I went here for the first time the other day to sell some of my coins I've had for years, and wow, what an amazing experience I had! Dennis was the one who helped me, and his customer service skills are insane! He made me feel so welcomed, and he educated me on so many things. He took his time going through the coins I had and explained the value in each coin in detail with no pressure on selling them, actually telling me which coins I should keep because they might have a higher value in the future. There were two other gentlemen and a lady working. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names, but everyone was just extremely nice! I would recommend this place 100%. The guys here are super nice and very knowledgeable! I’m an artist who buys up bags of jewelry and had some questionable items. Dennis took each item, explained all the need-to-know details, and was very helpful & reasonable when it comes to buying items!! Definitely will be doing business with them from now on!

I had the pleasure to meet Dennis who took his time and reviewed all the items I wanted to sell and gave me an honest appraisal of the items worth. After I left the store I went to a well known jeweler down the road and was lied to about the quality of the diamond wedding set he had just inspected.
