Have only good things to say about this place! Todd, one of the owners, spent a lot of time and multiple days on my husband and I, helping us put together a Peaky Blinders-esque couple's outfits- we looked authentic and cool, and are now much more comfortable with themed outfit parties. Thanks Todd!
You are so welcome, Anna! (How did I not see this review sooner?) Dressing folks for costume events is great fun for us, and you were lovely to work with. Thanks for the kind words! See you next time!

This store is exactly as interesting as it looks (which is very). Aside from selling a plethora of fairly priced vintage clothing and accessories, the staff are kind and very helpful.

Had an amazing time at Fashionista on Sunday - they'd just gotten in a LOAD of fantastic leather jackets at great prices and the place was swarming with happy shoppers, including me!
Hello! Thanks for your review, Barbara! That intake of leather bomber jackets has been mad, in the best way. We were expecting "a bunch" of vintage leathers from a niece tasked with disbursing her uncle's collection; in our minds, that meant maybe 15 jackets? No, more like 150!! With no place to store or display them, we reverted to flea market pricing, making most of them $20. Others are marked $30-$60; a few primo jackets -- old cafe racer style motorcycle jackets from the '50s and '60s -- are in the hundreds. The less expensive pieces have been flying out the door, but as of this writing we still have about 50 up for grabs. So glad that your Steve is happy with his! He got first/early pick and made the most of it. Smart! And, in his words, buttery. Excellent.

Thank you, Corey! Sorry for the delayed response, we really appreciate you and your own mad style. Hope to see you soon!

We first rented from Fashionista last August ... the owners went out of their way to help us. We were looking for 3 changes each for our gala. Naturally, this Halloween we of course took the long drive to New Haven. Todd, the owner, multi tasked with many customers as she made suggestions for us, tried many outfits on me.. then even took measurements to add to the piece a unique design to make my outfit perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND These LADIES AND THEIR FABULOUS SHOP.
