I love the soaps, lotions, Wallaroo Hats, unique gifts. It is so different each time I visit. The Sweetwater soaps are my favorite. All of the other vendors under one roof makes it a fun place to explore. Noble Treasures has gathered wonderful, unique and well priced vendors. Love this place!

I have been to Tin Rabbit many times while visiting family in Lafayette. Every time I visit I am so impressed with the well curated collection. They recently moved into a larger space and I was so impressed with the new, more open and light setting. I highly recommend a visit the next time you are in Lafayette!

Owner Response

Thank you! Hope to see you again soon. We are always looking for new products, so if you see something that would work at our little shop, please let me know!

The elderly lady working was rude so I left and would never return. As we were looking around, she comes up to us all hostile "you know this is all very fragile stuff, right?" with a very fake snarky smile, like OBVIOUSLY. Why she even felt the need to say that to us is beyond me. We were literally just looking around. The attitude and energy from this old lady was very snide. Not sure if we didn't look like the type of people she typically sees in the store or we just didn't seem good enough to be in there, but that's how it seemed. Snoody and arrogant. Not how you should want customers to feel about being in your store. Will never recommend this place to anyone. I called and left a voicemail as your original response had asked me to. Waiting to hear back. My statement is actually very factual. Theft? Removal of price tags? Damage to merchandise? That's CRAZY and did not expect that response as I would NEVER. Why would I try to discuss the situation with you and call if I was trying to do such things? I wouldn't. I'm all for supporting small businesses! But absolutely expect to be treated fairly and with kindness, especially when I was nothing but polite and respectful of the obviously fragile antique goods. And what makes her story automatically "factual" instead of mine? I only seen/came across one woman working when I was there so I'm not sure what other individuals you're talking about. Your original response was actually kind and I was looking forward to simply discussing the situation with you but most of what you've said since has been slightly rude and defensive, when we haven't even had the opportunity to talk yet. I was pleased by your original response but now disappointed in your response as well. I just read your response on another review and if you think I posted a negative review just to get something "free" out of you, you must be delusional. Wow. Also quite funny how you've had two people give you positive reviews since I posted mine, when you only had two reviews before, both being from about a year ago. Then going off about you believing you "were almost a victim of extortion" on a positive review, like WHAT LOL. It seems you've become consumed by this one simple negative review. It's quite comical at this point. Looking forward to talking, xoxo.

Owner Response

Being a small business owner; theft, removal of price tags and damage to merchandise is a cost that puts small businesses out of business. We do not employ anyone at this site and we are considered part of a co-op. We will relay your experience to the owner of the business you actually interacted with. Thank you! I did return your call!
