Horrible customer service they lie to get you to shop. They are not handy and will lie and tell you a price and after you leave your product, they will up the price for you to pay more when it’s time to pick up not good business look somewhere else for your antique finishes and repairs and rescues. This is not the place.
Hi Jorge, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we’d like to clarify what happened. When you initially came in, we provided a quote based on the specific issue you described. After inspecting your item more closely, we noticed there were additional areas needing repair, which understandably increased the cost. Unfortunately, we were unable to begin any work because we never received the required deposit, as is our policy. When you returned expecting the repairs to be completed, we explained the situation. At that point, you cursed at us, left the store yelling, and threatened to leave a bad review. We strive to provide trustworthy and transparent service to all our customers, but we want to emphasize that we only start work once we’ve received the required deposit to ensure a clear and fair process for everyone. We regret that this interaction didn’t meet your expectations and wish you the best moving forward. Thank you, Antique Furniture Rescue & Services

As is shown in the photos the job is incomplete. The new upholster seat is short and the bottom of the seat is not finished. It is supposed to have a fabric covering the seat bottom structure, like the original seat . I paid them to restore the chair and the final product is sloppy. I Notified Ana Maria (owner) in several occasions about the imperfections, after that she does not return my calls.
