I purchased a spectacular mirror from Allan at FrenchAccentGallery in July 2022. The mirror was on backorder and was delivered to the store in October 2022. Allan offered me a comparable mirror in stock at the time, but I was willing to wait. Allan kept me informed throughout the process and thanked me for my patience. The mirror was delivered on 20 November. I was very excited. When the driver delivered the mirror, the actual mirror had dislodged from the beautiful frame. The frame was undamaged, but there was a noticeable scratch on the mirror and the holding staples had completely bent on the back. Allan was obviously concerned, so we both looked for a local glass/mirror shop to make a custom mirror to replace the damaged one. We found a local shop that made the custom mirror and delivered on 22 December 2022. Allan reimbursed me for the cost of the replacement. I can honestly say that except for the time delay and issue with the glass mirror, I was and am very happy with Allan and the quality and beauty of his products. Allan is professional, responsive, and wants his customers to be happy with their purchases. I highly recommend FrenchAccentGallary and would purchase from him again.
