This is a clean and friendly place to shop. I purchased a beautiful dining room table and chairs for a fraction of what I would have paid for a new one, and it’s in perfect condition. There were a few pieces I was thinking about, but they were sold when I went back, so purchase when you see something you like. The selection is great and there are many high end pieces for sale. They also have a beautiful collection of accessories. I will definitely go back and tell my friends about it.

I own a moving company and work with lots of consignment shops all over Pinellas county, and I can say that this is one of the best ones by far. Customer service is outstanding from the owner and all the staff. They will assist you with whatever you need with a smile on their face. I decided to browse the showroom of this fantastic store and came across this beautiful Pottery Barn reversible chase sofa ( almost exactly what I had ordered).     I was ecstatic to learn that it was a third of the price of one I ordered so canceled the new one and bought this soda on the spot. Amazing store with a great staff that are extremely helpful. Me and my wife typically walk through this store once a month to see what’s new. Such a wide variety of contemporary and antique pieces you’re bound to miss something. We’ve picked up a dining room set here and some beautiful new bar stools for a price we couldn’t find anywhere. Staff is always very warm and welcoming and willing to help. They even gave us moving blankets to ensure our things got home safe.

Well organized consignment shop with extraordinary staff. An eclectic collection of household furniture and tchotchkes. The shop is much larger than it appears online and from the street. Javier was extremely helpful in helping us find and dismantle the drop-leaf table we have been searching for over the past few weeks. Great place if you’re looking to furnish a second home or rental unit. Prices are significantly lower than other consignment shops we visited. Highly recommend

I’ve been in here often over the years. They have some great furniture and have a new pricing ticket system to tell when the consignment prices are going down. I’ve also used them for furniture delivery that I purchased elsewhere and they were great! They were prompt and handled everything with great care :)

This place has a little bit of everything!!! I went with my mom for a girls date and found a couple small things and a nice table and chairs set for outside! Got this extra large basket which was perfect for my basket wall! We will definitely be stopping back in periodically to see what they have.

Design furniture is amazing! Every time I go I spend hours on end shopping! Makes me want to refurbish my whole house every time! I bought a leather sofa for an amazing price and they delivered it to my house the next day. Very professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend to a friend! Huge selection of furniture, Couldn't believe how snotty owner was! Items have tacky printed eBay listings on the price tags ( of course asking NOT sold prices). We were rudely told " this is what the items are going for. After explaining the eBay listings we're not actual sold items, I was told I must be a reseller.  Owner needs a serious attitude adjustment. Lost a sale on items that had been there since February.

At our store, we specialize in offering a wide selection of items, many of which are on consignment, meaning we sell second-hand furniture for others. As such, our inventory is unique and cannot be reordered. However, we also function as an outlet, providing brand new mattresses, home décor, etc.. at lower costs compared to retail stores.

We understand the importance of providing a pleasant shopping experience, and our policy is to allow customers to browse at their leisure without feeling pressured. We're sorry if it seemed like our employees were more focused on each other; rest assured, we're always ready to assist when needed.

I went in looking for a single chair, something you would typically find in an outlet store. There wasn’t much as far as inventory goes, especially at outlet store prices. Employees seemed more interested in each other than the few customers that were there. On the positive side, the store was very clean.

As outlined in the contract, pricing is determined by DFO based on the current market value of similar used items in our area, as well as brand and condition. Our goal is to price competitively to ensure items sell—not to store them indefinitely.  Customers who shop at consignment stores are looking for quality items at below-retail prices and expect deals, which is why we price accordingly.

We follow a scheduled markdown structure: 10% off after 30 days, 15–20% after 60 days, and 30–40% after 90 days. Additionally, consignors agree to accept any and all reasonable offers to help facilitate a sale within the consignment period.

It’s also important to note that our sales staff does not have access to the bookkeeping or account software. They can take down your name and information and pass it along to our bookkeeper, who handles all records, pricing adjustments, and check issuance for consignor accounts.

While we understand it can be frustrating to receive less than expected, we always encourage consignors to let us know in advance if they have any pricing concerns.

Writing this to save someone else from getting burned. I entrusted them to sell my furniture which I bought brand new and was 14 months old. I paid $1,720. The deal is, whatever they sell your furniture for, you get half, they get half. It drops to 60% them and 40% you if the furniture is still there after 2 months. That's fine. I stopped in a week later to see if my furniture had sold. My chair and ottoman, wall art, and rug sold immediately. I paid $770 total for these. I received $160. Not thrilled, but I didn't discuss a minimum amount to sell my items, so I just accepted it. My sofa that pulls out into a full size bed was still on the floor and they had a $650 price tag on it. I paid $960, (tax included) so I would have been satisfied to receive $325. I stopped in a couple months later when I hadn't heard from them, and the sofa was gone. They say that they can't tell you what your furniture sold for until the bookkeeper writes the check. I get a call 2 weeks later that the check is ready. I show up, and they have a check awaiting me for $170. I spoke with the bookkeeper, and they said that they kept dropping the price, and then the customer asked for another $100 off, so that's why it was so low. There was literally no way for them to prove what they sold it for, so I just had to take their word for it. Bottom line, make sure you force them to agree to not go below a certain asking price. If I knew I'd end up with $330 total, I would have taken my furniture back and sold it on Facebook Marketplace. I originally had an offer on there for $500, but I was stupid enough not to accept it. Won't make that mistake again.

Our consignment contract is 120 days long and we provide a 5-day grace period after the contract's expiration for you to pick up any remaining items that have not sold. This information is outlined in the contract, and we apologize if there was any confusion regarding the duration and pick-up period. We also go over the contract thoroughly with every consignor before signing/completing the paperwork and answer any question you my have.

It is important to note that the responsibility to keep track of the contract end date lies with the consignor, as specified in the contract. We apologize if you missed the expiration of your contract. However, as per paragraph 5, bullet point 2 of the contract, unsold inventory not picked up within 5 days past the maturity of the contract is automatically forfeited to our organization.

Regarding the monthly checks, we have been consistently issuing payments for items sold during the contract period. We can confirm that you received three checks from us for the months of February, March, and April, which covered all the items that were sold during your contract period. The checks are sent out between the 15th and 30th, stated in paragraph  three labeled “Payment”.

Will not use this place again.  Make sure you read the fine print in the contract.  After 90 days they retain ownership if the items have not sold.  It's your responsibility to keep track of the dates.  They send out monthly checks with a 2-week delay.  They could easily provide a notice of termination but their deceptive business tactics weigh in their favor.

We do sell pre-owned furniture, therefore all items will show some use.  We also  have a furniture clearance area where there are damaged goods for lower prices.

Nice items but way overpriced. The employees are also pretty unfriendly and act like they are doing me a favor for helping me out, especially the redhead girl who just sits at the front the entire time. I saw a few items I liked but they all had chips, damage, missing pieces, missing drawer tracks, etc.  the owner Maddie was nice but very pushy and was sure to tell me things like " you know that's Not included right?"

There are better places to go in the area with way better customer service and furniture. I was really hoping to find what I wanted here but I honestly felt like this place did not need or want any business.
