I knew of Adam from his Tepper days but this was my first interaction with him. He was so helpful registering me quickly, answering tons of questions, and then taking by absentee bid at the last minute when I couldn't make the auction unexpectedly. The post-auction process was just as good with quick confirmation and help finding someone to deliver 12 bulky dining room chairs for a very reasonable price.
