Fun store didn't buy anything but really fun to just look around.

This place is awesome so much things inside..at first when you walk in you think ohh it's a book store but then you look around and notice it is not just a book store lol there is all kinda random Kool stuff threw out the whole store and organized aswell not just thrown around lol but to me it's like a 5 below but cooler things to browse and they also do buy,sell,trade so that's Kool anyways totally recommend stopping in if you have never been before and if you have stop in again..!!

Really good book options for all ages and a hidden gem for 2nd hand items.If you're looking for something special, something different, or simply a fun afternoon of browsing,this place is a must-visit. It's a true hidden gem, and I can't wait to see what treasures I uncover on my next visit.

What an amazing place! Great buy and trade and sell store! Wife loves the multitude of books they have! Collectibles are fun to browse and look through. You can find gaming, music, movies, books and moren

One of my clients wore out his star wars 4 (the original) DVD so they had several at a g re at price. He was happy because  it had Spanish language version.

You can easily kill a day in this place; it's a great gift store for friends and family. We easily visit the Parker one monthly. I'd guess it's a 40/60 split of new/used so you can add to your collection. They're picky on what they take in as to its resale value; their collection is of good quality. Rare items too; I picked off the 1st album recorded at Sound City, but won't bore you with the details. Go! Have fun! But keep an eye on your time!

I have a 2-year-old toddler who loves reading books, just like me. Children’s books are usually short and quickly outgrown, but they tend to be pricey. This bookstore is perfect for my family’s needs. My daughter gets a new book almost every week, and the prices are much cheaper than other stores since they sell second-hand books. Despite being used, the quality is still great. I absolutely love this place!

I was happy to find the book I was looking for at a reasonable price and get it the same day. The book’s condition was excellent, and I’ll definitely be using this store more often!

Love this place. So many neat items to look at. I could burn through a whole pay check in minutes here.

This was my first time to visit this store and I was amazed! Not only books, but game consoles, games, movies and collectibles. The prices are great and the staff was very helpful.  I will definitely be returning soon!!!

I come here 1-2x a week. It’s my absolute favorite store ever. I’ve gone to other locations, but this one is the one I’m most familiar with. They have a section specifically for rare books, books that have been signed by authors, new releases, a section for new-ish books that are 50% off. Seriously; the store in general is huge and it’s easy to get overwhelmed but over time it’s come to be easy to maneuver. They recently had a huge Penny-A-Page sale and I got well over 20+ books (only 5 could be used for the sale). Definitely a must check out store!

Love books and this place is full of them.  I always find something I like when I come here.  I also love the quirky items that make special gifts for others.  Highly recommend!

If you love books, but don't want to pay full price, 2nd & Charles is the way to go! I can almost always find the book I'm looking for in the used section, if not used, I can always find the new version of it.  The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nick is one of our favorites. We have also sold our items there and we are always pleasantly surprised to hear our new store balance the next time we come in. We love it here!

Absolutely love this place! I've found so many great books. It can definitely be overwhelming here. There's books, games, comics, CDs, records, tshirts, knickknacks, etc. I was able to find a Funko Pop here that I couldn't even find on eBay! I've also sold to them before and it's very easy. They didn't take my DVDs last time since they said their stock was too high.

Always fantastic.  Hardtop find books, best selection of Funko Pop.  Love this place!!!  Great people working there, so helpful.and nice.  It's an honest jolly to go there, each and every time.

Great selection, there's something for almost everyone (books, DVDs, games, pop figures, toys) I love that it's a mix of new and 2nd hand items so it's more affordable than other bookstores. A fantastic place to shop for media; books, records, journals, board games. I enjoy walking around and discovering all the new products. They have a clearance section which is actually priced very low. There are books here for children that are close to thrift store prices, only better organized.

I love this place! It has an amazing selection of books, music, audiobooks, toys, and video games! I love browsing their selection of vintage video games, their used and new books - everything in this store is incredibly fun. Great for every age - kids to seniors love browsing their selections, and you're guaranteed to find something you'll love!

Wish I had more time. I only got through a quarter of the store. A little of everything, games, toys, etc. Shelves and shelves of books. I would be very surprised if they didn't have what you might be looking for. The best part they have a wall of books on clearance. 2 to 4$ they are not in any particular order, which I find adds to the charm and fun of it.

What an amazing massive book and paper and music store! They take all unwanted books in good condition and give store credit. Teachers receive 25% purchases of any new or used items. Love gently used and bargain priced items! The staff is ultra kind and helpful!

My son loves this place. He keeps going back. He said they have a large anime collection. These are not all from the, but he visits daily.

Best. Store. Ever. SO much variety of fun things. There's something for everyone here. Hands down, the most diverse store around.

I like that this store offers a variety of books and things, from Naruto plushies to Harry Potter mugs to mangas to jigsaw puzzles and vinyls. They also have an area for kid's books and to buy back books, which is super cool. It was so much fun going round and seeing what was available. I'd definitely visit here more often.

This store has the biggest stock of everything! They have books, films, toys, gadgets, you name it! People bring in stuff for the store to sell so the store has obscure books and films at great prices! If it is the holidays this place is a must as there are so many possible presents.

Always love shopping here. Found a great book and a great Oracle deck. The awesome staff held a book for me and it was so easy to pick up. Clean store and not crowded this evening.

Place is amazing from books to movies comics of all kinds and games. For great price as you can see I got all those books buy 5 used books get 5 free. I was thrilled with the deal. More a steal if u ask me. Some books were 2 bucks! And the staff is friendly and awesome

This was an amazing place. I genuinely love how they have almost anything that you could want here. The staff are super friendly, the service is fast, and you should go here to buy your kid or friend a present.

It's ok, I'm being a little hard to be honest.  You will have to search to find the deals.

Very large multi media store! Trade in, new and used books. Music, DVD, puzzles! Many fun things!

I like the store and the variety of wonderful things.  They're pricey, though, especially for used.  I brought in a large box of pristine hard cover books, and good ones.. like Michael Chrichton and the like (about 30 books) They held on to them for a few days and then offered me $15. I could take a credit or come in to get them. Not worth the hassle.  I later saw one of those books (it was a unique one) on sale for $6 something. That's quite a markup from the $.50 they gave me.  I may still go there once in a while, but they really need to come down on their pricing.

Amazing staff that ask if you need assistance. Wonderful selection with various games and music as well. Good prices and unique finds.

Has a little bit of everything. Reminds me of Half Price Books. The prices they pay for things you bring in is decent, store credit of course is higher then cash out.

Tons and tons and tons of high quality used books. Lots and lots of games, new and used. Vinyl, video games, and way too many Funko Pops. Even the music they play is great. Suffice it to say, there is a lot of great merchandise, but nowhere to enjoy any of it. Not a single chair or table in the entire place. I guess you’re just supposed to take it home and enjoy it there. This could be a great community spot to meet and hang out, but that’s clearly not their intent, so don’t come planning to do anything more than browse (which could take a looong time), pay and leave.

They have tons of used books & as a book store they have a lot to offer. I give it 3 stars because they took over 1.5 boxes of books I sold them all for $21.90 which is ridiculous and they really take advantage of you if you're selling books including very popular current titles. Very disappointing.

The place was well stocked and organized, but I had an issue with the worker at the register. When my husband and I declined to purchase a book or toy from the carts at the front for a child in need, we were guilt tripped. We were told that "there's gonna be a kid with no Christmas gift this year" us as he continued checking us out. That's not the best thing to do, and it really minimized our experience.

If you think it’s easy to sell your old books, CDs, it’s not. They have their own terms to look at your stuff and chose what they can accept and will ask you to wait about 5 days depending on their backlog to hear back on their offer, so keep your expectations low. If you are interested in buying books cheap this is a good place to check out, they have a great collection and also some rare books.

Used to be 5 stars but I'm not happy after today. The buy back system used to be fair in the sense that you are selling used items and they would buy them for a fair price then re-sell them for someone else to use. I loved this idea because it meant other people could enjoy something that I no longer had use for. The issue is, now the buy back system is STINGY. I sold 4 PlayStation 4 games and 3 books and only got $9 back. All of these were at least $15 or more when I bought them. If you plan on selling, at this point I would find somewhere else. If you plan on buying however, this store is great for buying used items. They do sell un-used items as well but those typically go for market price.

Their new layout prioritize manga and they are prioritizing there new books over second hand. It's a second hand store that should be the priority. But the staff is always friendly and helpful

They tend to overcharge for just about everything so it's rarely worth it to get anything there. It is a cool place to explore and tend to have some cool stuff but it's just over priced. I also don't like the amount that they offer for trade-ins it seems low so I don't like using them personally.

Don’t sell your books back! Rip off.
I had some CGC comics that I wanted to sell to them for store credits each one worth $159 each on eBay. They offered  me $60 for the three.  What a joke!

Fun fact, there are $21.99 tote bags right in front of every register. If you are not aware of this (because they are not clearly marked) you will find out the hard way.  I lost my confidence in this retailer and won't be back after I return the tote bag.

Fine store, but I wouldn't sell your stuff here. We were offered a WHOPPING $6 for these 3 games, and they are selling them for a combined total of $55.70. I get that they need to make a profit, but they could have offered more.

Rude customer service the guy gave me attitude when I walked in and was soon as he saw my comics no questions asked he straight up told me I’d have to wait until the folllowing day because they work like a pawnshop and had to be apparently 18+. Clearly I have tattoos and I’m above 18 and that was the first and last time I was ever in there before because of that guy. He was wearing glasses and a bit tall.

$1.02 for the five or six books that I brought in!?
If I'd have known how garbage their buyback program was I wouldn't have bothered. I spent more on the gas to get here. They should have a disclaimer up front warning you how little they're going to give you for your books.
2nd and Charles' buyback program makes GameStop look generous by comparison.
I will never return.

Double check your receipt. They are up charging anywhere from $20-$25 above what is listed on the actual item and the won’t refund the difference. Some excuse about the distribution
