These guys just came to my house and bought 3 pieces of furniture from me. They were very friendly and gave me a fair offer. Pretty close to what I was hoping for so I'm happy. It's a great service, especially for last minute moves when you don't have time to list your items privately and wait for a buyer. You won't get top dollar because they need to make a profit so keep that in mind with your expectations. Also if your looking for furniture to buy, their showroom has great stuff because they buy good quality, good condition furniture. Great service, great company, highly recommended 👍

I still have not furnished my place so I pop into East Coast Furniture at least twice a month. They always have fabulous pieces of both indoor and outdoor furnishings. The staff members are always helpful - wonderful store !

Wonderful selection of second hand furnishings. Items enter and leave quickly so if you see something you like you should grab it. I purchased a white credenza piece for my living room and love it. Delivery was very inexpensive, and the movers were excellent. The staff is so helpful. If you are looking for something specific, you can let them know and leave your number. They help all of their customers.

Bought furniture for my parents' condo in Delray Beach from the owner John at East Coast Furniture. He was able to work his magic on getting the furniture delivered the same day! Walter and Irvin were great at ensuring nothing was damaged when bringing it to my parents condo. I liked John's honesty when I asked if he offered a military discount for my disabled veteran dad. He said his prices reflected sales for everyone, including single parents with 5 kids, and not for any special group. I can accept that. We will continue to support a well managed furniture store. Of their 5 stores, I like this one the best. If you checked out my place you'd see almost all of my furniture came from there. And the pieces that didn't... Well someday they'll be replaced. Great customer service. Love their fast delivery and if you have something to sell, they'll pay you cash on the spot IF they want it. See Andrew. He's the greatest.

Great place to search for furniture. Went 2 times until I found a dresser and night stand that I liked and there prices were very reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Purchased 2 pieces which I'm looking forward to being delivered shortly.

Nice store. Well placed displays. You need to review prices, some are way out of line.

Sorry you had a bad experience, we try our best with how busy we are to assist customers the best we can.

Terse bordering rude via telephone call. It's as though you are inconveniencing them and wasting their time at every second.

Sorry about the unfortunate situation, we did have you scheduled on the earlier end of the time frame we gave you but you called and cancelled your appointment before we could get there.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. They assured me that I would be one of their first pickups in the morning and when I did not hear from them that morning I naturally called the store looking for an update. I had to cancel my pickup as I was not given an estimated time as to when they would be by and I had to be somewhere. The worker was disrespectful and hung up the phone on me mid-conversation. I hope they are kinder to their customers in the future.

We have been operating in Palm Beach County for over 50 years and have a great reputation . We always give customers full disclosure of how we operate. Furniture Discovery is located in Lantana, FL and it is another one of our wonderful stores with very helpful staff.

Would be leery of using these people
There's a term called picking someone's bones
It means that you go in and steal their personal items when they either left or died their property
I told the person that answered the phone that I would vet them to see how they were and they got very tense the first time
After I said it a second time they got nasty and hung up
When someone doesn't want to disclose who they are and how they operate you got to kind of be leery
The associated store in Delray is furniture discovery

We offered to sell you the dresser separately, but by the time you decided to purchase it the next day we already sold the whole set. Sorry for your disappointment.

I wish I could give ZERO stars for this store. I came previous day and found dresser that was about what I needed. The salesperson assured me that it is sold separately and I could pay over the phone. When I called next day to pay the same person that actually remembered me told me that it is sold as a set if I want to buy it. I explained that I was told otherwise, after which he said it was sold. Very unprofessional!!!

Very Unprofessionalism staff. I recently went to store and was prepared to purchase a $600 piece of furniture but left because the salesperson was rude and condescending.
