Ann, Craig and the whole GCB team were true professionals in every step of this process. They recently held an estate sale for us in preparation for selling my mother's home. They sorted through everything and when they finished, the house was nearly empty. Their kindness and patience were appreciated as well as their willingness to answer all our questions along the way. A big advantage to using GCB was their ability to advertise widespread, take some items to auction and sell other valuable items from their beautiful store in downtown Eau Gallie. We stopped by last week and enjoyed browsing the store. Good quality items with fair prices, especially the furniture. Knowledgeable assistant patiently answered questions. This place is like a museum! Highly recommend.

Edit: the finally contacted me back and informed me that they were very new to the auction site used. Seems there may have been a disconnect between the site and the contact information. I was called back personally by George who set my mind at ease about this hiccup and helped make shipping accommodations which was above and beyond what he needed to do for me. Further he is taking steps to ensure no future communication breakdowns occur. Very pleased with the ultimate outcome of this situation. The fact that he took the time not only to call me but also to inquire about the dates, times, and methods of my missed contact attempt speaks volumes about the caliber of this business. Pretty frustrating to buy something during an online auction then follow up as instructed about arranging shipping only to have ZERO calls and ZERO emails returned. Terms of the sale indicate that items must be removed or shipping arranged within 7 days and to contact them about shipping arrangements with your third party shipper. All well and good except they don’t seem to care to hold up their end. Looks like I was robbed of the money I paid for the item since I can’t get a response on arranging shipping. Hard lesson to learn but I will never buy from them again. Be warned they do not respond to attempts to contact. (Or not In any kind of timely fashion.)

This past weekend GCB Estate Sales conducted an estate sale in our home. I don't normally write any reviews, but I was so impressed with this company. I am an engineer by trade and therefore very hard to please. Craig and Ann, the company owners are professionals and know the estate sale business extensively. Their entire team have great personalities and are so easy to work with. They spend time prior to the sale getting organized. Unlike some other estate sale companies, GCB take inventory of all of your personal items and spend weeks prior to the estate sale researching and establishing fair market value prices for your items. Everything is marked with prices pre-sale. They take pictures using professional lighting to make sure your items present well on their website. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. They care for your personal items as if they were their own. They increase staff for the actual sale days. Every evening after the sale Craig called us to keep us posted on how everything was going. They said they were aiming for an empty house by the end of the sale and they were able to accomplish that! The GCB Estate team made our life stress free completing this task for us. I really enjoyed working with Craig, Ann and the rest of their team. They totally exceeded any of my expectations!
