The Vintage Ladybug is an awesome upscale thrift venue, so many unique finds. Tina, the owner is friendly and helpful, if your looking for something particular just ask she might have it. If you have not visited this venue take a little visit on a weekend it will be well worth your time. Can't wait for the New location in Lyons to open!!!!

I absolutely adore this shop!!! It’s inviting from the moment you walk in the door! Feels like more like a nice home then it does a vintage & antique store. There are so many nice things to see everywhere you look. And you better look twice, because once around the store isn’t enough, especially for a treasure hunter like myself…And oh are there treasures to find. I will definitely be a regular customer. Tina reached out to me regarding selling my products in her store. I agreed, which was a huge mistake. She sold over $500 worth of my products and then never paid. I took her to small claims court and won. Of course, she still refuses to pay her debt. Do not do any business with her! Run, don’t walk from this woman. She’s a liar and a scam artist!

the owner is my biggest problem with this store. she is disrespectful and a liar. if you look at the other low reviews you can see her immaturity. the stores products aren’t that great either, most of the rings look like they were bought in bulk off of wish. don’t waste your time.

Watching you get evicted is the highlight of my day! I told you karma would be coming for you!! I hope the legal and criminal cases against you and your joke of a business go in the vendors favor now that they have evidence of you not paying rent for more than a year and just pocketing all the rent you charged your vendors!!! While I would like to wish you the best of luck, I don’t!!!
Jasmine (AKA GOAT HOUSE) Well you obviously have your facts WRONG. But, It figures that someone as spiteful and shallow as yourself would try to slander someone on a public online platform. But, I’m glad you did because now that it’s done you can’t undo it. All the other things that you did and said and got away with by lying and manipulating and no one ever had any proof. I even have a criminal no trespass against you, but you still want to harass me online. I AM MOVING to a new and better location NOT being evicted. I have been here for 3 years, my lease is up and I CHOSE not to renew it for reasons that you know nothing about. And for your future reference, since you’re ignorant to the law, eviction is a court proceeding and there would be public record of it. You really need to get a life. Concentrate on your own business or lack there of and take care of your children, instead of what you’ve been doing …oh yes, we all reap what we sow… And next time you have something to say by all means say it directly to me. If Tina @ The vintage ladybug Antiques in Estes Park Colorado could actually keep her word!! My husband and I were on vacation out in Estes Park and visited her shop. I found an awesome scale I wanted, however we had flown and it would have been hard to bring it back with us. Tina said she could ship it. So I purchased it, and paid for shipping. She said she would ship it that very next week, she did not. I contacted her, she said that her whole family had been sick with the flu and she would get it shipped out on Monday. Again she did not do it, she would not answer calls from my number anymore so then my husband called from his number. She answered, gave him a sob story and told him again that she would ship it that very day and send us the confirmation, however she did not. She did however send a shipping confirmation the next day, to that I was super excited. I waited a week and the package never came, so I go in to track it and all she had done was create a shipping label and send me the tracking information but never dropped the package off. I ended up having to go to my credit card company and open a dispute to get my money back. I do not understand if you say you’re going to do some thing why you do not follow through. How does one expect to stay in business with so many bad reviews?
I’m so Very sorry that I wasn’t able to ship your item as quickly as both you and I wanted. As I communicated to you and your husband my family came down very ill with the stomach flu. Then as I communicated to your husband, just a couple of days later I got the horrible news that my mother, Who lives out of state, was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of breast cancer and I had to assist her with doctors appointments, etc. How very cruel of both of you to leave reviews all over and imply that I am a fraud because of not shipping an item quickly enough. SHAME ON YOU BOTH. I created, paid for (NOT YOU) printed the label, put it on the box, put it within my locked community box for pick up by FedEx- exactly how FedEx instructed me to do when I contacted them to schedule a pick up. When you contacted me a couple of days later and said you hadn’t received it and FedEx shows that it hadn’t been picked up, I was out of state with my mother. When I returned home, I immediately Retrieved the unpicked up box and contacted FedEx. They explained that they are very short staffed, refunded the shipping cost that I paid for and apologized. I completely understood considering the national staffing shortages- as I to am running 2 businesses by myself with no staff currently. By this time you had already put in a request to your credit card company to Return the money for the purchase you didn’t receive. I promptly refunded your money. Every single dime of it. You are never welcome in my store again. With all the serious issues going on in the world, I’m sorry That you feel the need to spend precious time leaving bad reviews, calling me names names and harassing me for not getting a frivolous purchase quickly enough. Shame on you both. It’s taken me three times that long to get a delivery from several big box companies and I have never left them a bad review, call their employees names or harassed them. If only I could warn all of the small businesses that you will shop at in the future about your bad behavior. I thought you were good people. Which is why I gave you such a huge discount and offered to pay for shipping because you couldn’t take it on the plane with you back to Missouri. I listen to your husbands woes about his stressful and over demanding “government job” and you venting about how stressful its been being a “foster parent”. I thought we were all humans and I was confiding in you about something very personal and upsetting that was happening with the health of my mother. Cancer is serious, NOT delayed shipping. Again, SHAME ON YOU BOTH. Do not ever contact me again in any way or attempt to shop at my store or I will contact the authorities.
