This place has been around since I was a child tagging along with my mom. So many options for all age groups. If you like designer  options and an affordable price, this will be your one of your go-to’s!

I love this store so much that I practically visit it daily. The staff must recognize me by now, but I can't resist the incredible deals on designer items and the consistently friendly managers. Recently, when I found a flaw on a heel I liked, the manager kindly offered a discount as compensation. With brands like Jimmy Choo, Dior, and Prada available at such reasonable prices for the quality offered, I can't stay away. Looks like I'll be returning for another visit today! 😂

Lynn is so incredibly knowledgeable and walks me through the process of how she prices. She shows me charts, serial numbers, and she does it so openly and freely. I think she is very fair and her pricing for both the seller and the buyer.

Options are unlimited, the majority of the labels are designer! Found some great belts and purses. Some designer labels are for clothes that haven’t ever been worn. Worth the time to check it out!

High end couture at a phenomenal price! Treat yourself to a browse through the ball gowns just to see what people have actually worn to fancy galas and events.

With the money you save here, you can get a ticket to Paris and instead of shopping because you’re already on it, you can see the art & museums and the rebuild of Notre Dame. This isn’t a review of perez but if it were I wouldn’t write one without telling you to go to the Rodin house & the glorious sculpture garden there!

Best higher end consignment store in the bay!  Lots of really nice work clothes.  There are lower end consignment stores nearby if Labels are out of one's price range.

Lynn and team are exceptional. Really great service and products. I found an awesome gently used Prada Bag, can't wait to use it and keep shopping here!

Amazing selection of truly upscale and on trend designer clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories.

This is almost like thrift shopping with Robin Leach. The clothing and shoes and jewelry, accessories... GORGEOUS! and—a word you'd *never* hear on Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous—cheap!!! Seriously...a full length, thick luxurious cashmere coat for less than $400? At least 2 for less than 1/2 that?

All the high end name brands. It's amazing there's anything left on the racks at all. But they're always full to bursting with new stuff.

The store is beautiful. The staff are great!! They are friendly, helpful and interested in what you may be looking for—or may not know you're looking for. Labels makes your COVID shopping experience a relaxing escape from the unreal world.

Libby, Helen and the rest of Lynn's team are delightfully fun and so helpful. I don't need a friend to shop with as they will tell me if it doesn't look good! They never pressure or judge. I love stopping by this boutique whenever I’m in Walnut Creek.  I am always greeted with a pleasant smile and a big “how are you? from Stephanie.  She’s great at suggesting items of interest. She strives for excellence in service and whenever I stop by I look for her.

This is one of my favorite shops in Walnut Creek, but as it’s consignment it is definitely hit or miss. I pop in whenever I’m passing by, and have found some phenomenal deals. They have a great selection of women’s clothes and a decent one for men as well.

My wife loves this place...close to all the Broadway Walnut Creek downtown shopping, food places, and Starbucks is just across the street.  A very unique consignment high-end women clothing store where they have many name brands from Coach, Gucci, etc. for reasonable pricing.  Worth the stop.  Ask for Maryann, she is friendly with great customer service.

They have some amazing designer pieces here. The prices are good. Merchandise changes frequently.

When my mom passed away I was at a loss as what to do with her 3 fur coats and a fur hat. A friend told me about Labels. Am I ever glad I took these furs to them. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. They know what they are doing and thanks to them all 4 items were sold and hopefully bringing the same happiness to the new owners as they did my mom.

Great prices and excellent costumer service.

This store has a section where they sell the very high end bags and the other section sells lower name brands like Coach,  Tory, Marc Jacobs etc.

Great place to find bargains on high-end clothing that would otherwise be out of reach.

Labels was cool little crowded in there, but got a lot of brand labels. Very interesting just know you can also bring your own labels and put them on consignment. I will revisit them again.

Great prices for the most part!
I saw a YSL dress retails $1,900 for sale at $698, but the dress actually had a hole and the zipper is exposed so although it was beautiful, the dress was in bad condition and to be honest, it looked like an old dress (heavily worn) but for the most part, there are fair prices 👍

They have some really nice pieces in here. The staff was really nice, they definitely are super helpful and made me feel like a A plus customer. Looking for nice luxury pieces look no further, you for sure can find brand new pieces for better prices. But this place you can find rare items. I recommend this place for sure.

Labels is not only a great place to check out when your looking for something different/special but it's also a great place to sell some of the high end items that are sitting in your closet. They offer pretty fair consignment prices for your items. Their prices are on a tier plan so if they don't sell within a specific time frame they drop it down a certain %. I've sold several items and was happy with what they were sold for.
Some of the younger staff can  be a little stand offish but there are a couple older ladies that are extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have.
Overall I would give it a shot if your on the fence (either visiting to find something or sell something)!

Just sell the items don't create a silent auction for them. Very pricey for used clothing and shoes.

Honestly some really well made unique used clothes and purses here. Spent the most I ever have an item of clothing but it's still my favorite and one I get so many compliments on. This is designed so even thrifted it is still in no way cheap, but still some great deals.
My only issue is that maybe because I look young the staff seemed to be keeping an eye on me and checking up on any item I tried on while trying to make it seem friendly, when it felt full suspicious of me. Even though I ended up buying a 150 dollar coat... Just felt more like I was assumed to be a thief than a customer.
I'd still recommend this spot for those who like designer clothes.

If you’re a larger person or LGBT+ prepare to be ignored. I walked around for 20minutes and was not once greeted or asked for help in anyway. Nice things to look at and I wish I could have gotten some help or asked if I wanted to look at anything, while I watched people who came in after me get great service or at least greeted. Better off shopping at the RealReal or somewhere else

I understand that our associate was trying to figure out a way to accommodate an out-of-state purchase for an in-store pickup, however, security protocols for buyer and seller protection prohibit this type of transaction. Your online order has been canceled. I know that security protocols can be burdensome and I’m sorry that they prohibited a nice surprise. The wife has shopped here several times. Recently there were shoes she wanted, but she didn't buy then. After she left, I called up talked with what sounded like a younger female that was on the other side of the store, told me they had the shoes. I inquired as to buy them and have my wife come back, as I am on the east coast and she is on the west coast. The girl understood, told me they just switched credit card machines and they couldn't get the transaction to go through. She told me she was calling the owner and would call me back. She called me back told me to buy them online, gave me the product code and once that was done she could come pick them up. I immediately purchased them online and called back and got Bee. Bee was less than helpful, told me the information was inaccurate, these are seasonal workers and they have to ship them to the address due to a technicality. I explained to her several times these were a surprise and the story behind it. Bee refused to budge, again stating to go online and cancel the transaction and then she could pick them up. Again, completely defies the reason behind why I wanted to SURPRISE her. No matter how much I talked to her, this technicality got in the way and apparently the girls/seasonal workers were misunderstood by what the owner told them directly. This conversation went on and on and on, with Bee being completely uninformed on how to "modify" once paid. I do not know what the deal is, but the inconsistent information is beyond from the employees or as Bee said, their "seasonal employees." If I could figure out how to cancel this order, based off of different information, just to get a sale, I would cancel this order.

This place has really gone down. A lot of the high end items have way too much wear for the prices they are asking. I know certain designers are highly sought after but the price should reflect the condition also. When it say “normally retails for” that’s for a pristine item.

Check your receipt!!!  They would have only gotten 1 star, but there was a guy in the back next to the men's area that asked if I wanted help with anything.  The cashiers...yeah, I don't think I coulda paid them to smile.
I hate to give low ratings, but they flat out stole from me right in front of my face.  A few items that were past the date should have been much lower, but silly me didn't photograph the tags and create a spreadsheet before I bought everything.  It wasn't until I got home that I noticed a few items were way past their dates and I should have gotten a lower price.

Just make sure you total everything up before you pay to make sure the cashiers don't bend you over!

The worst customer service ever. It’s like they don’t care about customer retention or even getting first time customers.  They have a consignment policy that jncludes item mark downs deepending on the length of time it takes the item to sell. I recently purchased a dress that I saw for the first time more than. 5 months ago. They would only give me a 10% discount but the discount on the policy was 35% after 90 days which means after 6 months rhe mark down should have been greater. It makes me wonder if they lower what they give the owner for the item but don’t pass rhe markdown on to the store customer.  After waiting almost two weeks to receive the item I purchased over the phone  I emailed the store and then phoned them twice without a reply. A day after my last call, I received a Shop notification that a label had been created that same day and that the package was on the way. So they hadn’t even bothered to ship the dress after I paid for it. Nor did they call me back or reply to my email. Horrible. It would be doubly awful if they only gone the seller her share based on an after make down price per their policy which would be 50% when I paid 90% of the original price. This was a terrible purchase experience and it was not much better when I made an in store purchase. I should have learned a lesson the first time. Just awful!!

I would NOT recommend consigning with them. I had an absolutely terrible experience here a while back where I consigned my items but due to extenuating circumstances had to go back and get my items early. I gave them one week notice and nothing was prepared and they acted surprised when I came. I waited a long time for them to collect my items and found that they had thrown away/lost all of my dust bags and boxes that the items came with. The staff were incredibly unpleasant and rude about it, and essentially told me they couldn’t be bothered keeping dust bags and boxes for items under a certain dollar amount. If that is the case, why did they take the dust bags and boxes in the first place? I got the owner, Lynn, involved. She promised to follow up and send replacements, and never followed through (of course). They are flakey and unreliable - other reviews also mention a lack of follow up with consigners. Also, they are so snotty and act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your items. I would NOT recommend consigning any items here, and after this experience I will not buy anything from here either. The customer service is awful, as evidenced by the many negative reviews. If you are looking to consign your items, there are many online and other brick and mortar spots that offer a much smoother and more pleasant experience.

Only purchased because I couldn’t say “no” to my daughter since she really liked a handbag. Otherwise, the staff was unfortunately not friendly, disengaged, and suspicious of us. Extremely disappointed that customers are being judged based off of what they appear on the outside, because you never know who is walking in to purchase and at what ticket price at that. Hope you guys are understanding the advice I am trying to give. Regardless, customers shouldn’t be treated this way solely on their status and/or finances. Looking forward to some changes next time I walk in, when I am visiting from Australia!

Dropped off a set of Louis Vuitton suitcases and have received 0 communication from staff. Have called multiple times and left messages. When I dropped them off the lady working said they'd be "authenticated" then I'd get a call with an offer. It has been over a month. With me calling at least once a week they have not given me any information other than "we cannot locate your profile, but that's probably because the items have not been inputted into the system"
*Update* after 3 months they magically appeared yet still haven't sold.
Stay away from these people

There is no ceiling in the fitting rooms and you can perfectly see the security cameras from the fitting rooms when you are trying on clothes. I am very concerned about whether there is really any privacy when someone gets naked to try on.

I have shopped at this store multiple times, they always have great products but never good service. Tonight I went in with my mom around 6pm for her birthday, google said they closed at 7pm but we got there and the doors were locked with multiple sales associates inside. We thought maybe their store hours were different due to covid, but the sign posted on the door said closing at 7. We called and the owner became defensive but agreed to let us shop for 5 minutes. Once inside the store employees were extremely rude and each and every employee told us they were closed as we perused the store. It was so uncomfortable we went to leave but the owner had locked the door behind us(to keep other shoppers from coming in). She berated us for trying to leave after "going out of her way" to let us in the store, reopening a register, and questioned why we wanted to leave. Because it was so uncomfortable we shopped around for an extra few minutes. The employees proceeded to glare at us and talk smack about us as we shopped the store. We left minutes later with no items because it was a hostile environment. Very disappointed with this experience after I've bought various items from there.

Don't waste your time, they don't answer the phone during normal business hours.

mother was swindled of her clothing. they took away all her original packaging that came with her items and pretended that they couldn't find it anywhere. Meanwhile mocking her foreign accent when they thought she was out of earshot. Really horrible experience. PLEASE AVOID.

worse consignment store and customer service ever! very unprofessional, unfriendly staff! i drove almost 45 minutes to pick up my clothes i had consigned and when i got home, i noticed that a few of my items were missing and that i was also given the wrong item for one of them. After i got a call back from letting them know, the manager had told me she had found 2 items. I was very upset because i had to make another trip back the next day. upon picking up my items, i had also given the associate back the item that wasn't mine and had explain to the new associate my situation. When she looked up my account, she had told me that the item i brought back matched the description shown listed on my account.I told her that's a mistake and showed her a picture of my item. She had this look like i was lying to her and didn't believe me. I was VERY upset and was trying to holding myself back from yelling or getting mad at her. She also was trying to brush me away and that she would let the manager know i came in and will she will call me back. I had told her when i spoke to the manager, she had told me i was welcome to come in and look for it on the racks. So unprofessional of them to let me look for it, when it's their job to do so. Very surprisingly, i had found my item right away!  Never ever again i will step into this store!! I had to waist gas, parking and toll to pick up my items they had stupidly misplaced! i was also treated wrongfully that i was trying to cheat them and i, myself had to look for my own item that they misplaced which i found! WOW! worst customer service ever! Not even a thank you!
