Look no further. You will not find more knowledgeable, kind and PATIENT people committed to customer service in Colorado - even the entire US! The Azari team - owner Jay Azari and Daniel (!!!!) and Louis - are incredible to work with. We had challenging requirements: size, color, pattern, budget. They had (huge) rugs rolled out and ready for us to look at, helped with logistics including padding and delivery. We are thrilled. Our rug is gorgeous. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Very happy with the entire experience; great selection and variety, very professional and knowledgeable owner and staff, and we ended up getting a high-quality rug for a fair price. Not the cheapest rugs around, but it will last for many years. Will buy from them again!

We recently purchased a new rug for our home office and we absolutely love it! Jay and his team at Azari worked with us patiently as we looked at dozens of options and helped us find exactly the right one! We were able to bring several home to try them in our room, exchanged photos of the room so they could help us with the right colors, it was an amazing experience. We never felt rushed or pressured at all. I highly recommend them for their incredible selection and impeccable customer service! We will trust them with our future rug purchases!

When we remodeled the stairwell in our house I had visions of what the ideal runner would look like, and Azari had it. The perfect runner in design, color, size and quality! In their vast stockpile of handmade carpets was a beauty of a Khal Mohammadi from Afghanistan. Jay and his staff were very accommodating to our schedule and did an extraordinary installation of the runner in our 130 year old house where nothing is square with the woodwork. AND, this carpet feels like a dream to walk on barefoot. I couldn't be happier - thank you so much.

Azari Rug Gallery is the best place to take your rugs to be cleaned. They are cleaned the old fashioned way and with no harsh chemicals. My Persian rug and my Turkish have not looked or felt this beautiful in a long time. Plus the cost was very very reasonable. Franine was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there was gracious.

The team at Azari Rug Gallery was amazing. We spent several weeks with Jay and team trying to find the perfect rug for our space. What made Azari stand apart was not only the quality of their rugs and their deep knowledge, but how they incorporated our thoughts and reactions to each rug we were shown. This enabled us to narrow in on three rugs which were all very different but could work in our space. We took them all home to see them in place with our furniture and immediately knew which one was the best choice. Jay and his team offered us the highest level of service and we strongly recommend them.

Recently purchased a wool hand knotted 10 x 14 rug from Azari Rug Gallery. The selection to choose from was immense. We were shown dozens of rugs. All of the viewed rugs had to be folded back to expose the next Rug. Very heavy rugs and hard work. NEVER anything but willingness to show more until we found our perfect Rug. Rug was moved to another area to fully expose . We took the Rug home without down-payment to experience in our setting. After purchase we could bring it back for exchange for any reason.
