First time buyer at Posh Plum. What a great experience! The store is so beautiful. I purchased a West Elm dresser which pretty much looked new, except for a few tiny marks. Everything they display looks so clean and nice. The dresser was delivered and it was immaculate inside and out! I went over it myself because, well, I'm a nut, but it really didn't need a thing. Thank you for such a positive buying experience!

I sold a Recliner Leather Sofa Living Room Set with the Posh Plum. Their service was great. I received my payment on time as promised by the company after the sale. It was a very big set, as I was downsizing I didn’t have space for it. I loved the set up of the store, that even though it is a consignment store, it looks like a high end furniture showroom. Went to check out furniture in anticipation of closing on our new condo, I was sceptical at first about used furniture but was pleasantly surprised with the quality and pricing on the products they have, the lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful and most importantly not pushy or annoying.

I will definitely be going back soon as we close and plan on buying some pre loved furniture.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bought a beautiful 3 foot tall hand blown vase for $60. Didn't care for most of their merchandise but it is worth a trip.

Large facility and friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

My boyfriend and I drove a half hour to go to this store. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time on Saturday Nov. 30, 2024. When I entered the premises I was told that the store was closed and everything was shut down.
What a way to drive potential customers away! I had all intentions of looking for decorative accessories that I had seen before! If you're going to close early then you need to post new signs and change your hours! And this is called customer service!!!!

The furniture is so badly made don't go there  go somewhere else

Nice stuff but Overpriced... salesperson seem a bit delusional about popculture and her references were a bit racial...will never go back! Wish I could leave 1/2 star🤦🏿‍♀️

I walked in the boca Store and walked  the entire store and not one of the staff came our  to assistant me nor say hello I just bought a big house so I went in the store with my money  to buy bed set table and other things I saw online and I watch one of the lady sitting around the desk and as soon as another white couple walked in she got up and walking over to them so I walked back out of the store keep my money go some place and spend my money so ashame these people think because we’re of color our money is black and other money are green shame shame of poshplum

I was so excited when I saw that they had this store in the mall where Bed Bath & Beyond is. I went inside and was very disappointed everything is extremely overpriced way overpriced. Wasn't worth my time to even go in the store had nothing I can buy brand new for less than what they wanted for used. I don't think it's going to make it
