Very impressed by this store! Not only did they have a great selection of vintage items, they were well priced and didn’t have the weird dusty smell that most vintage stores have.

Fun and interesting place to thrift-over and over again! Merchandise is updated often, and the store is regularly rearranged to accommodate new additions, but it helps you find fabulous things you may have missed on past trips. And be sure to follow their insta, bc sometimes new funds get sold there right away!

I love going to the store and interacting with the workers and customers! The prices are so good you can’t help but leaving there with something every time.

One of my favorite thrift/vintage stores in the area. They have the best selection of furniture and decor.

Before they moved locations I found this adorable table with doors, I took one off and put a blanket inside for my cat. We both love it!!!

Today I visited their new location, it's larger and much easier to move through the store. I found an adjustable dress form which I've been wanting to get for a while, but was hesitant to spend the money for a new one. I took it home, removed the fabric and gave her a good scrub. I will be replacing the fabric soon, but aside from that the form is in near perfect condition!

I have been shopping for years at Find it Thrift it now known as The Flip Side West. This is my favorite vintage/thrift store in my area, it isn't like a Goodwill with tons of clothes and furniture but you will find a few things of that nature but vintage. The Flip Side is a small and intimate setting where you can find some beautiful treasures.   Miranda (owner) does an exceptional job at keeping the store organize while offering fair pricing.

I am shocked to read negative reviews because I have had nothing but pleasant encounters with the owner and staff. In fact, any time I visit her store Miranda is always cheerful and helpful; from me shopping over the years she has learned my taste and likes that sometimes she shares things that she thinks I will like. She thinks about her customers for sure! I admire her passion for vintage finds and I admire her hard drive to work two stores and still raise a family. I am a regular customer! I have furnished my home with many vintage finds from here including tons of boho decor! Keep them coming Miranda.

These reviews are a prime example of entitlement, and lack of human compassion. They just needed something to project on, probably especially the one who called this place "dirty" and "depressing"

Miranda is very attentive, helpful and NEGOTIABLE on prices (assuming you treat her/staff as a person and not a servant)
Energetically, it feels the same as all vintage/Thrift stores (can be a little heavy, a bit warm at times, and over all busy) if not a little lighter, because things are constantly being moved around. If I remember correctly masks are no longer required, but it's not gunna kill you to wear one if asked to. (Now now I know some of you think it will, but I pinky promise it won't harm anything, but your little ego) I love all my finds from here, and highly recommend you make the drive to the other store as well: The Flip Side! (Ps, there's crystals to be found!)

Hi Ashley! Thank you for your kind review and for sticking up for us. As you mentioned, it is a family business and while we do our best to price accurately, it’s not an exact science. I try to make sure we offer good deals, but are also able to pay the bills. A lot of the reviews we received with a negative tone were retaliation for parking issues caused by our landlord. Not too long after you posted, we ended up moving to a new location. The good news is that we’re nearby and have a ton of parking. 😊 The new address is 4725 N University Drive Lauderhill..about a quarter mile south, and on the same side of the street.

It seems to me like most of the people leaving negative reviews need an ego check. It's a family run business and the staff keep to themselves respectfully, but are helpful when asked. They were very appreciative of donations and we had a nice conversation with them as well. I've found some of my favorite vintage pieces here, but have also stopped in and ended up not buying anything. Some items are seemingly underpriced and some a little overpriced for what they're worth. It's a small shop so it's definitely a game of chance. I would recommend stopping here, especially if you're already hitting up the nearby American Thrift. Just make sure to purchase something at Find It if you're planning on staying parked in their lot.

Really love the selection of Vintage/Antique/Thrift items here! Reasonable prices, wide variety. I bought an antique oak railroad desk, a pair of Clark's sandals, & a vintage metal bread box & handmade baking apron.Nice lady runs this place. Plenty of free parking.

I had an excellent shopping experience with this thrift store.  Very friendly associate and great prices. I loved that there is a lot of beautiful vintage furniture.  She has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to shop there.

Ignore any salty negative reviews. This place is a gem! Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. The selection was very impressive and unique. Big chain thrift stores are posers. Find It Thirft is the real deal. Come support them instead! You won't regret it.

I don’t usually go to thrift stores but this is one that i would for sure come back to. The owner was very helpful, so many different variety of things. I loved the environment and i was very happy with my purchase as well, would definitely recommend.

Prices were a little high... $10 for a cheap ugly beaded necklace. I buy old jewelry when I like some of the beads for repurposing and making jewelry and accessories for personal wear. Too much $$$ for that. Other thrift stores sell them for 3 to 5 bucks.

I have a policy that we greet every customer. Many times we say hello, but because the register is at the back of the store, it’s quite common for customers to not hear us. Frequently, we will try again when they come closer. I’m pretty soft spoken, and with masks on it can be difficult to tell if someone is speaking when you can’t hear them. I’m sorry that you feel like we weren’t giving you the attention that you definitely deserve. I will talk to my staff to review why it’s important to give each customer a friendly greeting, and hopefully you will give us another chance.

I've stopped into your store a few times since you've opened. Rarely have I been greeted or acknowledged by anyone. A few times I have simply circled and walked out because of this. I stopped in last week, the week of the 10th, to prove myself wrong before posting this. The woman at the register gave me a look and said nothing at all.  Something behind the register was more important. What a shame.

Meh. Store was pretty dark, dingy and disorganized. Maybe they're new or renovating, but it's far from a pleasant shopping experience. Prices ranged from reasonable to kind of absurd.

Ivan, this issue was a personal issue you had with a customer, not with my store. You were asked to leave as a kind alternative to calling the police. I appreciate your compliance with that request and would prefer if we do not have any additional situations. Thank you.

I am pleased in many reasons and one of those is to Face the Evil side of Business and Negative attitude from the owner of this Dirty Store.

I walk to this store the same way I go to millions of others Stores but this is the Worse I had ever seen; if you are weak on Spirit, we’ll let me tell you that you better STAY AWAY FROM IT. So dark energy that mashed with the Older Man that she uses with a poor appearance and poor judgment related to addictions.

The Owner “Miranda” got an aggressive behavior towards myself almost Yelling at Me to leave that Depressing Store that by the way she ripped Clients by overselling Donations.

Obviously the pathetic and disrespectful behaviors builds during their addictions.

Poor cleanliness and unacceptable Customer Service.

They should perhaps take advantage of a Student Grants Loan and do a favor for this Society and Educate themselves.

Sir, there are 4 signs outside that state that masks are required for entry into my store. When I noticed you did not have your mask on properly, I asked you nicely to please put the mask over your mouth and nose, and you responded that you had your mask on since it was on your chin. You were not harassed. I asked you to comply with a store policy, the same way I ask any customer who enters without following the mask policy. I have 13 family members who have recently had Covid. Many are on oxygen, some have been hospitalized, and two have died. I care very much about my customers and the health and well-being of my own family. While Florida does not have a government-imposed mask mandate, private business owners are allowed under the law to require masks. Multiple signs are posted outside to allow customers the option of wearing a mask or choosing not to come in.
On your previous visit, when you inquired about a computer that had been left in the front of the store, you were told it was not available because it had not yet been tested, researched, or had the original owner’s information and personal data removed. That was nearly a year ago, and since you are not a regular customer in my store, I’m not surprised that you didn’t see it again.
I apologize that you felt harassed by my attempts to protect the health and private information of others, but I will continue to run my business with integrity and with every attempt to continue doing my best to do the right things.

Well, what can I say? The staff including the owner are very rude. I was just in there today and I was harassed by the owner for not wearing a mask. Even though this is Florida, and we don’t have a mask mandate in public places.
The last time I was in there, the owner was very rude and very adamant about selling me a computer. She claimed that she didn’t get a price on it she had to check. And then she pushed it right in the back of the store and I never saw it again. She didn’t even give me a chance to make an offer. These people are very rude. I wouldn’t recommend shopping there.

This place have high prices for a really Bad condition ítems, i can't belive still Open.

Hi Oscar. Gosh, I just can’t think of a time when we’ve been low on inventory. What was it that you were looking for? We certainly don’t have everything all of the time, but we always do have a lot! As for the store being dark, we do have over half of our store surrounded by huge windows. Usually that lets a ton of natural light in. Maybe it was cloudy that day?

Very low inventory. Description on google makes u believe there alot. Very messy dark store.

I see all customer input as an opportunity to grow. Junk. They sell overpriced garbage and theyre very rude

Hello. It seems as though you may have had an experience with the parking lot monitors that the owner of the property has enforcing the parking on his property. I’m truly sorry for that, as I’ve been fighting with him (the property owner and my landlord) since I opened to please stop monitoring the lot in front of my store. Since my lease is only for the inside area, I can’t control the parking situation. Frequently, patrons of the store next to us park in our lot despite numerous signs warning of towing and immobilization for parking in that area. On several occasions, people have incorrectly assumed that the parking lot monitoring is my doing, but I can assure you, it serves no benefit to me. It only hurts my business, as is shown by your review. What the monitoring company has agreed to do is to verify whether or not someone has shopped in our plaza prior to leaving their car in our lot and going to the thrift store next door. This means you can make a simple purchase with us (a book or sticker for $0.50), leave your receipt on your dashboard, and shop or donate next door without worry.

These people are disgusting. They take advantage of people trying to give to the thrift store right next to them, knowing full well that there is no parking to drop off anything anyone wants to give, by forcing people to pay for parking in a very empty parking lot for less than two minutes. Shame on you for taking advantage of people like that especially during these times. Karma will come to you.

We had to reduce our hours due to covid. Specifically, because I lost my only employee and had to run the store by myself while fostering an infant whose daycare reduced hours for covid. I’m sorry that this was inconvenient for you. However, this was an incredibly difficult time for our business and for many others. We would have greatly appreciated some compassion instead of an attempt to publicly harm our livelihood. During this period, even Google noted business accounts with the possibility that hours may have changed due to the pandemic.
My response is so delayed because I was locked out of my Google business account and was not able to respond to you. This is also why the hours were not updated.
Feedback is always appreciated, and we will always do what we can to help customers have pleasant experiences with us. However, on behalf of all small businesses, I urge you to please consider reaching out directly if you have an issue instead of taking this route.
I have made every attempt to ensure that our hours are now correct on Google, and even though we may have an emergency or staffing issue that causes us to close from time to time, you should generally be able to shop within the currently posted hours. I invite you to try us again and even come in for our Saturday sale of 20% off everything in the store.

You really need to keep your Google hours up to date. Really upsetting when you show up because Google says you are open another hour, but when you get there the store is already closed.
