I love this store. They have great clothes and accessories for very reasonable prices. You can find most any name brand item you can think of. Today, I was there and saw a pair of Gucci (authentic) shoes for less than $50. They are specifically consignment and are very picky about the items they accept. You won't buy an item of poor quality here. Lastly, the store layout is great. The racks are organized by size, brand, and type of clothing. Overall, it is one of my favorite places to shop.

Went in looking for last minute Christmas presents.  Found something I liked and so purchased

Reasonable prices and great sales. Plus they have name brand clothes in the front. So a lot of time I get my favorite things there. It's like being in the mall but only one store

High-quality used clothing but not at cheap prices.

The drop-off process was easy. You give them your clothes and fill out a form with your account number.

Then you call back to ask how much money you have and you can get the money in store credit or a check. The difficult part is that it takes forever to get your check. I have been waiting 3 months to get my check.

Every time I call back, they say it'll be 2 more weeks and then I never receive anything.
I regret taking my clothes there.

I had some clothes consigned there that were sold I asked for a check on June 16th Today is October 14th and I still haven’t gotten  my check I have been following up with Nicole on a regular basis  I know she just bought the store and there were some issues but she is running her business on my I money which I find ver y frustrating.

Can't understand how this place has such good reviews. I went to find tank tops and shorts. I wasn't once asked if I needed help. Customer service?  The bird was loud and super annoying. Will never know if they have good clothes because of that bird. Won't be back.

Went to pick up my stuff and the owner said that I had to go through all the racks and find my stuff myself so I said forget it and just donate them to someone then she helped me get some of my necklaces only got a check for $28 and some few change .Will not do that again!
