience with DGW Auctioneers. The artwork in question has since been returned to you. Furthermore, to ensure its safe and timely return, the delivery was personally handled by a member of our staff. We have identified that this incident occurred due to an unforeseen staff emergency that required the individual responsible for managing outgoing items to leave unexpectedly for the day. This unfortunately led to a lapse in our standard procedures. We sincerely apologize that your interaction did not meet your expectations and that you were dissatisfied.
