Been several times, love this place! I always find great stuff. A wonderful mix of unique, vintage, and secondhand items of all kinds.

The feeling of euphoria I get shopping here is almost an out of body experience. It's a thrifter's paradise.

I've been doing business with them for years even when they were in their old location. I always find something I like and they are very friendly and reasonable even when they want to put a item aside for you. And they play oldies music which makes it a fun nostalgia store to visit.

This place is neat lots of different items and vendors to look at great place to go by yourself  or with the family something for everyone. The staff there is very nice and friendly

I love this store, you just never know what you're going to find! So many wonderful pieces, friendly staff at the desk. I especially love looking at the Olde Red Saltbox primitives nook. One of my favorite places in town to visit.

I found this place about 6 months ago and I will say, they have a great number of vendors selling just about anything & everything.  Antiques, collectibles, vintage jewelry, they have it all.  If you like & are into what I just described, it's a must go, you will love yourself later.  I purchased an awesome tiger stripe ring that I love. Me and a friend go to this Consignment shop when we get together.  it's one of the places that have such great fines.

Great quality merchandise and quite a variety; something for everyone. Most importantly the staff is wonderful. Been visiting there for 20 years and we always find something new.

They have the best hidden treasures and the prices are very reasonable

I found a unique chair today. I needed a bit of a pep talk to actually buy it. Staff was wonderful, helped me get it into my car. I wish I could show a picture of how great it looks in my apartment.

This is a delightful shop! Anytime of year. The folks at the counter are always friendly and polite. The sellers are always updating their spaces and adding new things. I always come away with at least one treasure

I love local business owners. Used to shop at there old place and it's nice they have more room now. It's great and neat looking through what others have brought in. Always get a great deal. Have bought from kids pants to a table for my child's room. I never have gone home empty handed.. I love love the reuse idea. I'd rather get something that someone else doesn't need anymore because I might need it. I ended up finding two Amish people made out of wood. Who would've thought. It has brought my grandmother much much joy. Spread the reuse love. Great customer service by the owner. Very genuine.

Love this place! Has so many things to look at and unusual items also. I can always find something to buy in there! I also learned that if you see something you think you might want, it's a good idea to buy it when you see it, because it may not be there next time you visit! All the people who work there are all very nice too!

Lots of wonderful things. Reasonable prices.  Lots of turnover so there is always something new to find. Very helpful owners. If you want something that they don't have, they will connect you with a vendor who can find it.

Quality Consignments has been a special part of the Colchester community for many years. It is always a fun place to find one of a kind treasures (jewelry, furniture, pictures) and just a sweet place to be greeted by Cheryl, the owner, and feel like you are welcomed home. Such a blessing!!

Tons of great finds to furnish a new home!!

Great selection, staff are always very nice while I'm there.  Sometimes staff are busy with tasks or assisting other customers and check out can take additional time.   However, my theory is, I'm there to browse and am not on a time schedule, so it doesn't bother me.   Cheryl has seemed to have great success with her shop over the years.

It has a wide assortment of antiques and collectables. I've found old books I enjoy having in my own collection. The prices are set by each seller's offered collection.
I've been several times and will be going again soon.

The staff at the counter spent quite awhile yelling at each other. It was totally inappropriate and unprofessional.

I created this account for the sole purpose to write this review. This is the first review I have ever written. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars because they did have lovely things. As I was checking out the sales clerk looked as she was bothered that she had to check me out. The item I picked out was priced wrong. All of them were priced wrong then I explained this to her. NOT ONCE did she make eye contact OR APOLOGIZE. The response I got was her showing me the tag on the back and saying to me “look it says small this is not small”. I felt bad and asked her if I can just put it back for her and show her how the others are priced the same. She just said “no I’ll do it” no thank you NOTHING. Although as I walked out I did see something I liked so did my friend we put our stuff back and decided not to return. I understand people might not like their job or be overworked if that’s the case maybe choose another career.

My Wife and I shop here occasionally however today a lady with like 4 different colored hair seemed to be stalking me like some in house detective. Not sure what the issue was but I am 68 and not about to steal anything anywhere never mind someone else's used items. Did not appreciate the "frequent bumping into". Not in any hurry to return and will share with people I know that shop there. Very insulting.

Wouldn't give my business to anyone who tapes notes on peoples vehicles because she feels entitled to a parking space.

Don't waste your time since staff is only bothered when you ask for help or a price. After spending hundreds before they will not get a $1 out of me! Rude! Rude! Rude!
