Just so y'all know, I would rate myself a 1/5 because I was literally screaming in a way that sounded like distress but it wasn't distress it was from joy. But of course the cashier's didn't know so they asked me to stop because looking back on it now it sounded like someone was being harmed in the changing room. Anyways ... My shopping experience was phenomenal. I'm a big foot girly with big hands and TODAY I found the style and size of boots and gloves I needed. (Mind you, I've been looking for these items at a reasonable price for months because I am a bargain hunter.) I literally just came in today to see a friend who is living my dreams of being a Yale student for me. We came and we saw, and thanks to this store location and staff I got what I need. I don't need to prepare for winter, winter needs to prepare for me. Bless this store, and protect their eardrums next time I come in. Amen.

The inventory is massive. Price ranges vary dramatically here which can be a little jarring at times, sometimes the designer items are not separated from the more affordable selections, but I appreciate the diversity of items in terms of quality and pricing. The higher-ups at the store seem to appreciate clothing as an art form. I ended up walking out with a red Minor Threat shirt for 12 bucks and another shirt that I think was a one of a kind, I couldn't find it again anywhere online.

I recently visited 2nd STREET Yale, and I was incredibly impressed by my experience. The store offers an amazing selection of second-hand and vintage clothing, with plenty of unique finds that are easy to browse. The layout is well-organized, making it simple to find exactly what you’re looking for without feeling overwhelmed. While some items were fairly priced for second-hand goods, a few pieces felt slightly overpriced. That being said, the overall quality and variety make it worth checking out, especially if you’re a fan of curated thrift stores or love discovering rare pieces. 2nd STREET Yale is definitely a must-visit for anyone into second-hand shopping or vintage style. I’ll definitely be returning!

Some shoes were little dirty but the clothes were pretty good. Shop hours are 10 am to 8 pm and buying hours are 10 am to 7 pm if anyone is willing to go there.

I was excited to see this open on 10/12/24 and glad it came through! It looks like a lot of thought and care was put into curating the items in the store. This is an excellent place to buy designer items at a discount price. Another thing that makes it special is that you get to see, compare, and select diverse items at the same time. So instead of outlet malls where you have to go to Fendi, LV, Gucci etc you get to see similar items all at once and make a selection. This store has two floors, men’s is at the second floor and I believe there is an elevator. So far my favorite items are the accessories in the display box. I really enjoyed shopping here, shout out to Tina for being an amazing staff! When it comes to selling, unless you are selling high end items you likely won’t make a profit. So just fyi your Zara, H&M, Everlane, etc will be bought as low as a few dollars or cents. So unlike consignment places where you can make a profit on mid to low tier fashion consider those items as good as donated here. They do aunthenticate the higher end items so feel free to bring them. Lastly for shopping the prices are extremely fair even for the more expensive items! You can get purses that sell for thousands of dollars at other high end stores for low hundreds here. Overall great place to shop and great for sustainability. Wishing the store a great run on Yale Broadway!

you can find some good steals here, very hit or miss -- some good stuff for 10-15 dollars, worth snooping around. don't both selling your clothes here though, they offer next to nothing (i got a whopping $2) -- just donate them or sell them online.
