Friendly, helpful staff always willing to help out and answer any questions you may have. Great store. Always being replenished and is a pleasure to shop in. Pretty organized and keep their furniture and store clean. My only complaint is that THEY NEED AIR CONDITIONING!!! Holy moly is it hot in there!

Our first visit to the Carillon Place Habitat Re-Store in Naples 'just to check it out' resulted in purchasing an eclectic sideboard/hutch and a fabulous seagrass tray (not pictured) The store is very clean, nicely laid out and not overcrouded/junky. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Five stars.

It's always a good place to shop for items for your house. At times they carry really greeaat name brands for a good price. The staff is always helpful and friendly

The selection here is unlike any other ReStore I have been to - wow! I have recommended this store to family living in the area looking for unique finds. Thanks to the manager Jim for helping me out the last time I was in - on a whim was looking for some hardware for my mailbox of all things - didn't find what I was looking for but enjoyed my visit! The first time I visited this store, I had a very bad shopping experience and gave a 1 star review, but after communicating with the owner and knowing that he cares how customers are treated. Decided to upgrade to 5 stars.

The new store is amazing! So many great items to choose from and unbeatable prices. The staff was super friendly and so helpful. I had the opportunity to also meet the manager, Jim. He went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was top notch. If you haven’t been there yet, GO!

Really nice clean store, this is a good store to go to to find various used House repair maintenance items as well as tools, washing machines dryers dishwashers stoves etc. At good prices.

My husband and I needed a few things for our new home. Decided to stop in and see what they had. Surprisingly, they had everything we needed!  The staff was very respectful and very nice! We will return here again and you should check it out to!!

Very good experience with the store and the crew. Leon and Collin were very nice and professional. I live in NJ and I couldn't be at the store myself, but with their help, I was able to see the item via pictures in great detail and the crew helped load the item on the truck that I send to pick it up. Thank you guys! Machine works great, the price is great!

Amazing place for savings on home improvement finds. I purchased this white vanity with granite countertop and sink for under $130! I also purchased the backsplash there as well a while back. The kids bathroom looks so beautiful now! I always go on my lunch break to check out the deals because there's always something new in there for great price!

Assortment of different types of furniture, paintings, lighting fixtures and decor items. Need to visit often as the materials change.

You have to know what is a great deal and what it is you're looking at. They have had some items in this store ( not a vast amount, but every once in awhile) that are worth thousands of dollars at sale prices marked in the hundreds, or even less.  Most people have no idea of the values of certain items they are looking at and the rareness of the item.

Yes, I would kindly ask you to secure your dump area and mark it no trespassing. I would greatly appreciate it.  Have seen elderly people going in it.  If they get hurt. You could get sued in Naples.    Thank you

High end furniture and light fixtures. Very clean and nice, but too expensive for me.

Nice store but I found the inventory was lower that usual ? Not sure why but maybe just the time of year. As well the prices are definitely higher than let's say St Matthews.

A nice range of item quality and price, a lot of it reads very beach motel but some cool things. Minus stars though because the man working the counter stared down my bf and I as if we weren’t good enough to be there. Which is obviously rude and uncalled for in any situation but especially as we were dressed and behaving, like, normally.

This is nothing like the stores in the Washington DC area.  The entire store was used furniture with high-end price tags.  Barely anything affordable.  Disappointed.

Very clean store, but over priced for a Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Everything was priced way too high for what I have seen at other ReStores run by Habitat for Humanity.

I volunteered at the ReStore and I don’t think I will do it again. I walked in and introduced myself as a future Habitat homeowner seeking to accumulate equity hours. I was assigned various tasks, which I diligently completed while socializing with customers and interacting with staff that were curious about Habitat for Humanity's homeownership process. Although I received positive encouragement from staff , the manager later warned me, if i wanted to volunteer again ,not to talk the staff’s ears off, emphasizing that they need to focus on work. I was taken aback by this comment, feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated. He then gave me an awkward thank you smile at the end of his rude comment has we was signing my hours completed for the day. As a stay-at-home mom, volunteering outside the home is a significant commitment, making the manager's remark particularly discouraging. Consequently, I have decided not to continue volunteering at that location. Hopefully the manager can learn to treat volunteers better because Habitat for Humanity is an amazing organization and I am devoted to help promote it but with people like this manager, it makes the organization look bad. I do not tend to speak up like this, but because I am currently working so closely with the organization by volunteering to get my equity hours, I just felt the need to share my experience.

ONLY.. Over priced furniture store.. they do NOT have any building materials n NO electrical/ plumbing like a Habitat store should have.. waste of time 😕

This business model is all about “take take take.”
Then they turn around what’s been gifted to them, jack up the prices over what is fair for you and repeat. It’s a scam. Goodwill is a scam too. Habitat Collier is just the high end version.
They wouldn’t be in business without those of us that give of our belongings with the intention of it helping the people they supposedly serve through “Habitat for Humanity”. This company hasn’t the capacity to squeak out an ounce of gratitude for anyone willing to gift their worthy belongings for the people they supposedly serve.
Seriously, pass over this organization if you have anything to gift. A local church may know a family that would appreciate your items or a real charity.

Pros: very clean, organized.  Cons: major sticker shock- retail prices.  You won’t save any money buying here.  It’s a shame because the original model for the restore was to not only save things from being thrown away but ultimately to save people significant money.  All you can do is shake your head.

If you want to over it for something this is the place - left and went and bought brand new for less at a retail store. Shame on them for over changing for it ws they get for free

I tried to do the right thing and help other people.. Brian told me after sending pictures that they would accept my appliances. When the guys came. They would not take them saying they're too old and junk. I am livid after waiting weeks and numerous phone calls that I thought was all set to go. This place is way too picky and finicky. Are they building new homes for people? I would think that anybody would be happy to work with good working appliances that is in dire need of them. I am done with this place. Too fussy for a used store.

Was absolutely appalled by this store.  My daughter and I went to this store for her some home items for College apartment.  We found a great wood table with chairs and a bench with it.  The item was marked 125.00.  Thought that was reasonable for everything.  My daughter took a photo of the table with this price and sent it to her friend commenting on it’s 125.00.  We left and did not get that table right then.  I then told my husband let’s go back and purchase the table for 125.00.   We went Back to that store within an hour after just leaving it.   When we walk over to the 125.00 table it had been marked up 225.00 now with a new completely written tag.  I told the lady and the two men working on that day which was August 17, that this table was 125.00 not more than an hour ago.   They claim on no we don’t mark things up.  I know this was a bold face lie!  For them to do something so sneaky and unethical it’s disgusting.  I’m glad they can live with there nasty dishonest selfs.   Instead of worrying about everyones temperature when they come in.  They need to worry about what kind of employees they hired and what other unethical things they have done.

A common misconception is that our stores only serve Habitat homeowners, but the ReStores are open to the public. In fact most of our customers are not Habitat homeowners, they are people from all walks of life looking for high quality, gently used furniture, appliances, and other home items. Because we are located in such a unique community, we're lucky to receive many high-end items that we are able to turn into an important funding stream that helps us build affordable homes for families struggling with housing instability. I’m not recommend this store

Was sold something missing parts for the same price as one with everything. Was intentionally given the item that didnt have hardware. If i coudve loaded the item myself, the mistake wouldnt have happened. Went back in the store and was called a LIAR by the man cashier and the loading guy, then i whipped out my receipt and proved both of them WRONG. Just because your charity place is "helping" people, doesn't mean they're not doing another person dirty. Will NEVER be returning.
