Found a beautiful sea turtle brooch/pendant on their website last Saturday. Called the store to verify some details--staff was amazing and helpful--ordered it online, they shipped it within an hour and it arrived in Michigan today, one week later! GREAT Customer Service. I purchased a fairly expensive set of "Wee Forest Folk" of "The 12 Days of Christmas"...12 of exquisitely made tiny mice figures; but...when the well-packed parcels arrived...somehow...one of the twelve was missing when the pre-wrapped packages were opened on Christmas. When I contacted them next day, I got IMMEDIATE assistance from "Rick" and (after appropriate searching to find the missing piece), another full set was sent out and the original 11 returned. Staff response was absolutely great and helped eliminate the "stink" of a wonderful Christmas present to the wife...gone wrong.

I’ve been going to this store since I was a little kid and my mom worked in the Village. This store never disappoints. Its still fabulous today as it was when I first set foot in this store in 1974. Thankful for its charm, its staff and the owners who have been so helpful with whatever item you’re looking for. If they don’t have it…they order it. Somethings change as we get older… this store just gets better. My Dad has since passed, but he always took time to take me here, even if it was just to look at the “WeeFolks” which they still sell and I enjoy looking at and thinking of my Dad. I highly recommend this store for any gift giving need and even just to stop in and look at its beautiful items and say hi to the staff. Greatest original store ever! Thank you Mr Richard Georgetti
