Had some issues with a uhaul trailer not being available had to go to Sterling. Ended up being the wrong size. Went to Always Picken and they were amazing helped us get all our money back and some of the kindest people ever!

Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Found some rims my boyfriend has been looking for and bought them for such a great price! They even helped me load them into my car. Definitely will be coming back!

I honestly can say there awesome people very helping. Especially for my first time being in their store. I love their energy. Amber has the sweetest soul I've ever seen and her husband has an awesome soul. Both have the customer service skills down pact. Im also going to be filming my show there to be the first episode of haunted pickers. I highly recommend them. They also have awesome stuff there two you wont be leaving empty handed thats for sure. They helped us so much when a Sterling Uhaul "provider" fell through due to inadequate vacation notification after we already had a reservation. Staff was great! Many great finds. We heard they are soon to be moving so watch for bigger & better to come. Jake was awesome too 😀

Awesome people there! We were returning a U-Haul trailer. We were late getting it back back by a few hours, we explained we had gotten caught in the 100 mile an hour storms in Kansas. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get gas...power was out...no electricity. They never charged us the late fee. I would highly recommend even stopping by there...they have a Great antique store....and things you can't find anymore. Toys,games, drinking glasses... let's just say A Lot! They are very pleasant and welcoming! Thank you again!

Matt and Amber were very friendly and worked with me when I unexpectedly wasn't able to pick up my rental. The antique shop that's part of the building is a lot of fun to look through and they have some neat rare finds. Will definitely be back to visit in the future.

Rented a u haul trailer and wound up buying collectables also. The trailer rental turned out to be too large but they handled it very well.  Lots of collectable comics, DVD's and the like.  Good service, friendly people.

Unlike the other reviews I found them to be very helpful, polite and found the arcade games and other collectibles to be an added bonus.  It would have been perfect if a storage unit was available.

I love this store, the folks are friendly, and the store is full of really cool pre-owned stuff, at very reasonable prices. Even if your not buying, its fun to just browse. Good Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely could use some help. Also runs a uhaul out of the shop.  Looks more like someone having a garage sale without any set theme. Wasn’t really acknowledged one way or the other.

Had the trailer size we wanted but no one knew how to hitch up the lights to a Subaru or the special attachment that was needed for a Subaru.  VERY frustrating.

I'm very sorry you weren't able to get in. Our door is backwards so you have to push and push hard due to the magnet. We are still open and until 6pm. I will stay out front and watch for you if you would like to come back

I don't know why they do that on the sign it says open on their page too but you go and the door is closed I feel stupid wanting to come in I don't know why they do it

This place is a not what it’s all about they are not friendly they don’t do trades and most of the time your stuck waiting, I’ve gone into this place numerous of times and it seems like a waist of time to even go in. Everything is high priced.

I'm very sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately we are not a pawn shop and we are in the business of selling not buying. We only buy certain items that we choose.

If your tying to sell antiques or collectables your better off using craigslist, the staff is either not trained to or not allowed to make purchases and the boss is rarely in. They really dont seem to care to much about this side of the buisness.

Worst customer service experience ever!!! I wish ZERO stars was an option!! Had to go to this place to return a uhaul and received the WORST service ever! The staff there was rude disrespectful and acted as if doing business with them was an inconvience. The lady didn't even know how to do a return for a uhaul or work the computer. After figuring it out I was owed my deposit back the lady said they don't keep cash on hand so she'd have to mail me out my deposit refund. It's been a month and still no deposit refunded. Ive called several times and have been told its in the mail, they forgot, they didnt have an address (which they did because I had to put it on ALL my return paperwork) so on and so on. Today I called again to tell them it's been yet another week and still no check for my deposit and the guy that answered said in exact words It wasn't his problem and to call the main uhaul number when I asked him why I've been given the run around and told specifically by uhaul that Always Picking in Fort Morgan CO were the ones to have to refund the uhaul return He said again not my problem call someone else have a nice day and HUNG UP ON ME!!! These people should NOT be in business they have no understanding of basic customer service skills and lack the knowledge to run a respectable business with trained staff. Save yourself the hassle if at all possible and Do business elsewhere it's not worth being treated awful because the staff isn't educated on customer service and the products and services they offer.

Wish I could leave fewer stars - rude, disrespectful & dishonest people trying to portray themselves as legit business people.  What a joke!
