Mark did an incredible job repairing the curved leg of my antique highboy. He is an excellent craftsman and artisan and truly knows his craft. But even better, he is such an incredibly nice man. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I never met Jean, but she was a pleasure to deal with via emails. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Raphael's Furniture Restoration. Thank you!!
Thank you so much, Livia!

Mark, the owner of Raphael's, learned the craft of furniture restoration from his father. He did a terrific job in restoring our 20 year old table to its original glory. Mark communicated with us as the work progressed and made sure that the table could withstand heat and cold before it was returned to us. Note that they do not pick up or deliver your furniture but work with a very responsible delivery service who takes good care of your pieces. Their work is impeccable! I would highly recommend Raphael's Furniture Restoration.

Mark is a wizard! I could not believe how beautifully our damaged mirrors and other furniture turned out when he had finished repairing them.

We worked with Mark at Raphael's Furniture to restore an old family rocking chair. At first we had tried to refinish it on our own but didn't get far with all the detailed woodwork in the arms and legs. After sending him pictures he could not have been nicer throughout the process. He took us right in, explained the type of wood, the history behind that type of chair, and offered his thoughts on restoring it as well as different finish options. A few weeks later we had a wonderfully redone chair. We would absolutely recommend Mark and not hesitate to work with him again.
Thank you, Clinton, for this thoughtful review!
