Very nice place! Clean and organized. They have lots of nice purses (mid luxury and high end luxury). I walked away with a beautiful Kurt Geiger leather bag for an awesome price. I’m definitely going back!

Had an issue with a jacket I bought. Stopped in and they took it back no questions asked. They were great to work with both when I bought the jacket and when I returned it. I’ll shop there again to save money on high end stuff

Went to check on the status of the items I had for sale. Was told both items had sold and my check would be available on the 15th. They said the check would be around $300. I then go to pick up my check and the gentleman at the counter says he doesn’t know what I was quoted for. I show him the email I had from the manager stating what I was owed. He told me to come back. I had drove 35 mins for him to tell me to come back. I get a phone call later that day that one of the items had actually never been put on the floor for sale. Not only that but he discounted the other sold item without asking. I had previously made sure I would be made aware of any drop in price. He later informed me my check was now $78. Big difference! I feel like I’ve been robbed and could have just made the sale on my own. They only made it more difficult. This place is unprofessional and careless with such expensive items.
