Best vintage store in Salt Lake City! Abode is a treasure trove of vintage/antique items including furniture, jewelry, clothes, fabrics, tableware, and random knickknacks! The prices are fair and it’s locally owned! 10000% worth taking an in-depth look, sadly it’s only open on Saturdays so time your visit wisely.

Every scarf I've ever loved has come from this delightful shop, and I've rarely left its cozy atmosphere without a new prize in hand. It can be a bit of a gymnastic feat navigating the trove of beautiful and quirky finds, but it is always well worth the effort. The owner is a gem and their Instagram is so precious. Probably my favorite vintage spot in SLC, highly recommend visiting their pop-ups in the Salt & Honey Markets on 9th & 9th and Fashion Place Mall. Love, love, love.

I stopped in by chance and was blown away by the vintage selection, and though the owner was out the young man working the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful while I was shopping. Highly recommend for their diverse and eclectic selection of different eras of clothing and decor. Will also note for costumers and people interested in dressmaking; there is an extensive collection of vintage fabric and sewing supplies.

I can’t recommend Abode enough! Local artist and one of my favorite singers, Mindy Gledhill launched a collab collection with Abode recently. Despite not being able to visit the store due to C19 restrictions in my area, the owner Miriam and her staff coordinated with me so I could buy a couple of the beautiful dresses from this collection! They were so kind and accommodating through all the calls and texts! I received my dresses so quickly and packed well :) I can’t wait until it’s safe to travel again so I can stop in to add more unique and magical dresses to my collection. Be kind by supporting small and local businesses like Abode and by reusing and repurposing vintage treasures rather than buying new fast fashion!
