My favorite store!!! I find something for myself or my grandkids every time I go ( which is quite often).  Great prices, wide variety of items and even better sales

Such a cute shop with a little something for everyone,  reasonable prices, always color ticket discounts offered, worth a stop!

They have a large selection of clothes for adults and children. They also have many household items available. Some of the prices were high, but the sales are fantastic!

I went to the new location the other day and I loved it they really did a nice job with setting up I found some great buys and the staff was very pleasant I'll be going back very soon 💓

If I'm not finding things I love, I'm making a few extra bucks on things I don't! Went shopping there today, had 20$ in my account, got 2 pairs of adorably comfortable pants and a Victoria Secret skirt, had 12$ left in my account because of the items I chose that were on sale! AMAZING.

They moved to a new place in Putnam. They seem to have better quality and the prices to match. It's a nice little shop.

Love this store they have great finds and deals! Although I've made a couple trips down to the store but they closed earlier than usual.. understandable. but even after calling ahead of time to make sure they would be open they still closed early.

I am not sure who you spoke with but this is not our policy. We don’t require appointments for donations ever, only for consignment. We apologize for any confusion. 

I guess I will never get to find out what this store is really like in person.  I called and asked if I could drop off 6 in season new articles of clothing with tags from Macy's, to be donated; for free.  I was told I needed an appointment.  I gently tried to get across, I simply wanted to donate them; I wanted no money.  I tried to explain I only go out to Putnam once a week and when I was planning on going out again; when I was cut off and told to bring them to the ARC in Woodstock. I guess because I did not want any compensation for them, she thought they were worthless. Retail on the tags was over $300.  I was a little taken aback as I was not expecting that. The ARC was more than delighted to take them.  I am hoping KK employees are nicer to the walk-in customers buying, but they should be just as kind to the folks that call as well.  Peace                               P.S. The owner claims below there was confusion, there was NO confusion on my part, how hard was it for the clerk to understand, "I want to donate $300 worth of new clothes with tags, I do not want any money for them, I would like to drop them off".  The fact they told me I "needed an appointment", and suggested I "bring them to the ARC"  when I told them I could not believe she was sending business away was not confusing either.  They said what they said.

Good customer service I guess wow the prices are out of this world for used clothes will never go back cant buy nothing prices are retail prices
