Victorian Rose Antique

Visited this store today all the way from Winter Springs (22 mile drive) with my mother in law and my 2.5 year old son. Upon walking in, the lady immediately began to talk about how wild toddlers are. My toddler (surprisingly) is very calm, docile and shy... and not the heathen that SHE was describing. My son picked son something up that was not even breakable to show me, and this lady immediately swoops in and takes the item from his hands. She is disgustingly rude, and obviously no purchases were made, and I will never, even in the future consider patronizing her shop. I also left a review on Facebook, which she ended up blocking me for, she will probably try to report this review also, but if I can reach at least one person to let them know how rude she was to my son, then I'm satisfied.

The lady running this store is the rudest person I've ever met. My husband and I were basically shoed out the store before we even walked in. We have some antiques that we are mostly curious in knowing information on, and this sorry excuse for a woman refused to even let us speak 2 words before telling us she wasn't interested/she doesn't do "appraisals" and then proceeded to tell us she was tending to "customers" as if we were not potential customers ourselves. However this was after we got sighs, grunts, and eye rolls as if we were being a nuisance to her. I seriously hope someone teaches her some customer service skills because her are horrendous. This was our first time in the store and I can honestly say for myself and my husband we will not be back nor will we recommend Victorian Rose Antiques to anyone.

Terrible. A while ago, i whent there on my usual bottle hunt. When i whent in it seemed perfectly fine but the store owner kept shoving this one colbalt blue baby shaped milk bottle down my throat (Also heres a tip for bottle hunters, the colbalt baby milk bottles are a remake. They where originally clear) she originally wanted 75, but i knocked it down to 50. After that, i get home and find out the bottle is worthless. So a day or two later i come back wanting a refund, and she gets all offended and angry with me. All i wanted was maybe a store credit or my money back, I also printed a paper showing proof that the bottle was worthless and when i whent to show her she smakced my hand! She even threated to call the cops if i didnt leave her store. Over what? Simply walking in and asking for my money back? By far the worst experience ive had with a store owner in my years of bottle hunting..
